2. Main parts and function
Main function introduction:
A. Recovery tank: It is the tank to collect dirty water. Before your operation, make sure the
drain out hose cover is closed, suction hose is connected with squeegee and close the
recovery tank lid.
B. Solution tank : It is the tank to contain water or mixed solution. Before your operation, check
whether any water or mixed solution is in the tank or not?
C. Brush system: The high-performance brush motor and metal reduction gear mechanism
drives the brush pad, detaches the dirty things from floor surface quickly..
D. Squeegee system: It is a special device and imported rubber blades, collecting the dirty
water and bringing it into recovery tank.It is the key part for floor scrubber.And it affects the
performance of the machine, so you need to pay special attention to this part.
Factory standard configuration is LINATEX rubber blades from USA in red
color, which is only for working place without oil. If working place with oil, please order
LENATEX professional oil resistant rubber blade.

FS45BT Operation notice:
1. The forward / backward switch must be in the middle (stop) position before
startup, if it is not in this position, the machine will automatically enter the
protection state.
2. The machine will not accept any instructions after entering the protection state
3. Exit the protection status operation: close the key, return the forward /
backward switch to the stop position, then open the key.
4. Normal operation: when the forward / backward switch is in the stop position,
turn on the key, select the operation switch (brush or suction), select the
appropriate speed, and push the forward / backward switch.
5. When backward, please lift the squeegee.
Storage battery: original configuration floor scrubber are with high performance maintenance
free battery, meanwhile, configure intelligent battery charger which controlled by micro
computer, and maximally improve product cost performance, more convenient for user.
3. Quick operation and pay attention to
Pay attention to before operate：
1）For the first time using machine, operator should be trained.
2）in the process of the replacement of the new, the original operator or supervisor to deal
with the new operator to carry out training to teach the operation and attention to matters,
to avoid unnecessary accidents.
3）understand, familiar with the place, determine the route of machine, to complete in
easiest and safest.
4）Check the battery capacity (the new machine or a longer period of time without the use
of the machine will be full of electricity before use).
5）choose brush or cleaning pad according floor situation
This product is a professional equipment, need for training, special operations,
special care, the operator should keep the keys, to protect the safety of
equipment and others!
The purpose of cleaning is to remove the surface dirt on the premise of
protecting the ground, brush, pad selection is not appropriate may hurt
your ground, please pay attention!

Preparation
1）choose super concentrated industrial floor cleaning agent supplied according to floor
pollution state:
Normally, only mix 1/4 cup(the normal one time using
paper cup) detergent into 1 tank water. (as the right figure shows)
2）join detergent from former water injection

Start work:
1）Add water into solution tank, assemble the

amount of detergent! please use neutral low foam detergent!

If the working place is long and narrow, you can choose style 2.
(as the right figure shows)
2) The key point for high efficiency cleaning:
detach the dirty from floor surface and take the dirty
away from your working place.
3）In order to improve your work efficiency, pay
attention to control during operation, try to
clean surface press one by one, do not appear
leak, with least operation to complete
work(shown at right)
4) If the recovery tank is full, the suction motor
will be stopped automatically.At this time,
you need to empty the recovery tank and
re-add the water into solution tank.
5) Repeat like this, can you do it?
Pay attention to:
1）Never add any corrosive liquid(such as sulfate, hydrochloric and other high corrosive
detergent) into solution tank, or the machine will be damaged severely.
2）After charging, power lock should be closed and remove the key, temporary charge can
not replace full charge, such operations can severely shorten the service life of the battery.
The charger and the battery are matched to use, do not use the non configuration charger,
so as not to cause damage to the battery.
3）forbidden to open machine under charge state, it will cause accident or damage the charger

4）To check the liquid level sensor in the recovery tank.
5）If any foreign body is wrapped around the liquid
level sensor, please remove it in time to avoid
affecting the work of the sensor.
6）to keep solution tank clean, debris falling into may
be blocked drainage system.

7）rubber adjustment will directly affect the effect of
suction water, keep the squeegee and floor 90
degree vertical, when rubber blade worn, by
adjusting the universal wheel knob of queegee,
keep squeegee maintain proper position with
floor.
8）This machine adopt brush assist adjust device, if
you feel push hard when operate, can adjust by
knob, see the photo.
9) keep the rubber clean, to prepare a towel and pocket, when the rubber blade stuck by debris,

If squeegee and floor not be in 90 degree position, it may
cause the middle of squeegee is with not good suction
water effect, meanwhile, two sides rubber blade contact
floor too much to excessive wear, or even cause two side
of front rubber dislocation.

