Installation of the display cases in object (positioning and connection) must be carried out by authorized
personnel, having the technical and professional skills required to perform this installation in compliance
with the standards in force in the country of use of this equipment.
4.2 Electrical connection
It is imperative that these display cases be connected to the power supply by
means of a power outlet that must be connected to the ground. Refer to the
electrical standards in effect in the country of use.
It is essential to check that the supply voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated
on the machine rating plate.

voltage of +/- 10%.
Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer be liable for damage to persons
and property caused by improper installation of the equipment.

The working tablet:
While using the display case, lift up the shelf and lock it by pushing inwards.
Off period of use pull the tablet down.
To disassemble it, place it in vertical position and pull it up. Reverse to replace.
6MAINTENANCE
ESSENTIAL CAUSES OF TEMPERED GLASS BREAKAGE
6.1 The thermal shock
There shall be no more than 80° C difference between two specific points of ice. When this
is the case, the point of rupture is reached and the ice can then explode instantly.
Ex: cleaning hot ice with a cold sponge.
6.2 Blows to the ice
When a blow is inadvertently applied to a tempered glass glazing, more precisely
to the edge or edge of it, a very small piece of glass, sometimes only the size of a
pinhead, can be detached
As a result, the molecular balance of the ice is broken. The break of ice becomes
inevitable, whether in the hour or the days that follow.
Such shocks can occur when unpacking the equipment, or when the user
accidentally bumps one of the accessories (pin, basket, sauce plate, etc.) onto the
edge of the ice by installing it.
6.3 Manipulation
Unwanted and regular movements (e.g. to take out the roasting pan on the
sidewalk every day) prematurely weaken the glazed surfaces.
IMPORTANT:
Glass, whether tempered or not, is a fragile material that should be handled with
care. Sensitive to the blows which are inflicted on it, the glass cannot in any case
break itself, without one of the aforementioned cases being at the origin.
CLEANING
We remind you that regular maintenance of your equipment is essential.
Before any cleaning and maintenance operation, let the appliance cool and disconnect
the display case beforehand, avoiding pulling on the power cable.
Do not use abrasive products for cleaning stainless steel, glazed and glazed surfaces. The use of
a sponge and soapy water is recommended. Clean electrical controls and components with a damp
cloth, and windows with a suitable product.

For cleaning the V.75 TRAD, carefully tilt the front glass forward by pulling the two zippers at the
top of the glass. Its blocking is ensured by its low crossbar. Once in this position, you have the
opportunity to disassemble this ice by lifting it. To put it back, simply put it in the open position and
rotate it backwards.
The sliding rear windows can also be removed.
ATTENTION! ! ! !
Do not spray electrical and electronic components with water.
We recommend that you have your devices checked once a year by your store’s
technical manager or a professional. For any technical problem, the technical team of
