WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
qLesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen.
qKontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Gerät vermerkten Spannung
übereinstimmt, bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen.
qLassen Sie Ihr Gerät niemals beim Gebrauch unbeaufsichtigt. Halten Sie Kinder oder
hilfsbedürftige Personen vom Gerät fern.
qÜberprüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob das Gerät nicht beschädigt ist. Bei Beschädigung des
Gerätes, benutzen Sie es nicht, sondern lassen Sie es von einem Fachmann (*) überprüfen
bzw. reparieren. Die Anschlussleitung kann nicht ersetzt werden. Bei Beschädigung der
Anschlussleitung darf das Gerät nicht benutzt werden.
qBenutzen Sie das Gerät nur zu Haushaltszwecken, wie in der Bedienungsanleitung
angegeben.
qTauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten ein, weder zum
Reinigen, noch zu einem anderen Zweck. Stellen Sie das Gerät niemals in die
Spülmaschine.
qBenutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe einer Wärmequelle.
qEntfernen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.
qBenutzen Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien und bewahren Sie es an einem trockenen Platz auf.
qAls zusätzlicher Schutz wird die Installation einer Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung (RCD) mit
einem Bemessungsauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA im Badezimmerstromkreis
empfohlen. Fragen Sie Ihren Installateur um Rat.
qBenutzen Sie nur Zubehör, welches vom Lieferanten empfohlen wurde. Anderes Zubehör
stellt eine Gefahr für den Benutzer dar und das Gerät könnte dadurch beschädigt
werden.
qZiehen Sie niemals an der Anschlussleitung, um das Gerät zu bewegen. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Anschlussleitung nicht zufälligerweise irgendwo hängen bleibt und dies zum Fall
des Gerätes führen könnte. Wickeln Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht um das Gerät herum
und knicken Sie diese nicht.
qAchten Sie darauf, dass keine Wasserspritzer auf das Gerät kommen und benutzen Sie
Ihr Gerät nicht in der Badewanne, unter der Dusche oder im Allgemeinen, wenn Sie in
Kontakt mit Wasser sind, oder sich in der Nähe eines mit Wasser gefüllten Waschbeckens
oder Behälters befinden. Sollte Ihr Gerät trotzdem ins Wasser fallen:
- Ziehen Sie dann sofort den Stecker aus der Steckdose
- Halten Sie Ihre Hand nicht ins Wasser
- Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät von einem Fachmann prüfen (*), bevor Sie es erneut
benutzen.
qWenn der Frisierstab in einem Badezimmer verwendet wird, ist nach dem Gebrauch der
Stecker auszuziehen, da die Nähe von Wasser eine Gefahr darstellt, auch wenn der
Haartrockner ausgeschaltet ist.
qÜberprüfen Sie, ob Ihr Gerät nicht nass ist (Spritzwasser,…) und benutzen Sie es nicht mit
nassen Händen.
qZiehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, wenn Ihr Gerät nicht benutzt wird oder falls Sie
es kurz hinlegen.
qDas Gitter an der Luftaustrittsöffnung wird beim Gebrauch sofort warm. Achten Sie darauf,
dass die Anschlussleitung nicht mit dem Gitter in Kontakt kommt.
qDie Luftein- und -austrittsöffnungen dürfen nicht verstopft sein. Falls der Luftstrom dennoch
behindert wird, springt die eingebaute Abschaltautomatik sofort an. Warten Sie dann
einige Minuten, bis das Gerät abgekühlt ist, bevor Sie das Gerät erneut benutzen.
qDas Sicherheitsgitter an der Lufteintrittsöffnung verhindert, dass Haare angesaugt werden.
Wenn Sie nach einiger Zeit bemerken, dass sich Staub am Gitter absetzt, reinigen Sie es.

Entfernen Sie den Staub nicht, dann nimmt der Luftstrom ab, wodurch das Gerät
beschädigt wird.
qVermeiden Sie jeglichen Kontakt Ihres Haares mit den direkten Rändern der
Lufteintrittsöffnung.
(*) Fachmann: Anerkannter Kundendienst des Lieferanten oder des Importeurs, der für derartige
Reparaturen zuständig ist. Wenden Sie sich für eventuelle Reparaturen an diesen
Kundendienst.
GEBRAUCHSHINWEISE
Allgemeiner Gebrauch
•Kämmen Sie oder bürsten Sie das Haar, bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen.
•Benutzen Sie das Gerät für trockenes oder leicht feuchtes Haar, jedoch niemals für nasses
oder synthetisches Haar oder sogar Perücken.
•Befestigen Sie den gewünschten Aufsatz am Gerät. Dazu brauchen Sie diesen nur in die
Öffnung am Rand des Gerätes zu schieben, bis er einrastet. Um den Bürstenaufsatz zu
entfernen, ziehen Sie ihn einfach aus dem Gerät.
•Schließen Sie das Gerät an das Stromnetz an und schalten Sie es auf die gewünschte
Stufe.
0 = Aus
1 = Schwach
2 = Stark
C = Kalter Luftstrom
Rundbürsten:
•Benutzen Sie die Rundbürsten um Locken zu erzielen.
•Teilen Sie das Haar in Strähnen.
•Wickeln Sie eine Strähne um die Bürste. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Haarspitzen in der
gewünschten Richtung aufgewickelt werden.
•Wickeln Sie nie zu viele Haare um die Bürste. Je dünner die Haarsträhne, desto fester wird
die Locke.
•Bei jeder Bewegung lassen Sie die warme Luft ein paar Sekunden auf die Bürste (und somit
Ihr Haar) einwirken.
•Wenn Sie den Aufsatz lockern möchten damit dieser unabhängig vom Motorblock drehen
kann, drücken Sie auf den Entriegelungsknopf.
BEVOR SIE IHR HAAR NACH DEM GEBRAUCH KÄMMEN, ACHTEN SIE DARAUF, DASS ES
VOLLSTÄNDIG ABGEKÜHLT IST.
REINIGUNG
•Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker, bevor Sie das Gerät reinigen.
•Entfernen Sie die Haare, die auf der Bürste geblieben sind, damit sie die Öffnungen nicht
verstopfen. Eventuell mit einer Schere schneiden. Wenn nötig, können Sie dazu den
Bürstenaufsatz vom Gerät entfernen, indem Sie auf den Entriegelungsknopf drücken, und
gleichzeitig am Bürstenaufsatz ziehen.
•Reinigen Sie regelmäßig mit einer kleinen Bürste das Gitter am Unterteil des Gerätes oder
saugen Sie mit einem Staubsauger, damit es nicht verstopft.
•Um die Plastikteile zu reinigen, benutzen Sie ein feuchtes Tuch. Benutzen Sie keine
Scheuermittel. Tauchen Sie das Gerät nie in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten ein.

