Assembly
Installing dusting device
1. Remove pipe (3) from chemical tank and fan case. Plug two
pipe connectors (2, 5) with rubber plugs (1, 4).
2. Remove chemical tank assembly from the body.
3. Loosen four screws (6) and separate chemical tank holders
(7).
4. Loosen hollow nut (10) and remove outlet nipple (11) from
chemical tank. Plug the hole with rubber plug (12).
5. Remove the pipe (14) from chemical tank cap, and tank bot-
tom plate (9), pipes, filter (13) and related parts from the
chemical tank. Keep these parts for misting device.
6. Pile up chemical tank flange, shutter assembly(15) and low-
er tank assembly (16), then hold with chemical tank holders
(7) as shown and tighten four screws (6).
NOTE
For easier installation, set the chemical tank (17) upside
down then put the shutter assembly (15) and lower tank as-
sembly (16) on the chemical tank flange then assemble tank
holders.

7. Install the control lever (18) in the dial (19).
8. Tighten the nut (20) and knob (21).
9. Install the washer (22).
10. Attach the control lever to the main body.
11. Install the bracket(23).
12. Install the nut (24) and connector (25) to the metering rod
(26).
13. Install the connector (25) to the control lever rod.
14. Install chemical tank assembly to the body.
15. Hold clip (27) with your left hand as illustrated at left and
grasp metering arm (28) with your right hand.
16. Mount the metering rod to the desired hole position for the
metering arm.
Static electricity
In a certain condition, when operating dust blower, you may
feel shock of static electricity. Static electricity itself does not
affect your health but stings uncomfortably.
Ground chain (A) and stranded wire (B) are available for elim-
inating static electricity.



Filling chemical tank and control lever position
1. Close shutter assembly by setting control lever (A) down to
bottom position.
2. Fill tank with chemicals.
3. Secure tank cap firmly to avoid chemical leakage.
4. Make sure that shutter assembly is closed.
Adjusting discharge volume

Be sure that shutter control lever is in the bottom position
before starting the engine.

trol lever opening (position) and discharge rate at the condition
of setting metering rod “3” position.
Discharge Rate
Please adjust metering rod setting position according to the
type of pesticide used.












Assemblage
Installation de l'appareil de pulvérisation
1. Retirer le tuyau (3) du réservoir de produit chimique et le car-
ter de ventilateur. Boucher les deux raccords pour tuyau (2,
5) avec les bouchons en caoutchouc (1, 4).
2. Retirer l'ensemble de réservoir de produit chimique du corps
de l'appareil.
3. Desserrer les quatre vis (6) et séparer les supports de réser-
voir de produit chimique (7).
4. Desserrer l'écrou creux (10) et retirer le raccord de sortie
(11) du réservoir de produit chimique. Boucher l'orifice à
l'aide du bouchon en caoutchouc (12).
5. Retirer le tuyau (14) du bouchon de réservoir de produit
chimique et la plaque inférieure du réservoir (9), les tuyaux,
le filtre (13) et les pièces associées du réservoir de produit
chimique. Conserver ces pièces pour l'appareil de nébulisa-
tion.
6. Empiler la bride de réservoir de produit chimique, l'ensemble
de fermeture (15) et l'ensemble de réservoir inférieur (16),
puis les fixer en place à l'aide des supports de réservoir de
produit chimique (7), comme illustré, puis serrer les quatre
vis (6).
REMARQUE
Pour faciliter l'installation, poser le réservoir de produit
chimique (17) à l'envers puis placer l'ensemble de ferme-
ture (15) et l'ensemble de réservoir inférieur (16) sur la bride
du réservoir de produit chimique, puis monter les supports
de réservoir.
