• Make sure rib on split sleeve is seated into
a groove on t e post.

Helpful Suggestions:
• All s elves can support an evenly distributed static load of 1,000 lbs.
• IMPORTANT: S elving units s ould not exceed 4,000 lbs. per set of four posts.
• Large installations are easier if all posts are marked first. Lay posts on floor wit leveling bolts against a wall or straig t edge.
Mark all posts using a magic marker or grease pencil.
• Caster Load: 3 times t e caster rating. Unit total not to exceed 900 lbs.
For Best Perfor ance:
• Units over 50˝ ig s ould be assembled wit no less t an 3 s elves—preferably 4 or more—and t e bottom s elf s ould be
placed as low as possible or practical.
• On mobile units wit 18˝-wide s elves, t e overall post eig t s ould be no greater t an 74˝.
• On mobile units wit 24˝-wide s elves, t e overall post eig t s ould be no greater t an 86˝.

Notes about Mobile Units:
• IMPORTANT: Mobile units s ould not exceed 900 lbs. per set of four posts.
• First s elf s ould be located at bottom groove for most stability.
• Do not construct carts wit s elves less t an 18˝ wide.
• Inspect and maintain casters regularly. Replace casters t at are damaged or severely worn.
WARNING – TIPPING HAZARD
• Pus mobile units in long direction.
• Use caution w en moving eavily loaded carts. Heavy loads are ard to control.
• Do not step, stand or climb on s elving units.
• Place eavy objects on lowest s elf.
• Inspect casters before use.
• Replace casters t at are worn immediately.