UMWELTSCHUTZ – RICHTLINIE 2002/96/EG
Zum Schutz unserer Umwelt und unserer Gesundheit sind Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte nach
bestimmten Regeln zu entsorgen. Dies fordert den Einsatz sowohl des Herstellers bzw.
Lieferanten als auch des Verbrauchers.
Aus diesem Grund darf dieses Gerät, welches das Symbol auf dem Typenschild bzw. auf
der Verpackung zeigt, nicht in den unsortierten Restmüll gegeben werden. Der Verbraucher
hat das Recht, dieses Gerät über kommunale Sammelstellen zu entsorgen; von dort aus wird
die spezifische Behandlung, Verwertung bzw. das Recycling gem. den Erfordernissen der
Richtlinie sichergestellt.
GEWÄHRLEISTUNGS- UND GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
Für unsere Produkte gelten die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für Gewährleistungsansprüche.
Innerhalb dieser Zeit werden Mängel, welche auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern beruhen,
behoben. Davon ausgeschlossen sind Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, Schäden, die
durch übermäßige Beanspruchung, unsachgemäße Behandlung und Wartung sowie durch
Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanweisung entstehen, Schäden, welche durch Verschleiß oder
infolge normaler Abnützung entstanden sind. Ebenso weisen wir darauf hin, dass die
Gewährleistung bei Fremdeingriff erlischt. Hierbei wird der Verkäufer im Fall eines Schadens
keine Haftung übernehmen.
Sollten Sie einen Mangel feststellen, geben Sie bitte das vollständige Gerät an ihren Händler
bzw. Verkaufsstelle. Gewährleistungsansprüche gelten nur in Verbindung mit dem zugehörigen
Kassenbon bzw. der Kopie einer eventuellen Reparaturrechnung, die bei Inanspruchnahme
der Serviceleistung unbedingt mit vorzulegen sind/ist.
Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit, das gesäuberte Gerät mit einer kurzen, gut lesbaren
Fehlerbeschreibung zusammen mit dem Kassenbon in einer frankierten Sendung an unseren
Kundendienst in unserer Firma in Bad Blankenburg zu senden.
Defekte Zubehörteile führen nicht zum Umtausch des Gerätes, sondern werden kostenlos im
Austausch zugesandt. In diesem Fall bitte nicht das Gerät einschicken, sondern nur das defekte
Zubehörteil bestellen! Glasbruchschäden sind grundsätzlich kostenpflichtig.
Sowohl Defekte an Verbrauchszubehör bzw. Verschleißteilen, als auch Reinigung, Wartung
oder der Austausch von Verschleißteilen, fallen nicht unter die Gewährleistung und sind
deshalb kostenpflichtig!
NACH ABLAUF DER GESETZLICHEN GEWÄHRLEISTUNGSFRIST
Reparaturen können kostenpflichtig von entsprechendem Fachpersonal oder Reparaturservice
ausgeführt werden.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
qPlease read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.
qCheck that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.
qNever leave the appliance unsupervised when in use. Keep out of reach of children or
incompetent persons.
qFrom time to time check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or
appliance shows any signs of damage but have it checked and repaired by a competent
qualified service(*). The power cord cannot be replaced; should it be damaged, the
appliance must be disposed of.
qOnly use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated in these
instructions.
qNever immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever.
Never place it into the dishwasher.
qNever use the appliance near hot surfaces.
qBefore cleaning, always unplug the appliance from the power supply.
qNever use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment.
qTo ensure a major security, it is recommended to set up a current flight jump 30 mA in the
electric circuit that supplies the bathroom. Ask your electrician for advice.
qNever use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could constitute
a danger to the user and risk to damage the appliance.
qNever move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in
any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
qNever expose the appliance to possible water splashes and never use the appliance
in bath, shower or more generally when you are in contact with water or near a sink or
other receptacle filled with water! However, should the appliance happen to fall into the
water:
- immediately unplug it
- do not put your hands into the water
- make sure your appliance is verified by a competent qualified electrician (*)
before using it again.
qWhen using the hair curler in the bathroom, always unplug it when not in use as the
proximity of water could constitute a danger even when the hair curler is switched off.
qAlways make sure your appliance is not wet (water splashes, …) and never handle it with
wet hands.
qUnplug the appliance when not in use or even if you put it down only for a moment.
qInevitably the air intake grille becomes hot when using the appliance. Make sure the cord
does not come into contact with the air intake grille when using the appliance
qThe air intake and outgoing openings must never be blocked. However should the air
ventilation get blocked, the safety device will stop the appliance immediately. The latter
will restart when it has cooled down. You will have to wait a couple of minutes.
qThe safety grille in the air intake opening prevents the hairs from being sucked in. If you
notice after some time that the grille gets blocked by dust, you have to clean it. If you
don't clean it, the air flux will progressively decrease and the appliance might get
damaged.
qMake sure the hair does not come into direct contact with the air intake opening.
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after sales department of the producer or importer or any
person who is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to
avoid all danger. In any case you should return the appliance to this electrician.

