• If t e power supply cable of t e
dispenser is damaged it may only be
replaced by a works op named by t e
manufacturer. Special tools are needed
for t e replacement.
• Regular cleaning of t e dispenser is
necessary for functional and ygienic
reasons. W en cleaning, take care of
s arp edges. T ere is danger of
injuries! Switc off t e ON/OFF switc
before cleaning t e dispenser.
• Clean t e dispenser inside and outside
wit a wet clot ; do not spray it off.
Use a cleaning agent approved by t e
food industry and recommended by
your Cafitesse supplier only.
Observe safety instructions and
instructions for use on t e pack
of t e cleaning agent.
• To clean t e box and t e combi-troug
only use a cleaning agent approved by
t e food industry.
W en cleaning t e combi-troug
do not bring into close contact wit
magnetic cards or credit cards as
t is can invalidate t em.
T ere is great danger of being in-
jured if t e plexiglass panel at t e
front is cleaned improperly and
breaks.
• W en connecting t e dispenser to t e
drinking water line and t e electric
line, follow t e local regulations.
Safety instructions
• T e dispenser may not be subject to
frost during operation, storage and
transport.
- In order to prevent damage due to
frost, t e service tec nician must
completely drain t e water from t e
boiler prior to storage and transport
and must also remove any residual
water from oses and valves.
- It is recommended to store and
transport t e dispenser in its original
packaging.
- However, if t ere is t e danger of
damage due to frost, t e service
tec nician must c eck and replace
boiler, oses and valves if required
prior to reconnecting t e dispenser and
e s ould additionally carry out a
functional test.
• T e dispenser must be connected to
an electric circuit w ic is protected by
a fuse.
We recommend to install a fault
current safety switc . T e connection
must be made using a safety plug
eart ed according to t e regulations.
Follow t e local regulations!
• If t e dispenser will not be used for a
longer period of time (e. g. at nig t or
during t e weekend), close t e water
cock. Switc off t e ON/OFF button.
Do not pull out t e power supply plug
because ot erwise t e cooling system
will not function any more.
• T e dispenser must not be used w en
t e water supply is interrupted
because ot erwise t e boiler will not
be filled.
• Do not switc off t e dispenser be-
tween beverage deliveries in order to
keep t e optimum water temperature
in t e boiler.
• Use only original spare parts.
• T e dispenser may only be installed,
programmed and repaired by specially
trained service tec nicians w o are
familiar wit t e safety and ygiene
aspects of t e dispenser.
