1.1AboutSimpleAddressableSystem
Thesimpleaddressablebroadcasthostisatypeofsimpleaddressablepublicbroadcastsystemthat
integratesaddressablecontrolhost,pre-amplifying functionandfinalstagepoweramplifier,andalso
combinesterminaldecoderoraddressablespeaker.
ADR6435 isthecontrolhostofthesystem,whichiscapableofcontrolling100 zones.Thehost
employsBUSwiring pattern, andapairofpowerwireisconnectedtoeveryzone.Thewiring isvery
simpleand thezonearrangementandadjustmentrequirenochangeofline.Thezonepaginghas
optionsforindividualzone,all zonesand partialzone,andthepagingisprovidedwith
pre-conversationringingalert.
ThesimpleaddressablesystemcomposedbytheequipmentcanbecontrolledbyPC,whichcan
carryouttimingprogrammingcontrolforthissystem.
Theequipmentisprovidedwithfourlineinputportsusedforlinkingaudiofacilitiesofexternal
equipmenttobroadcastmusicprogramsforzones.Inaddition,theequipmentisalsoprovidedwith
remotepaging extensioninterface forconnectionwithremotepager.
Thesystemcomposedbytheequipmentmeetstherequirementsofthebroadcastofschools,
factories, gardens,officebuildings, shoppingmalls, stationsanddocks.

4.OperationDescriptions
4.1ZoneControlOperations
Thesimpleaddressablesystemcomposedbythisequipmentisprovidedwith100 zones,andthe
systemcontrolsthezonesviacontrolkeysforthezonesonthepanel.
Underdefault statusafterpower-on,thestatusindicatorlampofselectionkeyof 1～20”zonesison,
and thesystemisunderstatusofthelastshutdown.Inthiscase,thefirstzoneto20th zonecanbe
directlycontrolledbykey +1－+20”(gentlypress thezonekeyonce,iftheindicatorlampison,it
indicatesthezoneis switched-on”;gentlypressthezonekeywhentheindicatorlampison can
maketheindicatorlampgooff,andit indicatestheshutdownofthezone).Forcontrolofzones
whosenumberisabove20, pleasepress zoneselectionkeyfirst,andthenthekeyfor +1～+20”.
Controlscopefortheselectionkeyofthefivezonesareasfollows:
lZonescopeselectionkey 1～20”isusedforcontrollingthefirstto20thzones.
lZonescopeselectionkey" 21～40 " isusedforcontrollingthe21stto40thzones.
lZonescopeselectionkey" 41～60 " isusedforcontrollingthe41stto60thzones.
lZonescopeselectionkey" 61～80 " isusedforcontrollingthe61stto80thzones.
lZonescopeselectionkey" 81～100" isusedforcontrollingthe81stto100thzones.
Key ALLON”isusedforswitchingonall thezones(100 zones).Afterswitching onall thezones,
incaseofaneedtoswitchoffaparticularorcertainzones,pleaseselecttherelatedscopeofthe
zonewithzonescopeselectionkey, andthenshutoffall zonesnotrequiredwithzonecontrolkey.
Key“ALLON”isusedforswitchingoff all thezones(100 zones).Similarly, afterswitchingoff all
thezones, incaseofaneedtoswitchoncertainzones, theaboveproceduresalsoapply.
Pressingkey RESUME”makesthesystemin"resuming" status,andthesystemreadsandexecutes
thezonestatusstoredinthememory.Undernormaloperationstatusoftheequipment,prolonged
ON”statusoftheindicatorlamp relativeto RESUME”iscalledresumingstatus. Under resuming
status, thepresentstatusofall zonescanbeautomaticallystoredtothememoryoftheequipment.
4.2PlayingBackground MusicforZones
Connectaudiofacilitiesforanyofthefoursoundinputinterfacesoftheequipmentandpoweronthe
audiofacility,thenthesystemwill allocatetheaudioautomaticallytothe100 terminals.(Note:the
10 zonesonlyusesoneaudio). Among thefouraudioinputinterfaces, AUX1 haspriorityfunction.If
therearesimultaneoussignalinputforAUX1and anyoneamongAUX2, AUX3and AUX4, then
theinputsignalofAUX1 interface canautomaticallysuppress theinputsignalofotherlines.
4.3VolumeControl
Knobs AUX1VOL,AUX2VOL,AUX3VOLandAUX4VOL”on thepaneloftheequipmentare

