SUMINISTRO DE ENERGÍA
FUNCIONAMIENTO CON BATERÍAS
1. Abra la tapa del compartimento de baterías con cuidado.
2. Instale 6 pilas ‘C’ (UM-2 o equivalente) colóquelas correctamente respetando la
posición de polaridad + -.
3. Cierre la cubierta.
NOTA:
yEl adaptador AC/DC deberá estar desenchufado de la entrada DC IN del aparato
para funcionar con baterías.
yEl goteo de las pilas puede dañar el compartimento de baterías y el aparato, por lo
que deberá extraerlas cuando se gasten o cuando no vaya a utilizar el aparato con
ellas durante un tiempo.
FUNCIONAMIENTO ENTRADA DC
Enchufe el adaptador suministrado en la entrada DC IN del aparato y a la corriente
general.
NOTA: Si no hay señal de audio de entrada, en una hora aproximadamente el aparato
entrará en modo espera automáticamente (excepto en modo radio FM).
RADIO FM
SINTONIZAR LA RADIO FM
1. El indicador en espera se encenderá cuando conecte la unidad principal a la corriente
general. Pulse el botón ON/STANDBY (17)(encendido/en espera) para encender el
aparato y se apagará el indicador de modo en espera.
2. Pulse el botón FUENTE (15)(source) repetidamente para poner el aparato en modo
Radio FM.
3. Para iniciar la búsqueda-automática, pulse y mantenga apretado el botón
SALTAR/BUSCAR abajo (6) o SALTAR/BUSCAR arriba (7) durante unos segundos y
suéltelo.
4. Pulse el botón SALTAR/BUSCAR abajo o el botón SALTAR/BUSCAR arriba para
sintonizar las emisoras manualmente.
5. Ajuste el nivel de volumen pulsando los botones VOLUMEN +/-. (14 y 18)
6. Pulse el botón ENCENDIDO/EN ESPERA (17) para apagar el aparato.
NOTA:
yLa ANTENA FM TELESCOPICA es direccional. Cuando escuche una emisora FM,
extiéndala completamente y rótela para su mejor recepción.
GUARDAR SU EMISORA FAVORITA
1. Primero sintonice la emisora que desee, pulse el botón PROG/MEM/MODO (5) para
almacenar esa emisora hasta que el número de posición de memoria parpadee en la
pantalla.
2. Utilice el botón STOP/Canal – (11) o el botón PLAY/PAUSA/Canal + (10) para
seleccionar la posición de memoria correspondiente.
3. Confirme su selección pulsando el botón PROG/MEM/MODO (5).
4. Durante la reproducción de radio, pulse el botón STOP/Canal- o el botón
PLAY/PAUSA/Canal+ repetidamente para buscar las emisoras memorizadas.

USO Y MANTENIMIENTO DE UN DISCO
Siga las instrucciones siguientes para manejar y mantener sus
discos para obtener un funcionamiento correcto y duradero:
yNo toque el lado brillante del disco. Agárrelo siempre por los
bordes.
yLa exposición al sol, altas temperaturas y humedad dañarán
el disco. Asimismo mantenga el espacio de almacenado
limpio.
yEvite pegar etiquetas en ambos lados del disco. Nunca
escriba con objetos de escritura puntiagudos en el disco.
yLimpie el disco frotando desde el centro hacia el extremo con
un trapito suave y seco o con un cepillo para discos. Evite
cualquier loción limpiadora o producto químico.
yGuárdelos en sus cajas cuando no los esté utilizando.
CARGAR UN DISCO
1. Abra la puerta del CD desde el punto de apertura.
2. Cargue un disco en la bandeja con el lado etiquetado hacia arriba.
3. Cierre la puerta del CD.
REPRODUZCA UN DISCO (CD/MP3)
1. Pulse el botón ENCENDER/EN ESPERA (ON/STANDBY)(17) para encender el aparato
(el indicador de modo En Espera se apagará).
2. Pulse el botón FUENTE (15) repetidamente para cambiar a modo CD.
3. Siga los pasos anteriores para cargar un disco.
4. El reproductor empezará la lectura del disco inmediatamente.
5. Cuando el aparato haya leído el disco, automáticamente se iniciará la reproducción
desde la primera pista.
6. Pulse el botón PLAY/PAUSA/Canal+ (10) una vez para detener la reproducción de
música, púlselo otra vez para reiniciar la reproducción desde el mismo punto. Pulse el
botón STOP/Canal- (11) para parar del todo la reproducción de música.
FUNCIONAMIENTO DE DISPOSITIVOS DE MEMORIA EXTERNA (USB)
1. Pulse el botón ENCENDER/EN ESPERA (17) para encender el aparato (se apagará el
indicador de modo “En espera”).
