The ignition MUST be turned
OFF before installation!
PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION

1Remove the seat.
2Remove both BLACK side panels.
3Remove or prop the fuel tank up.
4Lay the PCIII in the tail section and
route the PCIII harness towards the
front of the bike (Fig. A).
5Route the PCIII harness down the left
hand side of the bike.
Route the PCIII harness underneath
the frame crossover bracket (Fig. B).
Make sure the harness is routed so as
to not be damaged by the fuel tank.
6Attach the ground wire from the PCIII
to the negative side of the battery
(Fig. B).

7Route the PCIII harness along the left
hand side of the frame spar as in
Fig. C.

9Plug the connectors from the PCIII in-
line of the stock injectors and wiring
harness (Fig. E).
This picture only shows cylinder #1.
Repeat steps 8-9 for all 4 injectors.
PCIII harness:
ORANGE - cylinder #1
YELLOW - cylinder #2
GREEN - cylinder #3
BLUE - cylinder #4

8Unplug the stock wiring harness for
cylinders #2 and #3 (Fig. D).

Unplug
10 Locate the Throttle Position Sensor on
the left hand side of the throttle
bodies.
Unplug this connector (Fig F).

PCIII connectors

11 Plug the connectors from the PCIII in-
line of the TPS and stock wiring har-
ness (Fig. G).
12 Locate the stock O2 sensor wiring
harness connection to the main wiring
harness. This connection is under-
neath the fuel tank on the right hand
side of the air box.
13 Plug the Dynojet O2 eliminator into
the main wiring harness. The stock
O2 sensor can be left disconnected or
removed from the exhaust if you have
a way to cap the exhaust.
14 Secure the PCIII to the tail section
using the supplied velcro. Make sure
to use the alcohol swab to clean both
surfaces before mounting.
15 Reinstall the fuel tank and seat.
