DHP warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship
and agrees to remedy any such defect. This warranty covers one year from the
date of original purchase from authorized retailers. This is solely limited to the
repair or replacement of defective parts and assembly labor is not included.

any way.The warranty does not cover wearing, tearing, fading or splitting of the
fabric (where applicable). Liability for consequential damages is excluded to the

Components repaired or replaced are warranted through the remainder of the
original warranty period only. The defective components will be repaired or

Place back frame A on a clean,smooth surface.
Remove the fabric lining underneath seat
frame B.
Attach the seat frame B to back frame A with
flat washers ,spring washers and hex
socket head bolts through the center of
the seat frame B.
Use Allen key to tighten the bolts.
NOTE:Do not fully tighten bolts.

Secure seat frame B to back frame A with
flat washers ,spring washers and
hex socket head bolts .
Use Allen Key to tighten the bolts .

Attach front legs C to seat frame B with
flat washers ,spring washers and
hex socket head bolts .Use Allen key
to tighten the bolts.
Tighten all bolts previously installed.
lP ace the fabric lining back into place.

Repeat steps 1,2 and 3 to assemble the second
chair.