OPERATION
General operation
•Always comb or brush your hair before using the appliance.
•Use the appliance to style dry or slightly humid hair, never wet hair. Do not use for
synthetic hair or wigs.
•Assemble the brush attachment of your choice by inserting it into the opening of the
appliance until it clicks. To remove the brush attachment, simply pull at it.
•Plug in the appliance and put the switch on the desired position.
0 = Off
1 = warm
2 = hot
C = cool air function
Round brushes:
•Use the round brushes if you want to curl your hair.
•Divide the hair into locks.
•Take a lock of hair and wind it around the brush. Make sure the end of the lock is wound in
the required direction. Do not wind too much hair at a time around the brush. The thinner
the lock of hair, the tighter the curl will be.
•Let the hot air affect on the hair for a few seconds.
•Press the release button if you want to unlock the attachment in order to turn it
independently from the main body.
BEFORE COMBING OUT THE HAIR AFTER USE, IT SHOULD COOL DOWN.
CLEANING AND CARE
•Always disconnect the power supply cable from the power supply before carrying out any
cleaning operation.
•Remove the hair remaining on the brush so that they do not block the openings. You can
cut them with a pair of scissors if necessary. If necessary, you can also remove the brush
by pressing the release button and pulling at the brush simultaneously.
•Clean the grid at the backside of the appliance regularly with a small brush or a vacuum
cleaner so that it does not get blocked.
•To clean the plastic parts, use a lightly damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT– DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC
In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the
implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol on the
rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing
waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with
the directive.

TERMS OF GUARANTEE
For our products, the legal terms concerning claims under guarantee are valid. During the
legal period, all material and manufacturing defects are covered. No claims will be accepted
for broken accessories, defects resulting from inappropriate use or care, excessive wear due to
intensive use, wrong use due to the non-observance of the instruction manual, or normal wear
and tear. No guarantee claims will be accepted if the appliance has been modified or if
attempts have been made to repair the appliance. In such case, the vendor cannot be held
responsible in case of accidents.
If you detect a defect, please contact your vendor or shop and return your complete appliance
in its original packaging together with the receipt.Claims under guarantee will only be valid if
the receipt or a copy of a repair bill is handed over with the appliance that needs repair.
Or send the appliance cleaned, well packed and with a short, easily readable description of
the default as well as the receipt freight prepaid to our customer service in our firm in Bad
Blankenburg.
In case of a defective accessory, the complete appliance will not be exchanged, but only the
accessory will be sent free of charge. In such case, do not return the complete appliance but
only order the accessory! In case of glass damages, glass spare parts will be charged.
Pieces undergoing wear and tear as well as cleaning and maintenance or the exchange of
worn out pieces are not covered by the guarantee and will thus be charged!
AFTER THE LEGAL PERIOD OF GUARANTEE
Repairs after the guarantee period can be performed at a charge by a competent qualified
technician or a repair service.

POUR VOTRE SECURITE
qLisez attentivement la notice avant l’utilisation de votre appareil.
qAvant d'utiliser l'appareil, vérifiez que la tension du réseau correspond bien à celle de

qNe laissez jamais votre appareil sans surveillance lorsque celui-ci est en marche. Ne le
laissez ni à la portée des enfants ni à la portée de personnes non responsables.
qVérifiez régulièrement l’état de votre appareil et s’il est endommagé de quelque façon que
ce soit, ne l’utilisez pas mais faites-le vérifier et réparer par un service qualifié compétent(*).
Le cordon d’alimentation ne peut pas être remplacé ; s’il est endommagé, l’appareil doit

qLorsque la brosse chauffante est utilisée dans la salle de bain, débranchez-le après usage
car la proximité de l'eau peut présenter un danger même lorsque la brosse chauffante est
arrêtée.
qAssurez-vous toujours que votre appareil n’est pas mouillé (éclaboussures d’eau, …) et ne
l’utilisez pas si vos mains sont mouillées.
qDébranchez l’appareil lorsqu’il n’est pas en utilisation ou si vous le posez même pour un
court laps de temps.
qLa grille d’évacuation d’air devient inévitablement chaude durant l’utilisation. Ne laissez
pas le cordon entrer en contact avec la grille d’évacuation d’air durant l’utilisation de
l’appareil.
qLes ouvertures d’arrivée et de sortie d’air ne peuvent jamais être obstruées. Si toutefois la
ventilation d’air est obstruée durant l’utilisation, le dispositif de sécurité arrête
automatiquement l’appareil. Ce dernier se remettra en route lorsqu’il aura refroidi. Il faut
attendre quelques minutes.
qLa grille de sécurité montée dans l’ouverture d’arrivée d’air empêche les cheveux d’être
aspirés. Après quelque temps, si vous constatez que des poussières obstruent la grille, il

