Canopiescanbeattachedtooneanother.Thisrequirestwopeopleworkingtogether,positioningthe
twotogetherfromanuprightposition.Oncethetwocanopieshavebeenconnectedtooneanother,
screwthebrackettogethersecurely.Thenafxtothewall.
Note:Oncetwocanopiesareconnectedtogetheryouwillndyouhaveanextrabracket,whichwe
recommend you keep as a spare.

1) Placetheboard(1)ontoacleansurfacethatwontcausescratchesandpeelbackonesideofthe
 protectionlm.Turnovertheboardandremovetheremainingprotectionlm.
2) NowattachtheFrontmetaledging(2)bypushingitoverthelongedge.Rotatetheboardand
repeatontheothersidewiththeBackmetaledging(4)

INSTALLATION
Tosupportthestructureduringmountingitisrecommendedthattwopeopleinstallthisproduct.The
canopyshouldonlybeattachedtoastrongandstablesurface.Firstcheckthatyouhaveallthe
componentslistedbeforeproceeding.

ThankyouforpurchasingtheFrostedDoorCanopy.
You’re home and dry with one of these clever canopies over your front or back door.
Made from ultra-durable frosted UV stabilised polycarbonate - so it won’t block
natural light - with a choice of either black or grey brackets, it will protect your doors
from the effects of the weather and you and your visitors from rain, sleet and snow.
A single canopy measures overall W117xD77cm. With aluminium front and rear
proles, it’s complete with wall xings supplied.

3) Layoneofthebracketsonaatsurface.Withthefrontmetaledging(2)towardsthepointedend
ofthebracket(3),archtheboardsothatitmatchesthecurveofthebracketandinsertthepre-
assembledshorteredgeofboardandsealintothegrooveonthebracket.Ensurethattheridgesof
thebackmetaledging(4)slotsdirectlyintothebracket(3).Slottheremainingbracket(3)ontothe
othershortedge.
4) Usingthe1xxingscrew(6) securethefrontmetaledgetothebracket(3)usingthepre-drilled
locatingholeonthesideofthebracket.Using1xxingscrew(6) securethebackmetaledge(4)
tothebracketusingthepre-drilledlocatingholeonthesideofthebracket.Repeatfortheopposite
side.Theunitassemblyisnowcomplete.Ensurethattheunitisrigidbeforeinstalling.
MOUNTING THE CANOPY
Placeassembledcanopyintopositionandmarkthedrillareathroughtheholesonthecanopybracket.
Beforedrillinganyholesensureyouarecompletelyhappywiththeposition,thattherearenoelectrical
cablesorpipesthatcanbedamagedandthatthepositionisnotgoingtocauseanyobstructionof
possibleinjury.Whereyouhavemarkedthefourholes,usea10mmbittodrilltoadepthof7cm.
Withtwopeopleholdingthecanopyinplace,insertthe4xExpandingBolts(5)throughthebrackets
andintothedrilledholes.Youmayneedtotapthesehomewithahammerormallet.
Usea13mmspannertotightentheexpandingbolts,ensuringthebracketsaresecuredtightlytothe
wall.Forimprovedwaterresistanceyoucanuseawaterproofsealantaroundtheedgesofthecanopy
board, but it is entirely optional.
