in place.

Remove foot from
each leg.
When caster
is snug in leg,
use a 2˝ wrench
to tighten
bottom nut.

Tighten knurled
nut until applicator
starts to expand.
Insert caster into
leg. If caster is not
snug, tighten
knurled nut more.

When both dunnage frames
are at desired positions,
tighten all set screws.
Assembly is complete.

Step 2 - Attach lower dunnage frame to assembly.
Note: Position lower dunnage frame with
a minimum of 6˝ clearance from floor
to meet NSF requirements.
Slightly tighten
set screws
on castings.

Step 3 - (for mobile units only) Attach casters.
(If stationary unit was ordered, proceed to Step 4.)
Step 4 - Attach shelving.