UTILISATION
Fonctionnement général de l'appareil
•Avant d'utiliser l'appareil, veuillez démêler vos cheveux à l'aide d'un peigne ou une brosse.
•Utilisez l’appareil sur des cheveux secs ou légèrement humides, ne jamais l’utiliser sur des
cheveux trop mouillés, synthétiques ou des perruques.
•Choisissez l’accessoire que vous désirez utiliser. Pour l'assembler, il vous suffit de l’insérer
dans l’ouverture au bout du corps de l'appareil jusqu‘à venir en butée. Pour retirer
l'accessoire, il suffit de tirer sur l'accessoire.
•Branchez l’appareil et placez l’interrupteur sur la position désirée:
0 = Eteint
1 = Doux
2 = Fort
C = position d'air froid
Brosses rondes:
•Utilisez les brosses rondes pour onduler vos cheveux.
•Prenez une mèche et enroulez-la autour de la brosse. Assurez-vous que l'extrémité de la
mèche soit enroulée dans le sens désiré.
•N'enroulez pas trop de cheveux autour de la brosse. Plus la mèche est mince, plus la
boucle est serrée.
•A chaque mouvement, laissez la brosse agir quelques secondes.
•Le bouton de déverrouillage vous permet de débloquer la brosse pour la faire tourner sur
elle-même.
AVANT DE BROSSER LES CHEVEUX APRES UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL, VEILLEZ A CE QUE CEUX-CI
AIENT REFROIDI.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE
•Débranchez l'appareil avant toute opération de nettoyage.
•Retirez manuellement les cheveux qui restent sur la brosse afin qu’ils n’obstruent pas les
ouvertures. Coupez-les éventuellement avec une paire de ciseaux. Si nécessaire, vous
pouvez également détacher la brosse en appuyant sur le bouton de déverrouillage et en
tirant sur la brosse simultanément.
•Nettoyez régulièrement la grille située à l’arrière afin qu’elle ne soit pas obstruée à l’aide
d’une petite brosse ou d'un aspirateur.
•Pour nettoyer les parties plastiques, faites usage d’un chiffon doux légèrement humide.
N’utilisez jamais de produits abrasifs.

PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT – DIRECTIVE 2002/96/CE
Afin de préserver notre environnement et notre santé, l’élimination en fin de vie des appareils
électriques et électroniques doit se faire selon des règles bien précises et nécessite
l’implication de chacun, qu’il soit fournisseur ou utilisateur. C’est pour cette raison que votre
appareil, tel que le signale le symbole apposé sur sa plaque signalétique ou sur
l'emballage, ne doit en aucun cas être jeté dans une poubelle publique ou privée destinée
aux ordures ménagères. L'utilisateur a le droit de déposer l'appareil dans des lieux publics de
collecte procédant à un tri sélectif des déchets pour être soit recyclé, soit réutilisé pour
d’autres applications conformément à la directive.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
Pour nos produits, les conditions légales concernant les réclamations dans le cadre de la
période de garantie sont d’application.
Pendant la période légale, les vices de fabrication et de matériaux sont couverts. Ne sont pas
couverts par la garantie : les bris de pièces ou d’accessoires, les défauts liés à un usage ou
entretien détourné de l’appareil, à des usures excessives résultant d’usages intensifs et à tout
autre usage contraire aux instructions fournies. La garantie devient caduque lorsque le produit
a été modifié ou des tentatives de réparation ont visiblement été faites. Ces manipulations
dégagent dans le même temps la responsabilité du vendeur en cas d’accidents.
Si vous constatez un défaut, adressez-vous à votre revendeur ou au magasin et retournez
l'appareil complet dans son emballage d'origine ainsi que le ticket de caisse. Les réclamations
introduites dans le cadre de la garantie sont uniquement valables si le ticket de caisse ou la
copie d’une facture de réparation éventuelle est joint(e).
Ou envoyez l'appareil nettoyé, bien emballé et dûment affranchi avec une courte description
du défaut en majuscules à notre service après-vente dans notre firme à Bad Blankenburg en
joignant également votre ticket de caisse.
Si des accessoires sont défectueux, l'appareil complet ne sera pas remplacé, mais les
accessoires seront échangés gratuitement. Dans ce cas, ne renvoyez donc pas l'appareil
complet mais commandez seulement l'accessoire défectueux! En cas de verre cassé, le
remplacement de l'accessoire concerné est payant. L'échange des accessoires soumis à
l'usure ainsi que le nettoyage et l'entretien ou l'échange de pièces usées ne sont pas couverts
par la garantie et l'échange de ces pièces sera donc payant!
APRES LA PERIODE LEGALE DE GARANTIE
Les réparations après la période de garantie peuvent être effectuées par un service qualifié
compétent ou par un service de réparation moyennant payement.

