Visually inspect the saw for any defect or broken parts before using.
NEVER operate a defective saw or blade.
If damages or defects are noticed, have the saw repaired by trained and
experienced personnel only before using.
Keep the saw clean, free from any accumulated debris, slurry, oil, grease or any
other substances that would impair the safe operation of the saw.
Only a trained person who has read and understands the operating instruction, has
experience with the use and operation of saws, the related usage of the tool and
completely understands the instruction manual in conjunction with his experience
and knowledge in the safe operation of saws should operate the saw.
WARNING! Keep loose or torn clothing or body parts away from any moving parts.
Serious injury or death may result.
Plan your cutting operation before starting to prevent any injury or death by an
unsecured or falling part of the cut material or the binding of the blade caused by an
unsecured part being cut.
Have a person trained and qualified in the detection of electrical power location
inspect for live wires, live cables or pipes that may be near, behind or embedded in
the material being cut to de-energize before attempting to start cutting. Make sure
that the tool is properly grounded and wear the required protective equipment. Live
electrical power will cause serious injury or death.
Inspect the blade for any deformation, crack, missing parts, segments, any other

BLADE REMOVAL GUIDE
Step 1: Remove the blade guard and
splash guard using the 9/16” wrench
provided. Also remove the adjustable arm
assembly by pulling it away from the saw.
Step 2: Using the ½” wrench and the
Dragon Saw Multitool that are provided,
remove the smooth threaded drive roller
by turning the drive roller clockwise (it is
left hand threaded).
Step 3: Once the smooth threaded
drive roller is removed, the blade can
be removed and replaced with a new
blade. Remember to always replace
the skid plate when replacing a blade
as using an old skid plate could
cause damage to the blade and void
warranty on your saw.

BLADE INSTALLATION GUIDE
Step 1: With the blade guard, splash
guard, smooth threaded drive roller and
adjustable arm assembly removed, install
the new skid plate. Once the new skid plate
is installed place the new blade with
grooved side down onto the lipped
threaded drive roller.
Step 2: Place the smooth threaded drive
roller onto the drive shaft and using the ½”
wrench on the drive shaft and the Dragon
Saw Multitool on the drive roller, turn the
drive roller counter clockwise until tight (the
drive roller is reverse threaded).
Step 3: Install the adjustable arm assembly
by pushing it on towards the saw. Then
install the blade guard and splash guard
using the 9/16” wrench provided. Note: If
the blade is loose, loosen the nuts on the
blade guard and splash guard. Then turn
the saw vertically with the blade pointing
down. Using the side of a table, push down
on the adjustable arm assembly until the
tension on the blade is tight. Once proper
tension is achieved, re-tighten the nuts on
the blade guard and splash guard.
