To secure DuraLoc Dual Cavity Casters
onto bucket, flip DuraLoc Dual Cavity Mop
Bucket upside down. Place casters in the
holes and tap or push until they snap into
position.
Secure the DuraLoc Dual Cavity Mop
Bucket Wringer handle with the enclosed
screw and fastener. Place the angled
portion of the handle facing inward. Insert
the screw so that the nut is facing away
from the mop bucket wringer pocket.
Handle can be assembled to accommodate
left- or right-handed employees.
Attach the Universal Insert Holder onto the
Handle by aligning the grooves with the
slots. Twist the large connector to
secure.
Place the gray removable insert bucket
into the back of the dual cavity bucket.
Place the removable wet floor sign
handle hanger on the back of the
gray portion of the wringer.
Slide the Squeegee, Mop, or Broom into
the holder until it snaps into place.
Place the DuraLoc Mop Bucket Wringer on
top of the gray removable insert bucket.
Attach the DuraLoc Mop Clip on the front
of the Mop Bucket Wringer with the two
remaining screws. Do not over tighten
screws.
Press the Ecolab lever and slide Squeegee,
Mop or Broom out to remove.

Snap the plastic DuraLoc Big Dipper
insert onto the DuraLoc Universal
Insert Holder.
Insert the DuraLoc Mop Brush onto the
Universal Insert Holder by lining up the
circle and the 2 holes. Attach the
Universal Insert Holder to the DuraLoc
Light Weight Handle by placing the end
of the handle on the ground and assemble
at eye level.
Store tools properly in Dura Loc Storage
Hanger to ensure that Tool Heads do not
touch floor when stored
Place the end of the DuraLoc
Over-Mold Handle on the ground and
assemble at eye level. Line up grooves
inside the Deck Brush Assembly with
the Dura Loc Over-Mold Handle.
Line up grooves inside the Universal
Insert Handle with the Universal Handle
and twist the connection to secure.
Rinse Mops, Squeegees and Deck
Brushes after every use
Twist the large connector to secure.
Slide the mop head over the razor-style
holder until the mop snaps into place.
Discard and replace Tool Heads when worn