qLaat uw toestel tijdens het gebruik nooit zonder toezicht. Houd het toestel buiten het
bereik van kinderen of van ontoerekeningsvatbare personen.
qControleer regelmatig of het toestel niet beschadigd is. Gebruik het toestel niet indien het
enige beschadiging zou vertonen maar laat het nakijken en herstellen door een
bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst (*). Het snoer kan niet vervangen worden. Indien het
snoer beschadigd is, gelieve het toestel niet meer te gebruiken.
qGebruik het toestel enkel voor huishoudelijk gebruik en op de wijze zoals vermeld in de
gebruiksaanwijzing.
qDompel het toestel nooit onder in water of in enige andere vloeistof, noch om het te
reinigen, noch om welke andere reden ook. Steek het nooit in een afwasmachine.
qGebruik het toestel niet in de nabijheid van warmtebronnen.
qHaal de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer u het toestel reinigt.
qGebruik het toestel niet buiten en berg het op in een droge plaats.
qVoor een bijkomende zekerheid is het aangeraden om een aardlekschakelaar van 30Ma
te installeren in het stroomcircuit van uw badkamer .
qGebruik geen accessoires die niet door de fabrikant aanbevolen werden. Dit kan het
toestel beschadigen en gevaarlijk zijn voor de gebruiker.
qTrek nooit aan het snoer om het toestel te verplaatsen. Zorg dat het elektriciteitssnoer
nergens kan achterhaken en daardoor de val van het toestel veroorzaken. Draai het
snoer niet rond het toestel en plooi het niet.
qZorg ervoor dat geen water op het toestel spat en gebruik uw toestel nooit in een
bad, onder een douche of meer bepaald wanneer u in contact met water ben of
wanneer u zich in de buurt van een met water gevulde wastafel bevindt. Als uw toestel
desondanks toch in het water zou vallen :
- trek dan onmiddellijk de stekker uit het stopcontact
- steek vooral uw hand niet in het water
- laat uw toestel door een bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst(*) nakijken alvorens
het opnieuw te gebruiken.
qWanneer u uw haarkrulborstel in de badkamer gebruikt, gelieve steeds de stekker uit het
stopcontact te halen daar de aanwezige vochtigheid gevaarlijk is, ook wanneer het
toestel uitgeschakeld is.
qControleer steeds of uw toestel niet nat is (waterspatten, …) en gebruik het niet met natte
handen.
qVerwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact als het toestel niet in werking is of als u het, zelfs
voor korte tijd, neerlegt.
qHet luchtinlaatrooster wordt onvermijdelijk warm tijdens het gebruik. Zorg ervoor dat het
snoer er niet mee in contact komt tijdens het gebruik van het toestel.
qDe openingen voor luchtin- en uitlaat mogen nooit verstopt zijn. Als bij het gebruik de
luchtstroom evenwel toch verhinderd zou raken, zal de ingebouwde veiligheid het toestel
automatisch uitschakelen. Wacht dan enkele minuten tot het toestel afgekoeld is
vooraleer u het opnieuw inschakelt.
qHet luchtinlaatrooster zorgt ervoor dat uw haar niet kan worden opgezogen. Als u na
enige tijd bemerkt dat stof het rooster verstopt, dient het gereinigd te worden. Als u dit
niet doet zal de luchtstroom verminderen, waardoor het toestel beschadigd kan geraken.
qVermijd elk contact van uw haar met de directe randen van de luchtopening.

(*) Bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst: klantendienst van de fabrikant of de invoerder, die
erkend en bevoegd is om dergelijke herstellingen te doen zodat elk gevaar vermeden wordt.
Gelieve het toestel bij problemen naar deze dienst terug te brengen.
GEBRUIK
Algemeen gebruik
•Kam uw haar vooraleer u het toestel gebruikt.
•Gebruik het toestel slechts voor droog of licht vochtig haar. Gebruik het apparaat nooit
voor nat of synthetisch haar of voor pruiken.
•Kies het accessoire dat u wilt gebruiken en duw het in de opening aan het uiteinde van
het toestel tot u een klik hoort. Om het accessoire af te nemen moet u er gewoon aan
trekken.
•Sluit het toestel op het stroomnet aan en zet de schakelaar op de gewenste stand.
0 = Uit
1 = Normaal
2 = Sterk
C = koude lucht
Ronde borstels:
•Indien u krullen wenst, maak dan gebruik van de ronde borstels.
•Verdeel uw haar in lokken. Neem een haarlok en wind deze rond de borstel. Zorg ervoor
dat het uiteinde van de lok in de gewenste richting gewonden wordt. Wind niet te veel
haar tegelijkertijd om de borstel. Hoe dunner de haarlok, hoe strakker de krul.
•Laat de warme lucht bij iedere beweging paar seconden op de borstel (d.w.z. op uw
haar) inwerken.
•Druk op de ontgrendelingsknop indien u het accessoire onafhankelijk van het motorblok
wenst te doen draaien.
ALVORENS UW HAAR NA GEBRUIK TE KAMMEN, LET EROP DAT HET HELEMAAL AFGEKOELD IS.
ONDERHOUD
•Haal eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer u het toestel reinigt.
•Trek het haar dat op de borstel gebleven is zodat het de openingen niet verstopt. U kunt
het eventueel met een schaar snijden. Indien nodig kunt u de borstel afnemen door op
de ontgrendelingsknop te drukken en tegelijkertijd aan de borstel te trekken.
•Reinig regelmatig het rooster op de achterkant van uw toestel met een kleine borstel of
met een stofzuiger zodat het niet verstopt raakt.
•Om de plastiekdelen te reinigen, gebruik een vochtig doek. Gebruik geen
schuurmiddelen.

