Die Dynamics LWS Bandage
stabilisiert
und entlastet Ihren Lendenwirbelbereich
durch ihre komprimierende Wirkung. Eine
höhenverstellbare Pelotte (Druckpolster)
massiert mit weichen Noppen die Muskula-
tur. Dies regt die Durchblutung an und hilft
Verspannungen im Bereich der Lendenwir-
belsäule (LWS) zu lösen.

Vor dem Anlegen der Bandage öffnen Sie bitte den
Klettverschluss und überprüfen Sie die Position der
Pelotte. Diese soll mit der Spitze nach unten zeigen
und lässt sich auf der gewünschten Höhe an der In-
nenseite der Bandage festkletten.

Für ein einfaches Anlegen ist die Bandage mit Hand-
schlaufen ausgestattet. Führen Sie zunächst die linke
Hand durch die innenliegende Schlaufe und legen Sie
die Bandage um den Körper.

Anschließend führen Sie die rechte Hand durch die
äußere Schlaufe und verschließen den Klettver-
schluss vor dem Bauch.

tes muss durch geschultes Fachpersonal erfolgen.

Produkten getragen werden, besprechen Sie dies
bitte vorher mit Ihrem Arzt.
– Während längerer Ruhezeiten (z. B. beim Schlafen)

Bei folgenden Fällen sollten Sie vor

– Hauterkrankungen oder -verlet-
zungen im Anwendungsbereich,
insbesondere bei Entzündungs-
zeichen wie Rötung, Erwärmung
oder Schwellung
– Empfi ndungs- und Durchblutungs-
störungen im Anwendungsbereich
– Lymphabfl ussstörungen sowie
nicht eindeutige Schwellungen
Anwendungsbereiche
– akute und chronische Schmerz-
zustände im Lendenwirbel- und
Kreuzbeinbereich
– Hexenschuss (Lumbago)
– verschleißbedingte (degenera-
tive) Veränderungen der Lenden-
wirbelsäule
Nebenwirkungen
Bei sachgemäßer Anwendung sind
bisher keine Nebenwirkungen auf
den gesamten Körper bekannt.
Liegt das Produkt jedoch zu fest
an, kann es örtliche Druckerschei-
nungen verursachen oder Blutge-
fäße und Nerven einengen.
– Das Produkt sollte vor dem
ersten Gebrauch gewaschen
werden.
– Entfernen Sie vor dem Waschen
die Pelotte aus Ihrer Tasche. Sie
kann mit einem feuchten Tuch
gereinigt werden. Um die Pelotte
anschließend wieder richtig ein-
zusetzen, muss die genoppte Sei-
te beim Einstecken in die Tasche
nach hinten zeigen (Abbildung 4).
– Schließen Sie alle Klettverschlüs-
se und waschen Sie das Produkt
separat in einem Waschsäckchen
bei maximal 30° C.Verwenden
Sie dazu Feinwaschmittel ohne
Weichmacher (z. B. Ofa Clean
Spezialwaschmittel) und spülen
Sie das Produkt gut aus. Das
Produkt kann schonend ge-
schleudert werden, bitte wringen
Sie es aber nicht aus.
– Bringen Sie das Produkt in Form
und lassen Sie es an der Luft
trocknen. Trocknen Sie das Pro-
dukt nicht im Trockner, auf der
Heizung oder in direktem Sonnen-
licht und bügeln Sie es niemals.
– Um die Qualität Ihres Produktes
zu erhalten, verwenden Sie bitte
keine chemischen Reinigungs-
mittel, Bleichmittel, Benzin
oder Weichspüler. Tragen Sie im
Anwendungsbereich keine fett-
oder säurehaltigen Mittel, Salben
oder Lotionen auf die Haut auf.
Diese Substanzen können das
Material angreifen.
– Lagern Sie das Produkt trocken
und geschützt vor Sonne und
Hitze möglichst in der Original-
verpackung.

Lumbar spine support
The Dynamics lumbar spine support
stabilises and provides compressive relief to
the lumbar region. A height adjustable pad
massages the muscles with soft nubs. This
stimulates blood circulation and helps to re-
lieve tension in the lumbar spine area.

Fitting instructions
The fi tting instructions in pictures can be found

Before putting on the support, please open the Velcro
fastener and check the position of the pad. Its tip
should be pointing downwards, and can be Velcro
fastened to the desired height on the inside of the
support.