4. Daily work
1) after working need to check the battery capacity, decide whether to charge, so as not to
affect tomorrow work.
2）after work, clean recovery tank, do not
leave the sewage water in the
recovery tank, otherwise it will affect
the suction motor service life.
3) after work, must clean the solution tank,
do not leave detergent in solution tank.
4) after work, should be used clean water to clean the part which contact with detergent, and
use dry cloth to wipe.
5) after work, squeegee and brush should be raised up,

7) in operation, when the power is lower than specified value, the machine will automatically
stop working, and there is a buzzer alarm, at this time need to charger the machine. Only
close the key to stop the buzzer alarm. if there is still small amount of work has not been
completed, you can reopen the key, adopt single motor operation, when the single motor
operation is also alarm, you must charge the machine.
the battery warranty period is six month, during warranty period uncoditional
replacement if manufacturing quality problems. battery charging should be
completed once, if regular space charge to replace full charge, will cause
battery damage, please pay attention to avoid! after the loss of electricity or
electricity to run out of alarm does not charge, after a period of time to continue
to use, the battery damage easily.

5. Battery placement and inspection
Batteries generally will be placed in
the machine before leaving factory,
when received new machine, please
check if the machine is damaged
during transportation, release the
fixing screw of water tank, the
machine shell could be backward
rollover, please check the following:
1) Whether the battery has a shift, the
connection is firm；
2) The silencing box is fixed is intact.
3) whether there is a drop of goods.
back to normal after checking, fixed the screw.
6. Common problems and solution
1）if in the process of working machine has left or right deviation
Rule out method: adjust the knob according to the diagram method.

3）middle or both ends of squeegee are not good performance in suction water.Rule out method:
adjust knob according to photo.
4）no reaction when turn on for brush or suction motor
troubleshooting method: after the switch is turned on, if the corresponding indicator light is
on the panel.
If the indicator light is on, check whether the fuse - > relay - > - related cable is loose or
damaged;
If the indicator light is not bright, it may be the main control circuit board due to water
damage;
5）suction motor can not be closed, even the key is closed, suction motor still running.
Rule out method: observe the panel indicator, if close the water absorption switch, water
indicator light off, the suction motor is still rotating, it is possible that the relay of suction
motor is damaged. If close water absorption switch, water indicator light still on, it is
possible that the main control circuit board damage.
6）water absorption effect is not good.
methods: to observe the state of suction of squeegee, and choose different methods to
adjust the squeegee.

(1) in the smooth floor, still water left after suction, inspect if the rubber blade and floor are
uniform contact.
（2）"intermediate effect is not good", "both ends effect are not good" adjust the verticality
of squeegee. "suction water is good, but water overflow from two ends of squeegee"
inspect if the mouth of squeegee is still suction, if there is a blockage, if the recovery
tank is full, if the sealing strip of recovery tank is installed well, the lid of discharge
pipe do not cover well.
7）there was water trace on the floor surface after the machine pass.
method: check if the floor surface have too much tiny grains of sand, if yes, the rubber
blade press foreign body, simple solution is raise the squeegee, then pull the
machine back a little, put down the squeegee, go on working.
if there is a hair in the middle of squeegee, also will have this effect, solution is as
above.operator should be equipped with a good absorption towel, timely cleaning the
rubber blade.
8）battery voltage is normal, but using time shorter and shorter.
Cause: if the battery has been used for more than one year, it has begun to enter the
decay period.
if the using time is within one year, it is likely to be the use of our bad habits, can not
guarantee that the battery has a full charge time, regular interruption of charging, the
rear rubber blade and the floor
keep 90 degree, to keep one
side of rubber blade and floor
contact, when this side wear
and tear, we could change the
other side, so that the rubber
blade could be used repeatedly
four times, save cost.
this status of rear rubber blade can
not get good result, but also damage
the rubber blade easily, once this side
of rubber blade damage, the other
side can not be reused, greatly
shorten the service life of the rubber