MILIEUBESCHERMING – RICHTLIJN 2002/96/EG
Om ons milieu en onze gezondheid te beschermen, moet afgedankte elektrische en
elektronische apparatuur in overeenstemming met welbepaalde regels weggegooid worden.
Dit vergt zowel de inzet van de leveranciers als van de gebruikers. Om deze reden mag uw
apparaat, zoals op het typeplaatje of op de verpakking aangegeven door het symbool ,
niet met het gewone huisvuil weggegooid worden. De gebruiker heeft het recht het toestel
gratis naar een gemeentelijk centrum van gescheiden inzameling te brengen waar het
overeenkomstig de richtlijn hergebruikt, gerecycleerd of voor andere doeleinden gebruikt zal
worden.
GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN
Voor onze producten gelden de wettelijke bepalingen wat betreft aanspraken op de
waarborg. Tijdens de wettelijke periode worden materiaal- of fabrieksfouten gedekt. Op de
waarborg kan geen aanspraak worden gemaakt voor breekbare onderdelen, of voor
defecten ten gevolge van gebruik voor verkeerde doeleinden of van slecht onderhoud, van
overmatige slijtage door intensief gebruik, of van foutief gebruik wegens de niet-naleving van
de gebruiksaanwijzing, of voor defecten ten gevolge van normale slijtage. Op de waarborg
kan ook geen aanspraak worden gemaakt indien het toestel gewijzigd werd of indien er
pogingen tot herstelling werden uitgevoerd. In dit geval kan de verkoper ook niet
aansprakelijk worden gehouden in geval van ongevallen.
Indien u een defect vaststelt, gelieve contact op te nemen met de verkoper of winkel waar u
het toestel gekocht hebt en overhandig het volledige toestel in zijn oorspronkelijke verpakking
samen met uw kasticket. Aanspraken op de garantie gelden enkel indien het kasticket of een
kopie van een eventuele herstelfactuur bijgesloten wordt.
Of stuur uw toestel gereinigd, goed verpakt en gefrankeerd met een korte, duidelijk leesbare
beschrijving van de defecten samen met het kasticket naar onze klantendienst in onze fabriek
in Bad Blankenburg.
Defecte accessoires leiden niet tot het omruilen van het toestel, maar worden gratis
vervangen. Gelieve in dit geval niet het toestel terug te sturen, maar enkel de defecte
accessoires. Gebroken glas kan mits betaling vervangen worden.
Accessoires die defect zijn wegens slijtage evenals reiniging, onderhoud of het vervangen van
onderdelen die aan slijtage onderhevig zijn, worden niet door de waarborg gedekt en moeten
dus betaald worden!
NA AFLOOP VAN DE WETTELIJKE GARANTIEPERIODE
Herstellingen na afloop van de garantieperiode kunnen mits betaling door bekwame
gekwalificeerde vaklui of herstellingsdiensten uitgevoerd worden.

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD
qLea detenidamente el modo de empleo antes de la utilización de su aparato.
qAntes de utilizar el aparato, compruebe que el voltaje de la red eléctrica coincide con el
del aparato
qNo deje nunca su aparato sin vigilancia cuando esté en marcha. No lo deje ni al alcance
de los niños ni al de personas no responsables.
qCompruebe de vez en cuando que el aparato no esté dañado. Si el cable o el aparato
están dañados, deben ser examinados y reparados por un servicio cualificado
competente(∗). El cable de alimentación no puede ser reemplazado; si está dañado, el
aparato debe ser tirado.
qUtilice el aparato solamente para usos domésticos y de la manera indicada en el modo
de empleo.
qNo sumerja nunca el aparato en el agua o en cualquier otro líquido ni para su limpieza ni
por cualquier otra razón. No lo introduzca nunca en el lavavajillas.
qNo utilice el aparato cerca de fuentes de calor.
qLa clavija eléctrica debe ser desenchufada antes de limpiar el aparato.
qProcure no utilizar el aparato en el exterior y colóquelo en un sitio seco.
qPara asegurar una protección complementaria, le aconsejamos instalar un diferencial de
30 mA en el circuito eléctrico que alimenta su cuarto de baño.
qNo utilice accesorios no recomendados por el fabricante, ello puede entrañar un riesgo
para el usuario y puede dañar el aparato.
qNo mueva nunca el aparato estirando del cable. Procure que el cable no se enganche
en algún saliente, a fin de evitar posibles caídas del mismo. Evite enrollar el cable
alrededor del aparato y no lo tuerza.
qNo utilice el aparato en el baño, bajo la ducha o sobre una pila llena de agua. Si no
obstante su aparato cae en el agua:
- Retire inmediatamente la clavija de la toma de corriente
- Sobre todo no meta la mano en el agua
- Haga verificar el aparato por un Servicio Técnico cualificado (*) antes de volver
a utilizarlo.
qCuando el secador de cabello es utilizado en el cuarto de baño, no olvide desenchufarlo
tras cada utilización ya que la proximidad del agua representa un peligro aun cuando el
secador no sea utilizado.
qAsegúrese de no utilizar el aparato si está mojado (salpicaduras de agua, etc.), y no lo
utilice si tiene las manos mojadas.
qDesenchufe el aparato si no lo utiliza, aunque sea por poco tiempo.
qLa rejilla de evacuación de aire se calienta durante la utilización. No deje que el cable
entre en contacto con la misma durante la utilización.
qLas aberturas de entrada y salida de aire no deben obstruirse. Si por cualquier motivo ello
ocurre, el dispositivo de seguridad parará automáticamente el aparato. Se volverá a
poner en marcha al cabo de algunos minutos.
qLa rejilla de seguridad colocada en la abertura de entrada de aire impide la entrada de
cabellos que pudieran ser aspirados. Si observa que la suciedad tapona dicha entrada
límpiela. Si no lo hace el nivel de aire disminuirá progresivamente y podría dañar el
aparato.
qEvite el contacto de los cabellos con la rejilla de entrada de aire.

