Il sensore ha lo scopo di rilevare la presenza di fumo
nell’ambienteincuivieneposizionato;quandoil
sensore rileva una certa densità di fumo invia una
nocadiallarmealgatewayMyVirtuosoHomeacui
ècollegato,inoltreperavverredelpericoloildisposi-
voemeeràancheunallarmesonorodisicurezza.

1. Aprireilvanobaeria,inserirelabaeria,quin-
diagganciareilsensoreallastaaruotandoloin
senso orario.
2. Perl’inclusione:posizionareilgatewayMyVirtuo-
so Home in modalità di inclusione, pemere il pul-
santediaccoppiamentoper1volta.
 Perl’esclusione:posizionareilgatewayMyVirtuo-
soHomeinmodalitàesclusioneequindipremere
ilpulsantediaccoppiamento1volta.
Nota: in modalità esclusione il LED lampeggerà rosso in
manieraconnua.

3. Rimuoverelastaadissaggiorotandolainsenso
anorario.
4. Dopo aver deciso dove andrà collocato il sensore,
ulizzarelastaacomedimapermarcarelapo-
sizione delle vi. Forareilmuro con la punta da
5mme inserire itasselli. Fissare la staa aifori
appenapracausandoleviindotazione.

Funzionamento
1. Modalitàacceso:inserirelabaerianelsensore;
riposizionaresullastaa;ildisposivoimpiegerà
8/12sec.edemeeràunbeep,quindisaràpron-
to per funzionare come sistema di sicurezza. Il
disposivo invierà un allarme se rimosso dalla

staadissaggio.
2. Modalitàstand-by:ilLEDrossosiaccede1volta
ogni 334 secondi.
3. Modalitàallarme:seunacertaquantàdifumo
vienerilevata,ildisposivoemee3beepsegui
daunapausaedaaltri3beepsonori.IlLEDrosso
lampeggia velocemente. Un messaggio di allarme
verrà inviato al gateway a cui è stato connesso.
4. Modalitàerrore:seildisposivoemeeunbeep
e il LED giallo lampeggia 3 volte ogni 43 secondi,
ildisposivononfunzionacorreamente,contat-
tare il servizio di assistenza.
5. Livellobaeriabasso:quandoilLEDgialloerosso
lampeggiano ogni 43 sec. insieme a un “cicalino”
sonoro.
6. Modalità silenziosa: questa modalità permee
di silenziare temporaneamente l’allarme per 10
minu.Perulizzarequestamodalitàpremereil
pulsante di test presente sul coperchio in fase di
allarme. Qualora, la quantà di fumo intorno al
disposivosiaancorainunaconcentrazioneele-
vatadopo10minudisilenzio,ilsensoreripren-
deràautomacamentelafunzionediallarme.
7. Modalità anmanomissione: il LED giallo si ac-
cende sso e il disposivo emee 3beepveloci
nchèildisposivononsaràcorreamenteripo-
sizionatosullastaa.
8. Modalità test: testare la funzionalità del dispo-

sivo semanalmente premendo per almeno 4
sec sul pulsante di test. Lo schema sonoro sarà di
3beep,pausa,altri3beepeLEDrossochelam-
peggiaconnuamenteevelocemente.Sei3beep
sonoalternaa3lampeggigiallientro43sec,il
sensore di fumo non funziona correamente e
dovrà essere inviato in assistenza.

1. Open the baery cover to insert the baeries,
and then replace the cover. Fix the detector on
bracketbyrotangitclockwise.
2. For “Inclusion”: put MyVirtuoso Home gateway
into “inclusion” mode, and press the inclusion
buonofthesensoroncetobeincluded.
 For “Exclusion”: put MyVirtuoso Home gateway
into “exclusion” mode, and press the inclusion
buonofsensoroncetobeexcluded.
Note: red LEDwillashconnuoslyinexclusioncondi-
on.

Note:Duringtheinclusion/exclusionphase,thedevice
should be within 1 meter of MyVirtuoso Home gate-
way.
3. Removethebracketfromthedetector byrotat-
ingitan-clockwise.
4. Place the bracket where you aregoingtoinstall
thedetector.Ineachkeyholeslot,drawamarkto
locaterawlplugandscrew.Usinga5mmdrillbit,
drilltwoholesatthemarksandinsertrawlplugs.

1. Power-onMode:installbaeryintothedetector;
close thebracket;the detectorwill take8to12
secandemitabeeptoconrmandstartthebur-
glar system. The detector will sound alarm if you
removebaerycover.

2. Stand-by Mode: The red LED ashesonce every
334 seconds.
3. AlarmMode:Ifacertaindensityofsmokeisde-
tected,anaudiblealarmwillsoundwith3beeps,
followed by a delay and a further 3 beeps. The
redLEDwillashconnuouslyandrapidly.Mean-
while,thesmokedetectorsendsanalarmreport
to the gateway.
4. Error Mode: If the smoke detector beeps once
andyellowLEDashesthreemesevery43sec,
it indicates the smoke detector is not working
properly. Please contact your supplier.
5. Low baery warning Mode: The yellow and red
LEDswillash onceevery43 sec. witha “beep”
sound.
6. Silence Mode: The silence mode can temporarily
quiteanalarmfor upto10 minutes.To usethis
feature, press test buon on the cover when it
alarms. However, if the smoke concentraon
around the smoke alarm unit is sll at alarming
levelaer10minutesofsilence,theunitwillre-
alarm immediately.
7. Tamper Mode: The yellow LED will go solid and
the detector will emit 3 short beep unl the
smokedetector ismountedbackonthebracket
properly.
8. Testmode:Testthealarmweeklybypushingrmly
on the test buon with your nger for around 4

secondsunlthehornsounds,thesoundpaern
is3beeps,pause,andthen3beepswithredLED
ashing connuously and rapidly.If the smoke
alarmbeepsthreewithyellowLEDashingthree
mesin43seconds,itindicatesthesmokealarm
isnotworkingproperly,itrequirestoberepaired.
