DESCRIPTION
Dynello Accu Winder converts any cordless
drill into a strap winder.
The shaft is Ø10mm and ts most drills. Use the strap
winder tool for ratchet straps, roundslings, slings, tie downs
wet or dry.
Adjust the torque with the cordless drill's torque control to
give the strap the right 'tightness'. You can conveniently
squeeze the moisture out of the ratchet strap during
rewinding so it dries up faster.
You control the speed. Roll-up your straps as fast as 7
seconds per strap. An investment that is quickly earned in
saved time!

INTENDED USE
Your Dynello-product has been designed for rewinding applications of cargo straps, following design specications in EN 12195-2, as well as
other rewinding applications specied by Dynello.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY WARNINGS
• Only use the product for its intended use described in the accompanying manual (depicted above).
• Ensure that the cargo strap is gathered so the cargo strap hook cannot grip the surrounding objects. This can lead to dangerous
situations and risk of injury if the cargo strap is not gathered before rewinding.
• Do not move while the tool is used. It can cause injury if control of the power tool is lost.
• When rewinding, note the cargo strap hook and reduce the tool speed when the hook is approaching the tool. It may cause risk of
injury if the attention on the hook is lost.
• Do not touch the rotating parts of the tool while it is being used, as this may cause risk of injury.
• Do not hold the switch down when nished rewinding. This can lead to overloading of the power tool and risk of damage to the tool
and/or injury.

MAINTENANCE DURING USE
• Only use the tool for the purpose as described in the accompanying manual.
• After use, always make sure the tool is dry.
MAINTENANCE
• After use in muddy and salty (near harbor) environment, wash the tool with clean water.
• When winding dirty lashing straps, clean the tool with clean water after use.
• Regularly (after 300 roll-ups / 14 days of use) grease rotary shaft on multi-grease. See the GREASE section.
• Do not store the tool in a wet or damp environment after use.
GREASE
• To grease the rotating shaft, use the following things: a circlip pliers, multipurpose grease and a small brush.
• First locate the circlip on the back of the tool. This must be removed. (continued on next page)

GREASE CONTINUED
• Remove the circlip with the circlip plier.
• When separating, pay attention to the shims on each side and that they are not contaminated with dirt. Clean and wipe old grease.
• Grab the rotating shaft and apply multipurpose grease to the rotating part using the brush. The amount of grease should not be
exaggerated.
• Assemble the rotating shaft and plate and reattach the circlip. Distribute grease by turning rotary shaft a few turns. Wipe off if necessary
excess fat.
MAINTENANCE (REPAIR)
Never disassemble the tool except to replace the correct spare parts referenced through Dynello's documentation. These spare parts must be
identical to the original components. Warranty is void when using invalid components.

RETIREMENT AND DISPOSAL OF USED PRODUCTS
For your safety, make sure you retire and dispose of products when needed.
A product must be retired and disposed of when:
• It is over 10 years old and is made of plastic or textiles.
• It has been subjected to a large drop or load (pressure / pull).
• It fails to pass inspection and service.
• Its reliability is questionable.
• Its entire history is unknown (e.g. found or used product).
• When it becomes obsolete due to changes in legislation, standards, technology or incompatibility with other equipment, etc.

Read instruction before use
• Only use the tool for the purpose as described in the accompanying

Always follow recommendations for use
• Recommended use: Use only this tool in conjunction with a
handheld battery-powered power tool with a maximum speed of
400 RPM.
• Always rewind at the lowest speed of the power tool.
• Always make sure that the cargo strap is assembled so that the
hook of the cargo strap cannot grasp surrounding objects.
• When rewinding, pay attention to the hook on the cargo strap and

Never overload the tool
• Always rewind up directly (vertically) to facilitate rewinding. Do not

SET CORRECT TORQUE

BESCHREIBUNG
Dynello Accu Winder verwandelt jede Bohrmaschine
in einen Spanngurtaufroller.
Der Schaft ist Ø10mm und passt in die meisten
Bohrmaschinen.Verwenden Sie den Zurrgurt-Wickler für
Zurrgurte, Rundschlingen, Hebegurte, Zurrgurte nass oder
trocken.
Stellen Sie das Drehmoment mit dem Drehmomentregler
der Bohrmaschine ein, um dem Zurrgurt die richtige
"Straffheit" zu geben. Sie können die Feuchtigkeit beim
Aufwickeln bequem aus dem Zurrgurt herausdrücken,
damit er schneller trocknet.
Sie kontrollieren die Geschwindigkeit. Aufrollen können Sie
Ihre Zurrgurte in bis zu 7 Sekunden pro Zurrgurt. Eine In-