persona cualificada, reconocida y habilitada a fin de evitar cualquier peligro. En cualquier
caso devuelva el aparato al servicio técnico.

UTILIZACIÓN
Uso general
•Antes de empezar a utilizar el aparato, peine o cepille el cabello para dejarlo suave y sin
enredos.
•Utilice el aparato sobre cabellos secos o ligeramente húmedos, no lo utilice nunca sobre
cabellos mojados, sintéticos o pelucas.
•Elige el accesorio deseado y insértelo en la caja del aparato. Oirá un clic. Para quitar el
accesorio, basta tirarlo.
•Enchufe su aparato y posicione el botón sobre la posición deseada:
0 = Apagado
1 = Bajo
2 = Alto
C = Aire frío
Cepillos redondos:
•Utilice los cepillos redondos para hacer rizos.
•Divida el cabello en mechones.
•Coja un mechón y enróllelo en el cepillo. Asegúrese de que las puntas del mechón estén
enrolladas en la dirección apropiada.
•A cada movimiento mantenga el cepillo durante unos segundos.
•El botón de desbloqueado permite desbloquear el cepillo para hacerlo girar.
ANTES DE PEINAR SU CABELLO DESPUES DEL USO, ESPERE A QUE ÉSTE SE HAYA ENFRIADO.
LIMPIEZA
•Después de su utilización, desconectar de la red.
•Retire los pelos que se quedan en el cepillo para evitar la obstrucción de los orificios.
•Limpie regularmente la rejilla situada en la parte trasera del mango con la ayuda de un
cepillo pequeño o un aspirador para evitar que se obstruya.
•Limpie el exterior del aparato con la ayuda de un paño ligeramente humedecido.
•Nunca limpie el aparato con productos abrasivos.

Para poder preservar nuestro medio ambiente y proteger la salud humana, los residuos
eléctricos y equipos electrónicos deberían ser destruidos de acuerdo con unas normas
especificas con la implicación de ambos proveedores y consumidores. Por esta razón, como
indica el símbolo en la placa de datos técnicos, su aparato no debería ser tirado en un
contenedor municipal sino que debería ser devuelto a la tienda, o dejado en un punto de
recolección para ser reciclado o usado para otras aplicaciones conforme a la directiva.

qNão ponha o aparelho próximo de fontes de calor.
qO aparelho ao ser limpo tem de ter o cabo de alimentação retirado da tomada
fornecedora da corrente eléctrica.
qO aparelho não deve ser utilizado fora de casa e deve ser guardado em locais secos.
qPara assegurar uma protecção suplementar, aconselhamos instalar no circuito de
alimentação da casa de banho um dispositivo a corrente diferencial-residual (DR) com

qUse sempre os acessórios recomendados pelo fabricante.
qNão retire o cabo de alimentação da tomada puxando pelo mesmo pois danifica o
aparelho e pode provocar a queda do aparelho. Verifique se o cabo não se encontra
preso em alguma coisa. Nunca enrole o cabo à volta do aparelho.
qNunca utilize o aparelho no banho ou quando estiver em contacto com líquidos. Se
por acidente o secador cair em líquidos:
- retire de imediato o cabo de alimentação da tomada que fornece a corrente
eléctrica,
- acima de tudo não apanhe o aparelho;
- não utilize o aparelho sem o levar ao serviço de assistência técnica.
qQuando usar o secador de cabelo na casa de banho, após a sua utilização, desligue-o
da corrente eléctrica. Lembrese que corre perigos ao usar o secador de cabelo junto de
líquidos.
qCertifique-se sempre que ao utilizar o aparelho este não se encontra húmido e as suas
mãos não se encontram na mesma situação.
qLogo que não precise do aparelho ou o pouse desligue-o.
qCom o funcionamento do aparelho verifica-se o aquecimento da grelha de entrada do ar.
Não deixe que o cabo de alimentação esteja em contacto com a grelha quente.
qA entrada do ar e a saída nunca devem ser tapadas. Quando tal acontece o dispositivo
de segurança contra o sobreaquecimento faz parar/desligar o aparelho que só começará
a funcionar quando arrefecer passado alguns minutos.
qA grelha de seguridade colocada na abertura da entrada do ar impede que os cabelos
sejam aspirados. Neste local a sujidade acumula-se e torna-se necessário efectuar a
limpeza. Se o não fizer o aparelho vai funcionar em esforço e pode danificá-lo.
qNão ponha os cabelos em contacto com a parte da entrado do ar do aparelho.