The support comes with loops to make it easier to put
on. First lead your left hand through the inner loop
and place the support around your body.

Then lead your right hand through the outer loop
and close the Velcro fastener in front of your stom-
ach.

– Wear the product over a thin close-fitting shirt. If it
has to be worn in combination with other products,
then please discuss this in advance with your doctor.
– During long periods of rest (e. g. when sleeping) the
product should be removed.
– If you experience an unpleasant sensation, intense
pain or any other problem when wearing the
product, then remove it and contact your doctor or
specialist supplier.
– We use a comprehensive quality management sys-
tem to check our products. However, should there
still be reasons for complaint, please contact your
specialist supplier.

Contraindications
In the following cases you should
consult your doctor before using
this product:
– skin conditions or injuries in the
area of application, particularly
where signs of infl ammation are
present, such as redness, temper-
ature increase or swelling
– feeling of numbness and circulat-
ory problems in the area of applic-
ation
– problems with lymphatic drainage
as well as unexplained swelling
Indications
– acute and chronic pain in the
lumbar and sacral areas of the
spine
– lumbago
– degenerative changes to the
lumbar spine
Side effects
There are currently no known side
effects for any part of the body if
this product is used correctly. How-
ever, if the product is too tight, this
can cause local pressure points or
constrict blood vessels and nerves.
– The product should be washed
before being used for the first
time.
– Remove the pad from its sleeve
before washing. It can be
cleaned with a moist cloth. To
insert the pad correctly after
cleaning, the nubbed side must
face downwards when placed in
the sleeve (figure 4).
– Close all Velcro fasteners and
wash the product separately in
a small wash bag at a maximum
temperature of 30° C. Use a mild
detergent without softener (e. g.
Ofa Clean special detergent) and
rinse the product out well.
A gentle spin can be used for
this product but please do not
wring it out.
– Mould the product into the right
shape and air-dry it. Do not dry
the product in the dryer, on a
radiator or in direct sunlight and
do not iron.
– In order to maintain the qual-
ity of your product please do
not use any chemical cleaning
products, bleaches, petrol or
fabric softener. Do not apply any
fatty or acidic creams, ointments
or lotions to the skin in the
usage area. These substances
can irritate the material of the
product.
– Store the product in a cool dry
place away from sunlight and
heat and preferably in the orig-
inal packaging.

stabilise et soulage le bas du dos
par son effet de compression. Une pelote
réglable en hauteur (coussinet), masse les
muscles avec des picots. Ce massage sti-
mule la circulation sanguine et permet de
relâcher les tensions dans la portion abdo-
minale de la colonne vertébrale.

Avant de placer le bandage, ouvrez le velcro et vérifiez
la position de la pelote. Celle-ci doit être placée avec
la pointe vers le bas et se fixe à la hauteur souhaitée
à l’intérieur du bandage.

Pour un positionnement facile, le bandage est équipé
de poignées. Passez la main gauche dans le passant
intérieure et placez le bandage autour du corps.

Enfin, passez la main droite dans le passant exté-
rieur et fermez le velcro sur le ventre.

– maladies ou blessures de la peau
dans la zone d’application du
produit, en particulier en cas de
signes d’infl ammation (rougeur,
échauffement ou enfl ure)
– troubles sensitifs et circulatoires
dans la zone d’application du pro-
duit
– troubles du fl ux lymphatique ainsi
que légères enfl ures
Indications
– la douleur aiguë et chronique
dans la région lombaire et sacrée
– lumbago
– les changements liés à l’usure
(dégénérative) de la région lom-
baire
Effets secondaires
Aucun effet secondaire sur l’inté-
gralité du corps n’est connu à ce
jour avec une utilisation correcte.
Toutefois, si le produit est trop
serré, il peut provoquer des points
de pression locaux ou le rétrécis-
sement de vaisseaux sanguins ou
de nerfs.
– Il faut laver le produit avant de
l’utiliser pour la première fois.
– Avant de laver le produit, veuil-
lez retirer le coussinet de son en-
veloppe. Celui-ci est nettoyable
à l’aide d’un chiffon humide.
Replacer la pelote de façon à
ce que la face avec picots soit
tournée vers l’arrière de la poche
(figure 4).
– Fermez toutes les sangles velcro
et lavez le produit séparément
dans un sachet de lavage à 30° C
au maximum. Utilisez, pour cela,
une lessive pour linge délicat
sans adoucissant (p. ex. Lessive
spéciale Ofa Clean) et rincez
bien le produit. Vous pouvez
faire essorer le produit comme
dans le cas du linge délicat mais
ne le tordez pas.
– Mettez le produit en forme et
laissez-le sécher à l’air. Ne faites
pas sécher le produit dans un
sèche-linge, sur un radiateur ou
exposé directement aux rayons
du soleil et ne jamais repasser.
– Pour conserver la qualité de
votre produit, n’employez jamais
de détersifs chimiques, d’agents
blanchissants, de white spirit ou
d’adoucissants. N’enduisez pas
la peau de produits gras ou aci-
des, de pommades ou de lotions
dans la zone d’application du
produit. Ces substances pour-
raient attaquer le matériau.
– Conservez le produit à l’abri
de l’humidité, du soleil et de la
chaleur, si possible dans son em-
ballage d’origine.