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßE VERWENDUNG
Ihr Dynello-Produkt, sowie weitere Produkte von Dynello, wurden für das Aufrollen von Zurrgurten (gem. EN 12195-2) entworfen.
WEITERE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Verwenden Sie das Produkt nur für den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch, der im beiliegenden Handbuch beschrieben ist (oben
geschrieben
• Sorgen Sie vor dem Aufrollen immer dafür, dass der Zurrgurt auf einem Haufen liegt, damit der Haken des Gurtes sich nicht an
umliegenden Gegenständen festhakt. Es kann beim Aufrollen sonst zu gefährlichen Situationen mit eventuellen Personenschäden
führen.
• Bewegen Sie sich während der Bedienung des Werkzeuges nicht. Der Verlust der Kontrolle über das Werkzeug kann Personen
schäden zur Folge haben.
• Achten Sie während des Aufrollens auf den Haken des Zurrgurtes und senken Sie die Aufrollgeschwindigkeit, sobald der Haken
sich dem Werkzeug nähert. Es kann zu Personenschäden kommen, wenn der Zurrgurt unaufmerksam aufgerollt und der Haken dabei
außer Acht gelassen wird.
• Berühren Sie während des Einsatzes nicht die rotierenden Teile des Werkzeuges, da hierbei ein Verletzungsrisiko besteht.
• Lösen Sie den Aufrollknopf sobald der Zurrgurt vollständig aufgerollt ist. Ein unnötig langes Gedrückthalten kann zu einer Überlas-
tung des Gerätes und Schäden am Elektrowerkzeug und/oder an Personen verursachen.
• Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung ist in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben. Das Verwenden anderer als der in dieser
Anleitung empfohlenen Anbaugeräte und Zubehörteile oder die Ausführung von Arbeiten mit diesem Gerät, die nicht der bestimmungsge-
mäßen Verwendung entsprechen, kann zu Unfallgefahren und/oder Sachschäden führen.

WARTUNG WÄHREND DES GEBRAUCHS
• Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den Zweck, der in der beiliegenden Anleitung
beschrieben ist.
• Stellen Sie nach dem Gebrauch immer sicher, dass das Werkzeug trocken ist.
WARTUNG
• Waschen Sie das Gerät nach dem Gebrauch in einer schlammigen und salzigen Umgebung (in der Nähe des Hafens) mit sauberem
Wasser.
• Wenn Sie schmutzige Bänder aufwickeln, reinigen Sie das Werkzeug nach dem Gebrauch mit sauberem Wasser.
• Regelmäßig (nach 300 Aufrollungen / 14 Tagen) die Drehwelle mit Multi-fett einfetten. Siehe den Abschnitt FETT.
• Bewahren Sie das Werkzeug nach dem Gebrauch nicht in feuchter oder nasser Umgebung auf.

FETT FORTGESETZT
• Den Sicherungsring mit der Sicherungsringzange entfernen.
• Achten Sie beim Trennen auf die Beilagscheiben auf jeder Seite und darauf, dass diese nicht mit Schmutz verunreinigt sind. Altes Fett
reinigen und abwischen.
• Nehmen Sie die rotierende Welle und tragen Sie mit der Bürste Multi-fett auf das rotierende Teil auf. Die Fettmenge sollte nicht
übertrieben werden.
• Montieren Sie die rotierende Welle und Platte und bringen Sie den Sicherungsring wieder an. Verteilen Sie das Fett, indem Sie die

Vergewissern Sie sich zu Ihrer Sicherheit, dass Sie sich zurückziehen und die Produkte bei Bedarf entsorgen.
Ein Produkt muss ausrangiert und entsorgt werden, wenn:
• Es ist über 10 Jahre alt und besteht aus Kunststoff oder Textilien.
• Es wurde einem starken Sturz oder einer starken Belastung (Druck / Ziehen) ausgesetzt.
• Inspektion und Wartung werden nicht bestanden.
• Ihre Zuverlässigkeit ist fraglich.
• Ihre gesamte Geschichte ist unbekannt (z. B. gefundenes oder verwendetes Produkt).
• Wenn es aufgrund von Änderungen in der Gesetzgebung, den Normen, der Technologie oder der Inkompatibilität mit anderen Geräten

SORTIERE SEINE ABFÄLLE
Wenn Sie wiederverwendbare Ressourcen aus Ihren Abfällen wie Kunststoff, Metall und Pappe sortieren, tragen Sie dazu bei, dass bei der Verbrennung keine wertvol-

Vor Gebrauch Gebrauchsanweisung lesen
• Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nur für den in der beiliegenden
Anleitung beschriebenen Zweck.
Befolgen Sie immer die Anwendungsempfehlungen
• Anwendungsempfehlung: Verwenden Sie dieses Werkzeug nur in
Verbindung mit einem batteriebetriebenen Handwerkzeug mit einer
maximalen Drehzahl von 400 U/min.
• Immer mit der niedrigsten Geschwindigkeit des Elektrowerkzeugs
Aufwickeln.
• Stellen Sie immer sicher, dass der Spanngurt so montiert ist, dass
der Haken des Spanngurts keine umliegenden Gegenstände er-
fassen kann.
• Achten Sie beim Aufwickeln auf den Haken am Spanngurt und ver-
langsamen Sie die Aufwickeln-geschwindigkeit, wenn sich der Ha-
ken dem Werkzeug nähert.
• Halten und kontrollieren Sie das Werkzeug immer mit einer Hand.
Überlasten Sie das Werkzeug niemals
• Immer direkt (vertikal) aufwickeln, um das Aufwickeln zu erleichtern.
Ziehen Sie den Spanngurt beim Aufwickeln nicht über den Boden
oder über Waren. Der Haken kann umliegende Gegenstände
ergreifen.
• Vermeiden Sie das Aufwickeln sehr verdrehter Spanngurte.
Lagerung von Werkzeugen
• Stellen Sie nach dem Gebrauch immer sicher, dass das Werkzeug
trocken ist.
• Wischen Sie das Werkzeug nach dem Gebrauch in schlammigen
und salzigen Umgebungen (in der Nähe des Hafens) mit einem
sauberen Tuch ab.
• Wischen Sie das Werkzeug mit einem sauberen Tuch ab, wenn Sie
schmutzige Ladegurte zurückspulen.