2. Inserte un USB en el puerto USB (16).
3. Pulse el botón FUENTE (source) (15) repetidamente hasta llegar a modo USB.
4. Cuando el aparato detecte y lea el USB enchufado, empezará a sonar la primera pista
automáticamente.
5. Pulse el botón PLAY/PAUSA/Canal+ (10) para hacer pausa o reanudar la reproducción.
6. Pulse el botón STOP/Canal- (11) para detener la reproducción.
SALTAR PISTAS Y BUSCAR UN PUNTO DETERMINADO PARA REPRODUCIR
(CD/MP3/USB)
1. Pulse una vez el botón SALTAR/BUSCAR Arriba (7) durante la reproducción para saltar a
la siguiente pista. Pulse una vez el botón SALTAR/BUSCAR Abajo (6) durante la
reproducción para volver al inicio de la pista que está sonando, pulse dos veces
seguidas el botón para ir a la pista anterior.

2. Pulse y mantenga apretado el botón SALTAR/BUSCAR ARRIBA o SALTAR/BUSCAR
ABAJO durante la reproducción de música para avanzar o retroceder rápidamente por
esa pista hasta el punto deseado.
3. Pulsar el botón CARPETA/10+ (12) una vez durante la reproducción para saltar 10 pistas
de golpe, púlselo dos veces para saltar 20 pistas. Podrá llegar a la última pista de este
disco utilizando este botón.
SALTAR A LA CARPETA ANTERIOR/SIGUIENTE (MP3/USB)
1. Durante la reproducción, pulse y mantenga el botón CARPETA/10+ (12) hasta que el
número de carpeta parpadee en pantalla.
2. Pulse el botón SALTAR/BUSCAR ABAJO (6) o SALTAR/BUSCAR ARRIBA (7) para
seleccionar la carpeta que desee.
3. Una vez que la carpeta seleccionada aparece en pantalla, pulse el botón CARPETA/10+
para confirmar.
REPETIR LA REPRODUCCIÓN (CD/MP3/USB)
Durante la reproducción, pulse el botón PROG/MEM/MODO (5) para repetir la
reproducción de una pista. Pulse el botón dos veces para repetir la reproducción de todas
las pistas. Pulse el botón tres veces para entrar en modo Intro. Pulse el botón cuatro veces
para entrar en modo reproducción aleatoria. Pulse el botón cinco veces para salir.
REPRODUCCIÓN PROGRAMADA (CD/DISCO MP3/USB)
1. En modo stop, pulse el botón PROG/MEM/MODO (5) una vez, aparecerá el icono de
programación con el número “P01” primero, después un número de pista parpadeará en
pantalla con el icono de programación.
2. Seleccione la primera pista a programar utilizando el botón SALTAR/BUSCAR ARRIBA
(7) o SALTAR/BUSCAR ABAJO (6) y después pulse el botón PROG/MEM/MODO otra
vez para almacenar y avanzar al siguiente paso (si hay varias carpetas en el disco MP3 o
en el USB, será necesario programar primero las carpetas y después las pistas. La forma
de programar carpetas será la misma que para programar pistas).
3. Repita los pasos anteriores para programar más pistas. Podrá programar en el orden
deseado, un máximo de 20 pistas para CD y 99 para discos MP3/USB. Si la memoria
está llena, aparecerá “FULL” (lleno) en pantalla.
4. Cuando termine de programar, pulse el botón PLAY/PAUSA/Canal+ (10) para iniciar la
reproducción programada en el orden deseado. El aparato se detendrá automáticamente
cuando hayan sonado todas las pistas programadas.
5. Para detener la reproducción programada puede pulsar el botón STOP/Canal- (11). En
modo stop, pulse el botón PLAY/PAUSA/Canal+ para iniciar la reproducción programada
con el mismo orden de programación anterior. Pulse el botón STOP/Canal- otra vez para
borrar lo programado.
ENTRADA AUX IN
1. Conecte con cable de audio, una fuente exterior a la entrada Aux In del aparato, por
ejemplo un reproductor MP3.
2. Encienda el aparato siguiendo las instrucciones correspondientes.
3. Pulse el botón FUENTE (source) (15) repetidamente para pasar a modo AUX.
4. Utilice los controles del aparato externo conectado para iniciar la reproducción de
música.

ENTRADA AURICULARES STEREO
El aparato está provisto de una entrada para auriculares en la parte trasera para que pueda
escuchar música sin molestar a otros. Para utilizar esta entrada, enchufe los auriculares
(no incluidos) y ajuste el volumen al nivel deseado.
NOTA: Cuando conecte auriculares externos, los altavoces se apagarán.