usedtocontrolthevolumeoftheinputchannelsrespectively.Knob MICVOL”isusedtocontrol
thevolumeofmicrophone.Clockwiseturningrepresentsvolumeincrease,whileanticlockwise
turningrepresentsvolumedecrease.
Volumeofthe100 zonesisintegratedlycontrolledbytheknobonthepaneloftheequipment,i.e..
theequipmentisnotprovidedwithseparatecontrolforsimultaneousvolumeincreaseordecreasefor
the100 zones.
4.4Pagingand PriorityFunctions
Pagingincludesremotepagingandpagingofmicrophoneconnectedtotheequipment.Thecontrol
ofzonesbytheremotepagerenjoyspriorityoveraddressablehostand PCcontrolsoftware.When
thezonesareswitchedupon on theremotepagerforpaging,thefivezonescopeselectionkeyson
thepaneloftheequipmentcanbeusedtoviewtheoperationstatusofzonesduringthepaging.Any
operationoverthezonesbyaddressablehostandPCcontrolsoftwareotherthantheoperationby
remotepagerwillbeinvalid.
Whentheremotepagerisconductingpagingoperationforaparticularzone,ifthezoneisswitched
onontheremotepager,thenall thezonesforbackground musicwill beswitchedoff,thenthepaged
zonewill beswitchedon.Afterthepaging,usekey ALLOFF”onthepagertoswitchoffall the
zonesorthepowerofremotepager, and all thezoneswillresumed tothepre-pagingoperationstatus.
Whenthepagerisconductingpagingforall thezones,gentlypress ALLON”keyontheremote
pagertoswitchonall thezones.Inthiscase,theequipmentwill switchoff thezoneplaying
backgroundmusicfirst,thenswitchon all thezones.Afterthepaging,gentlypress key ALLOFF”
onthepagertoresumethestatusofplayingbackgroundmusicofthezones.
Thesystemcanalsoperformpagingoverthezonesbythemicrophoneconnectedtotheequipment.
Priortothepaging,gentlypressthekeyforringingalert”onthepaneltoobtaintheringingtone.
Ringingvolumecanbeadjustedbytheringingvolumeadjustmentknob(1)on thepanelofthe
equipment.Adjustthemicrophonevolumetotheoptimalposition (untilnohowlisavailableforthe
microphone), andthencarryoutpaging forthezones.
WhenthesystemisplayingtheaudioinputbyAUX1interface,pagingoverzonescanalsobe
performedbymicrophone.InputsignalofAUX1interface and ringingsignalarethesamepriority
signal,and theoutputterminalcantransmit three signals,any ofwhichcancovertheaudiosignal
inputbyAUX2, AUX3 andAUX4.
NoteforOperation:
1. Whenthehostisoff, atleast10 minutesisrequiredforre-energization.
2. Whenwithdrawingfromtheremotepaging(bypressingkey ALLOFF”oftheremotepager),
pleasepoweroff themicrophoneofremotepageratthesametime,otherwise,thesurrounding
soundscanstill reachthezonesswitchedon aftertheresumingviathemicrophoneofpager.

4.PrecautionsforOperation
4.1PrecautionsforSafetyOperation
lPleasedo notinsertthepowersupplyplug oftheequipmentintothepowernetworkbefore
connectingproperlythesystemcircuitry.
lItshouldbeensuredthatthevoltagesuppliedtotheequipmentbecompletelymeeting the
voltagerequirementsoftheequipment,otherwise,theremayexisttheriskofburningthe
equipment.
lDangervoltageisinsidetheequipment,andthevoltageishighenoughtoresultinthe
personnelelectricshock.Pleasedonotopenthehousingwithoutauthorization topreventthe
riskofelectricshock.
lWhenthepowerswitchoftheequipmentisat"OFF"status,themachineisnotdisconnected
completelywiththepowernetwork.Foryoursafety,pleasepull outthepowercordfromthe
socketwhentheequipmentisnottobeused.
lPleasedo notplace theequipmentatalocationtoocoldortoohot.
lEnsureagoodventilationandagood workingconditionfortheequipmenttopreventheating
intheworkinghours, otherwise, themachinemaybedamagedduetotoo highatemperature.
lThemasterpowerswitchshouldbeturnedoff atacloudydayanddampweatherorwhenthe
equipmentisnottobeusedforalongtime.
lItisrequiredtopull outthepowerplugtoensurethattheequipmentiscompletely
disengagedfromthepowernetworkwhenit istodis-assembleorre-assembleanypartofthe
equipmentortodisconnectorconnectplug ofanyelectricapparatusofequipmentormaking
otherconnection.
lWhentheequipmenthasafailure,itisnotallowedforthenon-professionalpersonnelto
openthehousing toundertaketherepairwithoutauthorization topreventaccidentor
aggravating thedamagedconditionoftheequipment.
lDonotplace anychemicalsubjectwithcorrosivityneartheequipmentoronthetopof
equipment.
4.2PrecautionsforAfter-salesService
lThecompanywillprovidefreeofchargeguaranteeservice (includingprovisionof
replacementpartfree ofcharge)foroneyeardatingfromthedayofpurchaseforany quality
probleminthenormalrangeofapplication,providedthattheinstallationandapplicationare
inconformitytothestipulationsgivenintheOperationManual.
lAtanytimefortherepairguarantee,theconsumershouldpresenttheCardofGuaranteeand
thesalesinvoice asaproof.
lThefollowingconditionsdonotbelongtothescopeforfree ofchargeservice:
(1)Productdamageduetomistakeninstallation, application orhandling;
(2)Productdamageduetoabnormalcondition(suchasoverpowervoltageorambient
humidity, etc. );
(3)Productdamageduetoforcemajeuresuchascalamityoraccident;
(4)Thenumberonproductbodyhasbeenconverted, alteredorremoved;
