• When the infuser is plugged, LCD screen and
indicator light will turn on.
• Press to turn on. Long press to turn off.

• Once the screen is on, press to switch
mode. There are three preset modes and one
manual mode.

• Pressing + or - you can adjust time or
temperature for all 4 modes.

temperature, the countdown will start.

NOTE: Heating alcohol is extremely dangerous.
Please do not change preset temperature when
infusing with alcohol. Stay with Tincture Mode for
tincture making.

Ventilation is necessary during operation.

HOW TO INFUSE
1. Place your decarbed herb with oil material you
want in the herb strainer.
2. Place the strainer onto the stainless steel
cannister. Put the cover lid onto the aluminum
cannister and lock the cover lid.
3. Set infuser time and temperature according
mode, or customized the mode your way. Press
START.

CLEANING
NOTE: The infuser heating time range is 30
minutes to 8 hours. DO NOT place infuser near
re. Always use the infuser in well ventilated
area.
WARNING: DO NOT submerge ANY part of the
unit in water.

• Clean infuser chamber and lid with soap and
water.

• Can be cleaned by hand with a mild dish

use. Do not leave this unit unattended when

unit, do NOT immerse the unit in water.
• Do not unplug the unit by pulling on the
electrical cord itself. Never unplug the unit with
wet hands.
• Always use 110/120 Volt power sources. DO
NOT USE POWER CONVERTERS (210/220V).
• Do NOT operate under the influence of alcohol
or drugs.
• Any alteration of this unit’s components,
the substitution of other manufacturer’s
components to this unit, or any repairs to this
product not completed or authorized by ECRU
will immediately void the warranty.

What can you infuse in the activator?
Decarbed flower and concentrates, kief can be
decarbed in the activator.
Will the herb continue decarbing while I am
infusing?
Researches have shown that herbs should always
get decarbed before infusing. If you don’t decarb
before infuse, your oil will only be approximately
20% to 30% activated.
Why the herb feels different from the herb I
usually bake in the oven?
Decarb without an enclosed system might
cause uneven decarbing, increasing a charred
flavour. If you prefer the flavour you get used to,
simply set the timer longer to achieve the ideal
decarboxylated herb. Also, the flavour might
differ from stray or storage conditions. But with
the exact time and temp setting, you are always in
control of what your want to get!
Does the infuse process smell?
Our silicone cover comes with an air valve
design, the infuser is able to minimize the odour
compared to the regular stovetop infusing

How many sticks of butter can you fit inside?
The maximum capacity of the canister is 4 sticks.
However, the material should be packed loose
with room on the top.
Can I vape the infused oil?
The Answer is NO. Vaping oils are made with
distillate, terpenes or live resin. Infused oils are not
recommended for vaping.
How much can you infuse at a time?
We would recommend 2 ounces of shake or 1
ounce of regular flower at a time.
Precision decarboxylation and infusion are
new to me. Should I use my whole batch at
once?
We would recommend some experiments with
small amounts before trying the whole batch
whether it be the new oil, or a new recipe.

How To Make Cannabutter?
Preparation:
• Grind the decarbed flower with grinder.
• Decarb flower with the Kit or the Decarboxylator
If you are using an oven
• Melt the butter. Keep oven temperature at 210F. Add
1 cup of butter into the glass box. Put glass pan into
microwave and let the butter melt.
• Add the herb. Add in your grounded flower to the pan.
• Simmer. Maintain 210F for 2 to 3 hours.
If you are using ecru Herb Infuser
• Place melted butter into the canister, set mode to BUT.
• Let cool. Strain the cannabutter. Line mason jar with
cheesecloth or sieve. Pour cannabutter over the
cheesecloth or sieve and let it to strain. Try not to
squeeze the cheesecloth as chlorophyll will make your
cannbutter taste bad.

• Decarb Kit or Herb

• 1 cup of butter
• 1/4 oz flower

How To Make Infused MCT?
Preparation:
• Decarb flower with the Kit or the Decarboxylator
• Mix decarboxylated, grounded herbs and oil for 15
minutes
If you are using an oven
• Remove the pot from the oven
• Mix decarboxylated, grounded herbs and oil for 15
minutes
If you are using ecru Herb Infuser
• Place mixture into the canister, set mode to OIL.
• Place a fine-mesh sieve on a heat-resistant bowl
• Pour the infused oil into a sieve and use a spoon to
push down the solids to extract as much oil as possible.
• Stored it in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
What you’ll need:
• Decarb Kit or Herb
Decarboxylator
• écru Herb Infuser
• 1 gram of flower
• 1/2 cup refined coconut
oil or MCT oil

How To Make Cannasugar?
Preparation:
• Grind the decarbed flower with grinder.
• Decarb flower with the Kit or the Decarboxylator
• Freeze the alcohol and flower. Cover the herb with
the Everclear and the glass with lid. Shaking for a few
minutes and freeze the mixture overnight. Alcohol is
a very broad solvent, by freezing the mixture you can
minimize lipid and fat dissolution to your end product.
• Strain the Everclear through a cheesecloth into a bowl
and discard the flower.
• Preheat Oven. Set oven to 93C/200F
• Put sugar to Everclear mixture and place the pan into
oven. Check sugar every 30 minutes until all alcohol
evaporated.
• Wait until the sugar cooled down. Break into pieces.
Storage:
• Place sugar into airtight container.
What you’ll need:
• Decarb Kit or Herb
Decarboxylator
• 3-5 grams herb
• 1 cup of everclear
• 1 cup white sugar
• Cheesecloth
• Mason jar
