Quick Start wearing the chest belt
Follow steps 1. through 4. to wear the chest belt and go for a run.
1. Open the chest belt.
2. Insert the tab into the hole, make sure tab and hole are on the same level.
3. Position on rib cage under the chest. Make sure the chest belt is positioned
in the right direction and worn directly against the skin.
4. Lift the belt slightly from the skin and wet both grooved areas on the back to
ensure strong connection between your pulse and the chest belt.

This training zone is suitable for athlete,who
intend to improve their performance and stamina
with elevated calorie burning.
Zone 3 - Competitive sport(80-95% of MHR):
This training zone is ideal for short and very
intensive training units.Competition athletes
train in this zone in order to improve strength
and speed.
User-defined training zone (U):
Upper limit and lower limit can be set manually.

Alarm Mode
This watch has a dual alarm clock function, can set two alarm clocks.
Remark: Watch alarm clock can be based on T1 or T2.
Press the “START” button in order to choose Alarm1
or Alarm2.

Timer set timer
Under any interface of timer mode, long press the mode key to enter
the setting.
Remark:Only after the timer has been suspended can we enter the setting mode.

The chrono mode operates the same as the timer mode.
- Press “START” button → Start/Stop chrono.

Memory Mode

Setup Mode
In Setup Mode,you can see your BMI.

MARK:
There are three specified training zones (1,2 and 3), as well as a user defined
training zone(U). There heart rate monitor automatically calculates your
maximum heart rate (MHR) on the basis of your ages'as well as your personal
upper and lower limits of three specified training zones (Zone1:50-65% of
MHR, Zone 2:65-80% of MHR, Zone 3:80-95% of MHR).
Zone 3 - Competitive sport(80-95% of MHR):
This training zone is ideal for short and very intensive training units.Competition athletes train in this zone in
order to improve strength and speed.
Zone 2 - Fitness(65-80% of MHR):
This training zone is suitable for athlete,who intend to improve their performance and stamina with elevated
calorie burning.
Zone 1 - Wellbeing(50-65% of MHR):
This training zone is for long training units with little effort.Through exercise in this zone,you improve your
mental and physical wellbeing.

Display Mode
By pressing the "LIGHT" button, the display is illuminating for approx. 5 seconds,so that the display of
the heart rate monitor can also be read in darkness. However, please note that more power is consumed
for the display light, which results in a shorter battery life.

Care And Maintainance
• Never attempt to disassemble or service your watch
• Protect your watch from extreme heat, shock and long time expose to direct sung light
• Watch can be wiped clean with a lightly moistened cloth. Apply mild soap to the area if there are stubborn
stains or marks. Do not expose your watch to strong chemicals such as gasoline, clean solvents,
acetone,alcohol,insect repellents,as they may damage the unit’s seal, case and finish
• Store your watch in a dry place when you are not using it
• Avoid allowing the watch to come into direct contact with hair liquids, colognes, sun block, creams and
other toiletries, which can cause deterioration of the plastic parts of the watch. Whenever the watch comes
into contact with these or other toiletries, wipe it off immediately with a dry, soft cloth
• Do not wear your watch in shower or other similar environments
• Do not push buttons under water

Warning: Batteries contain chemical substances.
They should be disposed of properly according to local regulations.