qualificada, reconhecida e habilitada para evitar qualquer perigo. Em qualquer caso devolva

UTILIZAÇÃO
Funcionamento
•Antes de começar a usar o aparelho, penteie ou escove o cabelo para o desembaraçar
e o alisar.
•O aparelho deve ser usado com cabelos secos ou pouco húmidos e nunca em cabelos
molhados, cabelos sintéticos ou perucas.
•Introduza um dos acessórios na pega. Para unir o acesório, insira-o na abertura do
secador até ele se fixar. Para retirar o acessório, puxe-o.
•Ligue o cabo da alimentação á tomada eléctrica e ponha-o a funcionar na posiçäo
desejado:
0 = DESLIGADO
1 = BAIXO
2 = ALTO
C = AR FRIO
Escovas redondas:
•Utilize as escovas se pretender o cabelo com ondulação.
•Divida o cabelo em madeixas.
•Segure numa madeixa de cabelo e enrole-a na escova. Certifique-se que a extremidade
do cabelo está enrolada na direcção que pretende dar a ondelação do cabelo.
•Não enrole demasiado cabelo na escova de cada vez. Quanto mais finas forem as
madeixas, mais apertado ficará a ondulação do cabelo.
•Após cada movimento, deixe permanecer a escova alguns segundos.
•O botão de abertura permite desbloquear a escova para a fazer rodar.
DEIXE O CABELO ARREFECER ANTES DE PENTEAR, ESCOVAR OU PASSAR OS DEDOS PELO CABELO.
LIMPEZA
•A manutenção e a limpeza do aparelho são feitas sempre com este desligado da
tomada,
•Com a ajuda de uma escova ou de um aspirador, limpe com frequência a grelha
traseira para que ela não fique obstruída.
•Para limpar as partes plásticas use um esfregão não abrasivo e ligeiramente
húmido.Nuque use produtos abrasivos.

AVVERTENZE
qVi invitiamo a leggere attentamente queste istruzioni prima dell’uso dell’apparecchio.
qPrima di mettere in funzione l’apparecchio, controllare se la tensione è conforme a quella
dell’apparecchio.
qNon lasciare l’apparecchio senza sorveglianza quando è in funzione. Non lasciarlo alla
portata di bambini o persone irresponsabili.
qVerificare regolarmente lo stato dell’apparecchio e se fosse danneggiato in qualsiasi
modo, farlo esaminare e riparare da un servizio qualificato (*).Il cavo d'alimentazione non
può essere sostituito; se fosse danneggiato, l'apparecchio deve essere eliminato.
qQuesto apparecchio dovrà essere destinato solo all’uso domestico e nel modo indicato in
queste istruzioni.
qNon immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua o in qualsiasi altro liquido, né per pulirlo né
per qualsiasi altra ragione. Mai metterlo in una lavastoviglie.
qNon usare l’apparecchio in prossimità di sorgenti di calore.
qTogliere la spina dalla presa di corrente prima di pulire l’apparecchio.
qNon usare l’apparecchio all'aperto. Dopo l’uso, riporlo in un posto asciutto.
qPer assicurare una maggiore sicurezza, consigliamo di installare nel circuito elettrico del
bagno un dispositivo differenziale di 30 mA al massimo.
qNon utilizzare accessori non consigliati dal fabbricante: può essere pericoloso per l’utente
e danneggiare l’apparecchio.
qNon tirare il cavo per spostare l’apparecchio. Assicurarsi che il cavo elettrico non possa
impigliarsi per evitare una caduta dell’apparecchio. Non avvolgere il cavo intorno
all’apparecchio e non torcerlo.
qNon utilizzare quest’apparecchio in un bagno, sotto la doccia o sopra un lavandino
pieno. Se il vostro apparecchio cade comunque nell’acqua :
- togliere immediatamente la spina dalla presa di corrente
- non mettere la mano nell’acqua
- far verificare l’apparecchio da un servizio qualificato(*) prima di utilizzarlo
qQuando l'apparecchio viene utilizzato nel bagno, scollegarlo dopo l’uso, perché la
prossimità dell’acqua rappresenta un pericolo anche quando l’apparecchio i è spento.
qAssicurarsi sempre che l’apparecchio non sia umido (schizzi d’acqua,…) e non utilizzarlo
se le mani sono umide.
qTogliere la spina dalla presa di corrente se l’apparecchio non è in funzione e quando non
è utilizzato anche per pochi istanti.
qIl cavo non deve entrare in contatto con la griglia durante l’uso perché la griglia diventa
calda.
qNon ostruire le aperture d’arrivo e d’uscita dell’aria. Se la ventilazione è comunque
ostruita, l’apparecchio si ferma automaticamente. Quando si sarà raffreddato dopo
qualche minuto, ricomincerà a funzionare.
qLa griglia nell’apertura impedisce che i capelli siano aspirati. Se, dopo qualche tempo, la
polvere ostruisse la griglia, quest’ultima dovrà essere pulita, altrimenti il flusso d’aria
diminuirà progressivamente e l’apparecchio potrebbe danneggiarsi.
qEvitare ogni contatto dei capelli con la griglia di ventilazione.
