Thank you for purchasing the Arching Stream Fountain, a color-changing LED light stream that adds beauty, fun and enjoyment
to any water feature, pond, fountain or pool.

General Information and Operation
Please read the following before installing or running the Arching Stream Fountain.
1. TheArchingStreamFountainmustbeusedinacleanwaterenvironment.Ifthewaterisdirtyapre-lterisrequired.Running
dirtywaterthroughthefountainwillresultinimproperowanddisruptedstream.
2. Flowratesbetween600-1000gpharerecommended.Theowconsistencyofmagdrivepumpsbestsuitthefunctionalityof
theArchingStreamFountain.Avoidpumpswithinconsistentow.
3. ThenozzleoftheArchingStreamFountainshouldneverbesubmersed.Thefountaincanbesubmersedintothewateras
longasthenozzleremainsabovewater.
4. Avoidusingelbowsattheinletofthefountain.Anelbowcancausedistortioninpumppressureandow.
5. Aowcontrolvalveisrecommendedtoadjustwaterowandsizeofthearch.Installballvalveinlinebetweenthepump
andfountain.Ifthearchistoolongitwillresultinadisruptedstreamandmaycausesplashing.Windylocationsmaylimit
thedistancethatanuninterruptedstreamisabletotravel.Idealapplicationswillbeabletomaintainthearchtoamaximum
lengthof12feet.
NOTE:Youmayneedtoadjustthelengthofthearchtobesurethelightcantravelfromstarttoend.Ifarchistoolongthe
lightmaynotreachtheendandthestreamowcouldgetdistorted.
6. Periodicmaintenanceisrequiredforproperowofwaterandlight.PleaseseemaintenanceinstructionstocleantheLEDlight
lensandlterspongesinsidethefountain.
7. Transformerisnotsubmersible.TurntheLEDlightononlywhenwaterisrunning.
NOTE:Ifthefountainisnotproperlylledwithwateritwillcausethestreamtodistortandsplatter.Toxthissimplytiltthe
nozzle15-20degreesforwardandreturnitbacktodesiredangle.Ifnoiseiscomingoutoftheunitdothesame.Attimesyou
mayhavetotiltthenozzle15degreesintheoppositedirectionthenbacktonormaltopurgeairfromtheunit.
Installation with Kit (LSF12K, LSF12LK)
Each kit includes the components needed for the full operation of a single Arching Stream Fountain. Additional parts may be
requiredforuniqueapplications.
1. Determineinstallationlocation.Beforegluing,drytexpipeandttingstogetherandadjustplacementasnecessary.
2. SecureexpipeandttingstogetherusingPVCglue.
3. Onceglueiscompletelydry,submerseEP850pumpintopoolorpond.Thepumpmustremainsubmersedatalltimes.
4. Plugpumpin;adjusttheangleofthemainbodyandtheballvalvetoachievethedesiredlookofthefountain.
Remote Control Operation
• Remotecontroloperatesunitupto10feetaway.Batterystrengthanddirectlineofsightmayaectremoterange.
• InordertooperateArchingStreamFountainwithremotecontrolyoumustpurchaseunitsthataresoldwitharemotecontrol
(LSF12L,LSF12LK)atinitialpurchase.

Disassembly and Maintenance

RemovethescrewswithanAllen
wrench.
You will need to install the parts back as
originally installed.
Deep clean the sponges. A spare set is
recommended(part#LSF12P).
Gentlyremovethetopcoverandgasket
as shown.
Rinse,scrubandremoveanydirtinside
the chamber.
Cleantherubbergasketandapply
silicon lubricant.
Notehowthepartsareputtogether.
Using a soft cloth, clean the LED lens.
Insertthequickconnectintothe
transformerandtightenthescrewcover.