PRECAUCIÓN: Escuchar música con volumen elevado durante mucho tiempo puede
causar daños en los oídos.
INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTES
yEl aparato no debe ser expuesto a goteo o salpicaduras y no se colocarán cerca objetos
que contengan líquidos.
yCuando el adaptador AC/DC se use como dispositivo de desconexión, este deberá
estar siempre accesible. Para que el aparato quede completamente desconectado,
deberá desenchufarse de la corriente general.
yNo ponga cerca o encima del aparato velas, candelabros o cualquier llama
desprotegida.
yDeberá mantener una distancia mínima libre alrededor del aparato de 2.0 cm para su
correcta ventilación. Nunca deberá impedirse la ventilación cubriendo los orificios del
aparato con ningún objeto, periódicos, manteles, cortinas, etc.
yEste aparato está fabricado para usarlo en climas moderados o tropicales.
yPRECAUCIÓN: Puede haber peligro de explosión si las pilas se sustituyen
incorrectamente. Repóngalas siempre con otras del mismo tipo.
yLas pilas no se pueden exponer a calor excesivo como sol directo, fuego o parecidos.
yLa etiqueta con las características del aparato está colocada en la parte inferior del
aparato.
Eliminación de residuos - No deseche las baterías con la basura doméstica. La ley le obliga
a reciclarlas. Puede desecharlas en los puntos de recogida públicos o en cualquier
establecimiento dedicado a este tipo de producto. Para la protección del medio ambiente,
no se debe desechar los aparatos al final de su vida útil junto con la basura doméstica.
Utilice los puntos de recogida adecuados.

POWER SUPPLY
BATTERY OPERATION
1. Remove the battery compartment cover gently.
2. Install 6 x 'C' size batteries (UM-2 or equivalent) while observing the correct polarities.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover.
NOTE:
yThe AC/DC adapter must be detached from the DC IN jack of the player for battery
operation.
yLeaking batteries may damage the battery cabinet and the player as a whole, so they
should be removed from the cabinet when becoming flat or when the player is not to
be played on batteries for some time.
DC INPUT OPERATION
Plug the supplied adapter to the DC IN jack on the unit and the main power
NOTE: If not any audio signal inputs to the unit in about one hour, the unit will enter to
standby mode automatically (except at FM radio mode).
FM RADIO
TUNING THE FM RADIO
1. The standby indicator will light once connect the main unit to the main power. Press the
ON/STANDBY button (17) to turn the unit on (the standby indicator will be off).
2. Press the SOURCE button (15) repeatedly to switch the unit to the FM radio mode.
3. To launch the auto-searching, press and hold the SKIP/SEARCH DOWN button (6) or
SKIP/SEARCH UP button (7) several seconds and then release it.
4. Press the SKIP/SEARCH DOWN button or SKIP/SEARCH UP button to tune the radio
stations manually.
5. Adjust the volume level to a comfortable listening level via pressing the VOLUME +/-
buttons (14 & 18).
6. Press the ON/STANDBY button (17) to turn off the unit.
NOTE:
yThe FM TELESCOPIC ANTENNA is directional. When you are receiving an FM
broadcast, fully extend the TELESCOPIC ANTENNA and rotate it for the best reception.
STORING YOUR FAVORITE RADIO STATION
1. Tune to your favorite station first; press the PROG/MEM/MODE button (5) for storing the
current station until memory cell number flashes on the screen.
2. Use the STOP/CH- button (11) or the PLAY/PAUSE/CH+ button (10) to select the
corresponding memory cell.
3. Confirm your selection by pressing the PROG/MEM/MODE button (5).
4. During radio playback, press the STOP/CH- button or the PLAY/PAUSE/CH+ button
repeatedly to recall the preset stations.

HANDLING AND MAINTENANCE OF A DISC
Follow the instructions below to handle and maintain your disc in
order that long time and trouble free performance can possibly be
obtained:
yEnsure not to caress the rain bow side of the disc; handle the
disc by the edge.
yLong time exposure to sunshine, high temperatures and
humidity will damage the disc. And keep storage area clean.
yAvoid sticking labels on both sides of a disc. Writing with
pointed articles on the disc should be strictly avoided.
yClean the disc wiping the centre and then working out to the
edge with a dry & soft cloth or a disc brush. Avoid any
cleansing lotion or chemical eradicator.
yStore them in their cases when they are not to be used.
LOAD A DISC
1. Open the CD door by the Door open area.
2. Load a disc on the disc tray with the label side facing up.
3. Close the CD door.
PLAY A DISC (CD/MP3)
1. Press the ON/STANDBY button (17) to turn the unit on (the standby indicator will be off).
2. Press the SOURCE button (15) repeatedly to switch to CD mode.
3. Follow the steps above to load a disc.
4. The player begins reading disc immediately.
5. When the disc is successfully read, the playback will start from the first track
automatically.
