How to Fix
1. Check to make sure …
•Your Wi-Fi is turned on and you are connected to the
same wireless network as the player
•Your SiriusXM App is updated to the most current
version
2. Close the SiriusXM Controller App
3. Unplug your BREW for 10 seconds and reconnect to power
4. Wait for the light to turn blue
5. Open the SiriusXM App to display the player
