SG-100M Input Voltage Adjust
This guide will outline the steps necessary to change the input voltage between 115VAC or 230VAC. A
soldering kit and skills required for soldering will be required.
1.0 Disassembly
1. Disconnect the main power.
2. Open the SG-100M by removing the two screws on the bottom of the unit as shown in red.
3. Remove the Omega Panel Meter from the SG-100M housing as shown in red.

4. Remove the back case cover of the Omega Meter by pulling up.
5. Disconnect the red AC line “L”
6. Lift the back of the main PCB board upwards and let it slide out of the black plastic case.
7. Locate the three power jumpers, W1, W2, & W3 on the side of the board

8. If your power requirement is 115 VAC, solder jumpers W1 and W3 should be wired, but jumper W2
should not. If your power requirement is 230 VAC, solder jumper W2 should be wired, but jumpers
W1 and W3 should not. W4 jumper is not used.
9. Solder the correct power jumper for the input voltage desired.
10. After the soldering complete, re-assemble the unit.