battery is placed after the end of electricity, and other non standard battery charging, etc.,
all these bad habits speed up the battery damage.
if the battery has this situation in 6months from purchase the machine, please timely
communicate with dealer, supply the photos of product series no. and battery code, as long
as it is not human factor, the factory is responsible to change for you.
Requirement:
must use the original matching charger to charge from factory, each charge must be
charged automatically completed(green light on), can not be interrupted halfway.
to maintain deep discharge cycle use, the lowest safe voltage is 21.5V, the machine will
protect battery automatically, must charge when the machine alarm, regular use of non
depth charge, it will cause the battery can not be charged. when this situation occurs,
you can try to use a continuous deep discharge+full charge, try a few times to see if the
battery is able to recover, if it can not, you should replace battery.
9）suction motor is running, but suction power of squeegee is not good effect.
check: (1) if the filter cap in the recovery tank is blocked? the suction nozzle is normal?
(2) if the inlet water of squeegee is blocked?
(3) take down the connection hose of squeegee and check if there is a blackage in
the hose?
(4) under machine on, if the cap of recovery tank can be opened.
method: (1)open suction motor after remove the filter, confirm the intake pipe has suction,
clean the filter, blow it dry, then mount.
(2) removal of foreign bodies and the resumption of the flow.
(3) pull the rubber sealing out and cleaning, then remount, do not press the rubber
too tight, let rubber flat nature when machine working.
10) machine does not have water or the water or the water can not flow out smoothly.
Check: (1) if the drain out water switch on.
(2) if the solenoid valve control type, please check the solenoid valve work is
normal.
(3) the amount of water valve regulation is in place.
(4) check if there is a blockage in the net of filter.
(5) check if there is a press flat in the lower pipe of chassis.
11) suction motor rotate, but can not suction.
Check (1) if the lid of drain out hose is good, cover the lid well.
(2) pull out the connect pipe of squeegee, check if the pipe has suction？is there a
blockage? is there blockage on the mouth of squeegee?
a lot of foreign bodies will be blocked in the junction of suction pipe and
recovery tank, troubleshooting: loosen the lock sealing ring that connect
suction pipe and recovery tank, put off the suction pipe.
(3) pull out the sealing strip appropriately, then close the lid, check if it can be
sealed.
12）the sound of suction motor is big, suction is reduced.
Check: (1) if there is dirt block the net of recovery tank inlet filter, clean the filter net.
(2) outlet pipe of suction motor and silencer is separation.

(3) open the silencer cover, clean the sponge of silencer.
(4) use a foam cleaning agent and not use Anti foaming agent, it will cause motor
suck bubble, it is possible to make the impeller balance damage or damage
the bearing of motor.
method: first cleaning the sponge according to requirements, if the noise still exist, it
need to change the motor.
7.Control panel introduction
1. battery power inspection and display
every time the machine will automatically detect the battery power, and show current
power, if the power is lower than the provisions of the machine, it will warm.
2. low voltage warning
whether the boot or in the use of the process, when the power is lower than the specified
value, the machine will alarm until the automatic cut off power.
3. total working time display
machine with automatic recording function, this function can help managers understand the
operator work status and cumulative work.
4. maintenance tips.
except cumulative working hours function, also with checking the motor brushes tips.,
when the machine maintenance tips light flashing, the operator must timely report to the
managers, so that timely arrangements for inspection and maintenance.Maintenance
prompt signal can not be eliminated, after a certain time will automatically shut down;
5. working status display
The model of the automatic water outlet has three kinds of status indication, and the
manual water outlet type has two kinds of state indication;
6. brush switch
control brush open and close.
7. water valve switch
Control water valve opening and closing, so that the operator can easily control the
machine's water.
Water and brush working state linkage device, when you choose the automatic water
to open, as long as the brush work, the water valve will automatically open, brush
stop, the water valve automatically shut down; (optional function)
All man-made factors cause the motor damage, not to
belong to the range of guarantee.

8. suction switch
the switch is place in panel for manual water outlet type, for automatic machine, this switch
is directly linked to the squeegee lifting device.
9. liquid level sensor switch
installed in the recovery tank, when the water reaches the specified level will automatically
cut of the suction motor.
8. product quality commitment
All products are tested and inspected carefully, to ensure that the products no material
and assembly defects before delivery.

Note: the warranty does not apply to any accident, does not apply to DIY, neglect, abuse,
caused by the fire damage, and repaired by others out of star dealer.
In addition, consumables (wheels, rubber blade, rubber strips, brush, pad holder) is not
in the scope of warranty.
Battery is a special commodity, related to the operation of the standard use, the warranty period
is 6 months.
If the product is used for other purposes other than the product function, the warranty is not
valid. Please read the product manual and maintenance manual. All communications and
transportation costs, including insurance costs, paid by the user. Excluding any other nature of
the claim.
Be careful
please do not directly add caustic soda as oil removal, caustic soda
solution will severe corrosion machine parts, will directly damage the
suction rubber blade, make suction rubber blade Severe deformation
and damage in advance.
