2. Main parts and function
Main function introduction:
A. Recovery tank: It is the tank to collect dirty water. Before your operation, make sure the
drain out hose cover is closed, suction hose is connected with squeegee and close the
recovery tank lid.
B. Solution tank : It is the tank to contain water or mixed solution. Before your operation, check
whether any water or mixed solution is in the tank or not?
C. Brush system: The high-performance brush motor and metal reduction gear mechanism
drives the brush pad, detaches the dirty things from floor surface quickly..
D. Squeegee system: It is a special device and imported rubber blades, collecting the dirty
water and bringing it into recovery tank.It is the key part for floor scrubber.And it affects the
performance of the machine, so you need to pay special attention to this part.
Factory standard configuration is LINATEX rubber blades from USA in red
color, which is only for working place without oil. If working place with oil, please order
LENATEX professional oil resistant rubber blade.

FS45BT Operation notice:
1. The forward / backward switch must be in the middle (stop) position before
startup, if it is not in this position, the machine will automatically enter the
protection state.
2. The machine will not accept any instructions after entering the protection state
3. Exit the protection status operation: close the key, return the forward /
backward switch to the stop position, then open the key.
4. Normal operation: when the forward / backward switch is in the stop position,
turn on the key, select the operation switch (brush or suction), select the
appropriate speed, and push the forward / backward switch.
5. When backward, please lift the squeegee.
Storage battery: original configuration floor scrubber are with high performance maintenance
free battery, meanwhile, configure intelligent battery charger which controlled by micro
computer, and maximally improve product cost performance, more convenient for user.
3. Quick operation and pay attention to
Pay attention to before operate：
1）For the first time using machine, operator should be trained.
2）in the process of the replacement of the new, the original operator or supervisor to deal
with the new operator to carry out training to teach the operation and attention to matters,
to avoid unnecessary accidents.
3）understand, familiar with the place, determine the route of machine, to complete in
easiest and safest.
4）Check the battery capacity (the new machine or a longer period of time without the use
of the machine will be full of electricity before use).
5）choose brush or cleaning pad according floor situation
This product is a professional equipment, need for training, special operations,
special care, the operator should keep the keys, to protect the safety of
equipment and others!
The purpose of cleaning is to remove the surface dirt on the premise of
protecting the ground, brush, pad selection is not appropriate may hurt
your ground, please pay attention!

Preparation
1）choose super concentrated industrial floor cleaning agent supplied according to floor
pollution state:
Normally, only mix 1/4 cup(the normal one time using
paper cup) detergent into 1 tank water. (as the right figure shows)
2）join detergent from former water injection

If the working place is long and narrow, you can choose style 2.
(as the right figure shows)
2) The key point for high efficiency cleaning:
detach the dirty from floor surface and take the dirty
away from your working place.
3）In order to improve your work efficiency, pay
attention to control during operation, try to
clean surface press one by one, do not appear
leak, with least operation to complete
work(shown at right)
4) If the recovery tank is full, the suction motor
will be stopped automatically.At this time,
you need to empty the recovery tank and
re-add the water into solution tank.
5) Repeat like this, can you do it?
Pay attention to:
1）Never add any corrosive liquid(such as sulfate, hydrochloric and other high corrosive
detergent) into solution tank, or the machine will be damaged severely.
2）After charging, power lock should be closed and remove the key, temporary charge can
not replace full charge, such operations can severely shorten the service life of the battery.
The charger and the battery are matched to use, do not use the non configuration charger,
so as not to cause damage to the battery.
