powerful hips or a big waist we suggest you

Tightly fitting clothing such as leggings, tights
or leotards would be most suitable.
Belt massager for a whole body
massage
A massage will help you to keep fit when
your muscles have become tight or have
hardened. In addition a belt massage will
promote blood circulation, is beneficial to the
cardio-vascular system and will benefit your
metabolism as well as being good for your
connective tissue.
As a result of the sliding belt massage you
will soon feel the gymnastic effect. You
can apply the special belt from the soles of
your feet through your legs and hips to your
shoulders by turning to and fro. In fact you
will be using the belt massager like a piece
of gymnastics equipment.
You can enhance this feeling of general well-
being by enjoying a whole-body massage
lasting about 5-10 minutes. Belt massage
will keep you fit, but when you are unwell
you should always ask your doctor first. Do
not have a massage when you have a tem-
perature, varicose veins, thromboses, infla-
med veins, gout, malicious growths or acute
inflammation or if you are pregnant.
In addition you can use the belt with rollers
to improve the effectiveness of a massage
or the belt with brushes to activate and sti-
mulate your skin.
The belts can be cleaned with a weak soap
solution.
Applications
Here we would like to suggest a number of
ways in which you could use the massager.
Regular use will be of benefit your health.
But it is important for you to remember the
massage times given in the previous sec-
tions.
Foot and leg massage
Start a whole-body
massage by placing
your right foot loose-
ly inside the massage
belt. Then repeat with
the left foot. Then con-
tinue by massaging
your legs.
The massaging of your thighs will have a
beneficial effect on your circulation and will
relax your muscles. Place the belt round a
thigh and lean back as far as you can.
Allow the belt to slide gently up and down so
as to get the effect you want.

Calf massage
You can massage your calves either stan-
ding up or sitting down. Place your right or
left calf in the belt and complete relax the
leg. This massage is similar to the leg mas-
sage in that it will improve your circulation
and in addition it will guard against an attack
of cramp in the calf muscles.
Important warning!
If you have problems with your legs we sug-
gest that you always seek your doctor’s ad-
vice first.
Stomach muscle massage
This type of massage
can be used to tighten
slack stomach muscles
and make them firm.
The vibration massage
will be of particular be-
nefit if you are suffering from sluggishness
of the bowels. Place the belt in front of your
stomach muscles, bend slightly forward and
relax the muscles in the upper part of your
body.
Back and shoulder massage
A back and shoulder
massage will have a
beneficial effect on
tension and hardening
muscles (after driving
a car for a long time,
working at
your desk). A belt massage can
prevent the occurrence of long-lasting pro-
blems with your posture.
Place the belt over your shoulders and hold
the loose end firmly with one hand.
