It is designed to provide pointemergency announcements for visually-impaired
people. The system consists of an audible and flashing announcement
module and a wireless alert button.
The storage for sound recording have been divided into four sections each
of them is 20 seconds long, 80 seconds in total. Four different scenarios
could be chosen for recording messages (evacuation, routing to another area,
regional re risk, forbidden zone). Audio les on computers, tablets and similar
devices can be directly transferred to the device through direct connection to
the device. The voice announcement module delivers announce at selected
time intervals by pressing the wireless alert frequencies, when activated by
pressing the wireless alert button. The duration of the announcement can be
selected as 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes.

The connector is xed to socket input on the lower
part of the card as shown in Figure 2.
The screw holes on LED card are placed
corresponding to screw holes on the part with
number (1) as shown in the picture and they are
screwed down with 3x6 metric screws.
Four different sound records can be
announced in our product. The recorded
sounds are as follows:
Record 1: It activates in case of giving
alarm from (11) entry connected
alarm button or smoke detectors.
The announcement of “Use other
emergency exits for evacuation”.

Record 3: The announcement of “Emergency Exit is Here” in case of giving
alarm from wireless button.
Record 4: Reserved for wireless contact. It will include announcement
regarding unnecessary disuse of emergency exits.
Record 1 is privileged from other announcements. While other announcements
are made and if the condition develops stated for record 1, then other
announcements are silenced and the record 1 announcement is started.
The address to be recorded from the jumpers
marked with (9) is selected in Figure 3.

The sound connector of the recording device is
installed to the point bookmarked with (6).
The ‘AUX ON li position is selected from the
jumper marked with (14). If you want to use
the built-in microphone for recording, the ‘MIC
ON isten position is selected.microphone for
recording.

The jumper bookmarked with (8) should be normally
in installed state. When this jumper is removed,
record begins and red LED flashes. When the
record is when the record is completed, LED goes
out and the recorded sound is announced. (Figure:3)
The jumper bookmarked with (8) is installed to its
place and the reset button is pressed. The flashing
of the Flash LED is seen for once. The recording
operation is completed, repeat the same operation by
selecting address from the jumper bookmarked with
(9) for new record.
Selection of the Announcement Time
The announcement time is selected from the jumpers bookmarked with (9) in
Figure 4. It has been bookmarked as (30), (60), (90), (120) minutes.
Trigger Settings
If Jumper (7) is plugged KL2 should be short circuit
in normal conditions; if it is not plugged then an-
nouncement starts at open circuit condition.

You can use a pointed
material to hold down
the Resetting Button.
Terminal block (11) is used to connect the wired
smoke detector and wired manual call point. 4K7
valued terminating resistor should be connected to
end of line in order not to give open circuit fault.

Silencing of the Announcement
After the announcement causing trigger (button, trigger entry) is returned
to its normal condition, the announcement is silenced by pressing the reset
button on the motherboard. When the wireless button is restituted, the
announcement is silenced. This feature will be valid in the wireless contact. In
case of wireless communication error, the reset button should be held down
till the panel flashes 3 times.

Wireless Fire Button Attachment
Remove the wireless devices to be attached from their boxes, and before
installing the cells, remove the J1 jumper on the panel and wait till the red
LED lights (30 seconds). At this stage, the lighting of the LED states that
the learning mode is passed. If there is recorded wireless device before, it
is deleted. Now, install the cells of the wireless devices respectively. When it
recognizes each new wireless device, the panels flash lights. After installing
the cells of all the devices, install the J1 jumper to its place. The going out of
the red LED (30 seconds), states that the recognition operation is completed.
