SAFETY NOTES
• After removing the heatpad from its packaging, check for any signs
of damage. If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact our
authorised service centre.
WARNING! Risk of suffocation.
Children should not play with the packaging. Keep the
plastic bag out of the reach of children.
• This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it

was designed, namely as a heatpad for home use. Any other use
is considered not compliant with the intended use and therefore
dangerous.
• Before connecting the appliance to the mains supply, make sure
that the voltage and frequency indicated on the technical data
of the appliance correspond to those of the mains supply. The
technical data is on the appliance or on the power supply unit. (see
illustrative guide)
• If the appliance is provided with a voltage/frequency selector, set the
selector correctly to comply with the mains supply parameters.
• This appliance is only to be used with the type of detachable control
unit that is marked on the appliance.
Children under the age of three are not to use this appliance
due to their inability to react to overheating.
• This appliance can be used by children older than 3 years and
younger than 8 years under supervision and with the control always
set to minimum temperature setting.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in
a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not
be made by children without supervision.
• This appliance must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and
other very vulnerable persons who are unable to react to overheating.
• DO NOT use the appliance with wet hands, damp feet or barefoot.
• DO NOT pull the supply cord or the appliance itself to remove the
plug from the socket.
• DO NOT pull or lift the appliance by the supply cord.
• The cable and control unit of the appliance can give rise to risks of
entanglement, strangulation and tripping if not correctly positioned.
The user must make sure that the control cable is positioned safely.
• DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity or atmosferic agents
(rain, sun, etc.) or extreme temperatures.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply before

cleaning or performing maintenance and when the appliance is
not in use.
• Examine the appliance frequently for signs of wear or damage. lf
there are such signs, or the appliance has been misused or does
not work, contact our authorised technical service centre before
switching it on again.
• If the appliance is faulty or malfunctions, switch it off and do not
tamper with it. Contact our authorised technical service centre for
any repairs.
• If the supply cord is damaged, contact our authorised technical
service centre for replacement of the control unit.
• DO NOT use this appliance to warm animals.
• This appliance is not intended for medical use in hospitals.
• DO NOT use if wet.
• DO NOT fall asleep with the appliance is switched on.
• Application of the heatpad for a long time at high temperature can
burn the skin.
DO NOT INSERT PINS OR NEEDLES.
• For the features of the appliance, refer to the external packaging.
• Use the appliance only with the supplied accessories that are an
essential part of the appliance.

EN DESCRIPTION OF THE HEATPAD CONTROL
Refer to the illustrative drawing at the beginning of this instructions booklet to verify your
appliance equipment.

USING THE HEATPAD
WARNING! DO NOT use this appliance if there are visible
signs of damage.
WARNING! NOT suitable for children under the age of 3.
The heatpad is designed to warm the human body. It allows for targeted application of heat.The
heatpad can be placed on parts of the body, such as: neck, shoulders, back, abdomen and
joints, depending on the relative model.
CONNECTING AND REMOVING THE INTELLIHEAT CONTROL
WARNING! This heatpad is only to be used with the control
unit supplied. The reference of the control unit is specified
on the label sewn onto the heatpad.
Insert the control connector (6) to the heatpad connector (5), to connect the intelliheat
control to the connector on the heatpad.
Insert the plug in the socket.
SWITCHING THE HEATPAD ON AND SELECTING THE TEMPERATURE
Push down on the ON/OFF switch (4) to turn the heatpad on.
The display (1) will light up and the temperature will be automatically set to position 5
which is fast heat.
Select the desired temperature (from 1 = low, 5 = high. For fast heat up select 5) by pressing
the temperature button (3) until your chosen temperature lights up on the display (1).
Select temperature from 1 (min) to 3 (max) for continuous use.
AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN
The heatpad will provide a 3 hour heat treatment, then it will automatically shut off. The
standby light (2), will be blue, after the 3 hours of operating to indicate that the product
has switched off automatically.
Switch the heatpad back on by pressing the On/Off switch twice, and select your
preferred temperature setting. 1 = low heat, 5 = High heat.
SWITCH-OFF
Switch the heatpad off by pressing the ON/OFF switch (4).
Remove the plug from the socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The heatpad is washable. The washing symbols are also on the heatpad care label.
WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the mains
supply before cleaning or performing maintenance.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Always disconnect the control from the heatpad before washing.
MACHINE WASHING
The heatpad can be machine washed at 30°C with a normal cycle.
Only the gentle spin cycle is to be used. DO NOT set an additional spin cycle.
DRYING
Set the dryer at a low temperature.
Do not apply pegs on the electrical parts when hanging the heatpad to dry in order not
to damage them.
DO NOT use the heatpad until it is completely dry.
WARNING! Hang the heatpad without using pegs on the wired
area so as not to cause any damage to it.
STORING THE HEATPAD
Store this appliance as follows when not used:
ATTENTION! After using the appliance, make sure it has
completely cooled down before putting it away.
ATTENTION! When you store the appliance, do NOT place
objects on top of it which crease and/or deform it.
Inspect the appliance frequently to check for signs of wear and tear. Should this be noted or in the
case of malfunction, contact an authorized technical assistance centre.
DISPOSAL
The product is packaged in recyclable materials. Dispose of it in compliance with the
environmental protection standards.
In accordance with the “Implementation of Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and
indicates that the product must be disposed of separately from other waste at the end of its
useful life.
The user must therefore take the appliance to an appropriate recycling centre for electrical and

electronic equipment. Alternatively, instead of handling the disposal, the appliance can be handed over
to the retailer when a new, equivalent appliance is purchased. Retailers of electronic products having a
sales area of at least 400 m2can also be handed electronic products that are to be disposed of measuring
less than 25 cm, free of charge and with no obligation to buy. Appropriate separate collection for the
subsequent procedure for the decommissioned appliance for recycling, which includes treatment and
environmentally friendly disposal helps prevent adverse effects on the environment and health and
promotes reusing and/or recycling materials that the appliance consists of.
ASSISTANCE AND WARRANTY
GUARANTEE
1. The appliance is guaranteed for a period of three years from purchase. Your receipt /
invoice is your proof of purchase.
2. The appliance is guaranteed against any defects arising from manufacture during this
period. Should this be evident we will repair or replace it.
3. The guarantee does not apply to instances of customer misuse/abuse.
4. The guarantee does not apply in professional / commercial usage situations.
5. The guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
SERVICING
For repair / replacement under the terms of our guarantee, the appliance must be returned
to the Service Centre accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