6. Press the PLAY/PAUSE/CH+ button (10) once to halt music playback, press the button
again to resume the normal playback; press the STOP/CH- button (11) to cease music
playback.
EXTERNAL MEMORY MEDIA OPERATION (USB)
1. Press the ON/STANDBY button (17) to turn the unit on (the standby indicator will be off).
2. Insert an USB to the USB port (16).
3. Press the SOURCE button (15) repeatedly to switch to USB mode.
4. When the inserted USB is detected and read, the first track will be played automatically.
5. Press the PLAY/PAUSE/CH+ button (10) to pause or resume the playback.
6. Press the STOP/CH- button (11) to cease the playback.
SKIP TRACKS AND SEARCH FOR A SPECIFIC POINT TO PLAY (CD/MP3/USB)
1. Press once the SKIP/SEARCH UP button (7) in music play to skip to the next track; press
once the SKIP/SEARCH DOWN button (6) in music play to go back to beginning of the
current track, press the button twice continuously to skip to the previous track.
2. Press and hold the SKIP/SEARCH UP button or the SKIP/SEARCH DOWN button in
music play to search at quick rate for a specific point to play.
3. Press the FOLDER/10+ button (12) once in play to skip to the track 10 tracks ahead,
twice to skip to the track 20 tracks ahead. You can reach the last track of the disc using
this button.

SKIP TO THE PREVIOUS/NEXT FOLDER (MP3/USB)
1. During playback, press and hold the FOLDER/10+ button (12) until the folder number
flashes on the screen.
2. Press the SKIP/SEARCH DOWN button (6) or SKIP/SEARCH UP button (7) to select the
folder you want.
3. Once the selected folder number shows on the screen, press the FOLDER/10+ button to
confirm.
REPEAT PLAYBACK (CD/MP3/USB)
During playback, press the PROG/MEM/MODE button (5) to repeat play a single track;
press the button twice to repeat play all tracks; press the button three times to enter the
introduction play mode; press the button four times to enter the random play mode; press
the button five times to exit.
PROGRAMMED PLAY (CD/MP3 DISC/USB)
1. At stop mode, press the PROG/MEM/MODE button (5) once, the program’s icon shows
with a program sequence indication "P01" first, then a track number flickers on the LCD
with the program’s icon.
2. Select the first track to be programmed using the SKIP/SEARCH UP button (7) or the
SKIP/SEARCH DOWN button (6), and then press the PROG/MEM/MODE button again
to store and advance to the next programming step (If there are several folders on the
MP3 disc or USB, it is necessary to program folders first and then the tracks. The method
of the folders programming is the same as the tracks programming.).
3. Repeat the above steps to program more tracks. A maximum of 20 tracks for CD and 99
tracks for MP3 disc/USB can be programmed in memory in a preferred order. If the
memory is full, the screen will show “FUL” for indicating.
4. Press the PLAY/PAUSE/CH+ button (10) to begin programmed play in the preferred order
after you are done with programming. The player stops automatically after all
programmed tracks are played.
5. You may press the STOP/CH- button (11) to terminate programmed playback. In program
stop mode, press the PLAY/PAUSE/CH+ button to begin the programmed playback with
the programming order identical with the previous one done; press the STOP/CH- button
again to clear the programming.
AUX IN
1. Connect the Aux in jack on the unit to an audio source, for example, MP3 player with an
audio cable.
2. Power on the unit following the corresponding instructions.
3. Press the SOURCE button (15) repeatedly to switch to AUX mode.
4. Use the native controls on the connected audio device to begin playing music through the
connected unit.
STEREO PHONE JACK
A stereo phone jack has been provided on the back side of the player so that you can listen
without disturbing others. To use this jack, plug in the headphones/earphones (NOT
INCLUDED) and adjust the volume level to a preferred level.
NOTE: When external headphones/earphones are connected, the speakers will be muted.
CAUTION: Listening at high power for a long moment could damage users' ears.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
yThe apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled
with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
yWhen the AC/DC adapter is used as the disconnect device, the disconnect device shall
remain readily operable. To be completely disconnected the power input, the AC/DC
adapter shall be disconnected from the mains completely.
yNo naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.
yMinimum distances 2.0cm around the apparatus for sufficient ventilation. The ventilation
should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items, such as
newspapers, table-cloths, curtains, etc.
yThe use of apparatus is in tropical and/or moderate climates.
yAttention should be drawn to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.
yCAUTION: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the
same or equivalent type.
yBattery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
yThe marking plate is located at the bottom of the apparatus.
