Obtain the NightOwl®test kit

Scan the QR code above or enter the
code manually.
1. On your smartphone, open the
App store app (iPhone) or the Play
Store app (Android).
2. In the app you just opened, search
for and download the ‘NightOwl®
Companion’ app.
3. Open the ‘NightOwl® Companion’
app. Press the buon displaying
‘I have an acvaon code’ and give
permission to use the camera.
6. You will receive the NightOwl®
test kit within the next 48 hours.
The test kit is designed to t in your
mailbox. You do not have to be home
to receive the parcel.

STEP BY STEP
INSTRUCTIONS
Your doctor has advised you to perform a NightOwl®sleep test. This test will check
if you suer from sleep apnea. It measures signals from the p of your nger with
a small light sensor that connects wirelessly with your smartphone throughout the
night. You may be asked to sleep with this sensor for more than one night.
Obtaining and seng up the test is very straighorward. Please follow the steps set
out below. Before your doctor can discuss the test results with you, you must return
the NightOwl® test kit following the instrucons set out below.

14. Aer receiving the device, we’ll
inform your doctor about your
sleeping test. He will discuss the test
results with you.
7. The test kit contains: a NightOwl®
sensor, charger, plug, cable, and
nger wraps.
10. In the morning, you can nish
the test by pressing the ‘wake up’
buon in the smartphone app.
8. When you’re ready to go to bed,
please open the NightOwl®app on
your smartphone. You can go to bed
at your usual bedme.
11. Follow the instrucon videos
in the applicaon to charge the
NightOwl®sensor.
12. Repeat Step 8 to Step 11 for the
number of nights agreed with your
doctor.
9. Click the ‘set up my test’ buon
and follow the simple instrucon
video’s which the NightOwl®
Companion app will guide you
through. Sweet dreams!
13. To send the enre NightOwl®
test kit back, use the included
prepaid return label.
