Description
Doro MemoryPlus 309dp
This product has six speed dial keys to call stored
telephone numbers. The keys are transparent and have
space for labels or pictures sized 35 x 40 mm.
The telephone numbers are stored with the help of a
keypad under a cover on the back of the device.
The device runs on the voltage from the telecom network
so it does not require any separate source of power. A built-
in battery allows stored telephone numbers to be retained
in the memory even if the device is disconnected from the
telecom network.

Connection
Remove the protective tape so that the battery is activated.
Disconnect the existing cord between the telephone and
the wall socket and connect MemoryPlus 309dp with the
cords supplied.

Lift the handset and check that there is a dialling tone.

Making a call
Lift the handset.
Press the desired speed dial key.
MemoryPlus 309dp will now call the telephone number that
has been programmed for that speed dial button.

Storing telephone numbers
Lift the handset. Ignore the dialling tone.
Remove the cover that conceals the keypad on the
underside of MemoryPlus 309dp.
Press , then the entire telephone number including the
area code that you wish to store, then again.

this telephone number.

Battery
MemoryPlus 309dp has a built-in battery that saves stored
telephone numbers for at least 6 months if the device is
disconnected from the telecom network.
When the device is connected to the telecom network the
battery’s average lifespan is 3 years.
Beforeusingforthersttime
Protective tape prevents the battery from discharging while
the device is in its packaging. Remove the protective tape
bypullingtheapthatprotrudesbythebatterycoverbefore
you connect MemoryPlus 309dp.

Replacing the battery
Remove the screw and open the battery cover.
Remove the old battery and insert a new 3V lithium
battery of the CR2032 type. The battery’s positive terminal
should be facing upwards (towards the battery cover).
Replace the battery cover and the screw.
WARNING!
Only use 3V lithium batteries of CR2032 type.
There is a risk of explosion if other batteries are used.
Used batteries should be recycled.
Troubleshooting
Disconnect the device from the telecom network and then
connect a functioning telephone to the socket in question
and check that there is a dialling tone.
Check that the cords for the product are undamaged and
correctly connected.

the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a fault occurring

negligence, abnormal usage, non-maintenance or any other

Batteries are consumables and are not included in any

Doro MemoryPlus 309dp
Das Gerät hat sechs Schnellwahltasten für Anrufe
von gespeicherten Telefonnummern. Die Tasten sind
durchsichtig und haben Platz für Etiketten oder Bilder der
Größe 35 x 40 mm.
Das Speichern einer Telefonnummer geschieht mit Hilfe
der Tastatur unter der Abdeckung auf der Rückseite des
Telefons.
Das Telefon benötigt keine externe Stromquelle. Es wird
mit dem Strom aus dem Telefonnetz betrieben. Eine
eingebaute Batterie sorgt dafür, dass die gespeicherten
Telefonnummern erhalten bleiben, auch wenn der Apparat
vom Telefonnetz genommen wird.

Anschließen
Ziehen Sie zum Aktivieren der Batterie das Schutzband
heraus.
Entfernen Sie das vorhandene Kabel zwischen Telefon
und Steckdose und schließen Sie das MemoryPlus 309dp
mit den mitgelieferten Kabeln an.

Batterie
Das MemoryPlus 309dp besitzt eine eingebaute Batterie,
die die gespeicherten Telefonnummern erhält, auch wenn
der Apparat vom Telefonnetz getrennt wird.
Da der Apparat im Normalfall am Telefonnetz
angeschlossen ist, beträgt die durchschnittliche
Lebensdauer der Batterie ca. 3 Jahre.
Vor der ersten Benutzung
Ein Schutzband verhindert, dass die Batterie entladen wird,
solange das Gerät in der Verpackung ist. Ziehen Sie das
Schutzband an der Batterieabdeckung heraus bevor Sie
das MemoryPlus 309dp anschließen.

Batterieaustausch
Entfernen Sie die Schraube und nehmen Sie die
Batterieabdeckung ab.
Nehmen Sie die alte Batterie heraus und setzen Sie eine
neue 3V Lithiumbatterie vom Typ CR2032 ein. Der Pluspol der
Batterie muss nach oben (zur Batterieabdeckung) zeigen.
Setzen Sie die Abdeckung wieder auf und schrauben sie
sie fest.
WARNUNG!
Benutzen Sie nur 3V Lithiumbatterien Typ CR2032.
Wenn Sie andere Batterien verwenden, besteht ein
Explosionsrisiko.
Geben Sie alte Batterien wieder an ihren Händler zurück.

Wenn das Gerät nicht funktioniert
Nehmen Sie das Gerät vom Telefonnetz. Schließen Sie
dann ein funktionierendes Telefon an und vergewissern Sie
sich, dass ein Freizeichen zu hören ist.
Kontrollieren Sie, dass die Leitungen zum Gerät intakt und
richtig angeschlossen sind. Wenn der Fehler dadurch nicht
beseitigt wird, fragen Sie Ihren Händler.

Batterien sind Verbrauchsartikel und deshalb von der
Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Die Garantie verfällt, wenn andere Batterien als die
Originalbatterien benutzt werden.