De Dynamics lumbaalbandage
stabi-
liseert en ontlast uw lendenwervelbereik
door haar comprimerend effect. Een in
hoogte verstelbare pelotte (drukkussen)
masseert met zachte noppen het spierstel-
sel. Dit stimuleert de doorbloeding en helpt
spanningen in het gedeelte van de lenden-
wervelkolom (LWS) los te weken.

Gelieve de klittenbandsluiting te openen en de positie
van de pelotte te controleren vooraleer de bandage
aan te doen. De pelotte dient met de punt naar bene-
den te wijzen en kan op de gewenste hoogte aan de
binnenzijde van de bandage vastgeklit worden.

Om de bandage gemakkelijk aan te doen, is de
bandage met handlussen uitgerust. Breng in eerste
instantie uw linkerhand door de binnenste lus en leg
de bandage rond het lichaam.

Vervolgens leidt u uw rechterhand door de buitenste
lus en sluit u de klittenbandsluiting vóór de buik.

Gelieve in acht te nemen
– Het product moet de eerste keer door geschoold
vakpersoneel aangepast en aangedaan worden.
– Draag het product boven een dun, nauw aanslui-
tend hemd. Indien het in combinatie met andere
producten gedragen dient te worden, verzoeken wij
u, dit vooraf met uw arts te bespreken.
– Tijdens langere rusttijden (bijvoorbeeld wanneer u
slaapt) dient u het product niet te gebruiken.
– Indien er zich tijdens het dragen een onaangenaam
gevoel, fellere pijnen of andere klachten voordoen,
dient u het product niet te gebruiken en dient u
contact op te nemen met uw arts of dealer.
– Wij controleren onze producten in het kader van
een algeheel kwaliteitsmanagement. Gelieve u tot
uw dealer te richten indien u desondanks klachten
hebt.

Contra-indicaties

te raadplegen:
– huidaandoeningen of -verwon-
dingen in het toepassingsgebied,
in het bij zonder bij ontstekings-
verschij nselen zoals roodkleuring,
verwarming of zwelling
– gevoels- en doorbloedingsstoor-
nissen in het toepassingsgebied
– lymfeafvoerstoornissen evenals
niet volkomen duidelij ke zwellin-
gen
Toepassingsgebieden
– acute en chronische pijntoestan-
den in het bereik van lendenwer-
vel en heiligbeen
– spit (lumbago)
– door slijtage veroorzaakte (dege-
neratieve) veranderingen van de
lendenwervelkolom
Bij werkingen
Bij een oordeelkundige toepassing
zijn tot nu toe geen bijwerkingen
op het hele lichaam bekend. Indien
het product echter te nauw aan-
sluit, kan het plaatselijke drukver-
schijnselen veroorzaken of bloed-
vaten en zenuwen beknellen.
– Het product dient voor gebruik
gewassen te worden.
– Verwijder vóór het wassen de
pelotte uit uw zak. Deze kan met
een vochtig doekje gereinigd
worden. Om de pelotte vervol-
gens weer correct te gebruiken,
moet de genopte zijde bij het
insteken in de zak naar achter
wijzen (afbeelding 4).
– Sluit alle klittenbandsluitingen
en was het product apart in een
waszakje bij maximaal 30° C.
Gebruik daarvoor fijnwas-
middel zonder wasverzachter
(bijvoorbeeld Ofa Clean speciaal
wasmiddel) en spoel het product
goed uit. Het product kan om-
zichtig gecentrifugeerd worden,

stabilizza e scarica la zona dorso-lombare
grazie al suo effetto a compressione. Un cu-
scinetto (imbottitura di pressione) regolabi-

Prima di applicare la fascia aprire la chiusura in velcro
e controllare la posizione del cuscinetto. La parte a
punta deve essere rivolta verso il basso e si lascia
fissare con il velcro all’altezza desidereata sul lato
interno della fascia.

Per una facile applicazione la fascia è dotata di pas-
santi. Far passare prima la mano sinistra nel passante
interno e applicare la fascia intorno al corpo.

Successivamente far passare la mano destra nel pas-
sante esterno e chiudere con il velcro sul ventre.

Effetti collaterali
Se l’utilizzo del prodotto è corretto
finora non sono stati riscontrati ef-
fetti collaterali sull’intero corpo. Se
il prodotto dovesse tuttavia aderire
troppo fermamente, potrebbe pro-
vocare pressioni locali o restringere
i vasi sanguigni e i nervi.
– Lavare il prodotto prima del pri-
mo utilizzo.
– Prima di procedere al lavaggio
estrarre il cuscinetto dalla tasca.
Questo potrà essere pulito con
un panno umido. Per riposizio-
nare correttamente il cuscinetto
dopo il lavaggio, inseriwrlo nella
tasca con il lato nodoso rivolto
all’indietro (figura 4).
– Chiudere il velcro e lavare il
prodotto separatamente in un
sacchetto per lavatrice ad una
temperatura non superiore a
30° C. Per il lavaggio utilizzare
un detersivo delicato senza
ammorbidenti (es.: Detergente
speciale Ofa Clean) e sciacquare
il prodotto accuratamente. Il
prodotto può essere sottoposto a
una centrifuga delicata, si prega
tuttavia di non strizzarlo.
– Dare forma al prodotto e farlo
asciugare all’aria. Non asciugare
il prodotto in asciugatrice, sul
termosifone o alla luce diretta
del sole. Non stirare mai il pro-
dotto.
– Al fine di mantenere intatta la
qualità del prodotto, non utiliz-
zare detergenti chimici, candeg-
gina, benzina o ammorbidente.
Non usare lozioni, unguenti o
prodotti grassi o acidi nell’area
di applicazione del prodotto.Tali
sostanze possono danneggiare il
materiale.
– Riporre il prodotto, possibilmente
nella confezione originale, in un
luogo asciutto e al riparo dalla
luce del sole e dal calore.

Antes de ponerse la faja, abra el cierre de velcro y
compruebe la posición de la almohadilla. Ésta debe
señalar con la punta hacia abajo y puede fijarse me-
diante la cinta de velcro a la altura deseada en el lado
interior de la faja.

Para facilitar su colocación, la faja está dotada de
prácticas solapas para pasar las manos. Introduzca
primero su mano izquierda en la solapa interior y co-
loque la faja alrededor de su cuerpo.

la solapa exterior y cierre el velcro delante de su
vientre.

Efectos secundarios
Durante el uso correcto, no se han
observado hasta ahora efectos
secundarios en ninguna parte del
cuerpo. No obstante, si el producto
queda excesivamente ajustado,
puede causar síntomas de presión
locales o puede oprimir los vasos
sanguíneos y los nervios.
– El producto debe lavarse antes
de su primer uso.
– Antes del lavado, retire la almo-
hadilla de su envoltura. Puede
limpiarse con un paño húmedo.
Para volver a colocar correcta-
mente la almohadilla, el lado con
los relieves en forma de nódulos
debe señalar hacia atrás dentro

– Cierre todos los cierres de velcro
y lave el producto por separado
en una bolsa de lavado a una
temperatura máxima de 30° C.
Utilice para ello un detergente
para ropa delicada sin suavizan-
tes (por ejemplo, el detergente
especial Ofa Clean), y enjuague
el producto con agua abundante.
El producto puede centrifugarse
suavemente, pero no debe estru-
jarse.
– Moldee el producto para que
recupere su forma original, y
déjelo secar al aire. No seque
el producto en la secadora, ni
encima de la calefacción o al sol
directo, y no lo planche nunca.
– Para conservar la calidad de su
producto, no utilice detergentes
químicos, blanqueantes, bencina
de uso doméstico ni suavizantes.
