WARNING! Read this manual carefully before using your appliance!
This manual forms an integral part of the general installation and operation instruction enclosed with your water
heater unit. All requirements of the general instructions for installing and connecting the unit to the water and
electricity mains are unconditionally valid. You must comply with the requirements set out in other sections of
the general instruction.
This manual contained in the packaging of your unit explains the special features and manner of installation and setting of
a thermostatic mixing valve system.
INSTALLATION
The elements of the thermal mixing system are shown in Figure 1: mixing valve (1а), tee G1/2’’ (1b), nipple G1/2’’ (1c),
flexible water connection (1d).
It is recommended to carry out installation of all assemblies from the packaging before mounting the water heater unit on
the wall of the premise.
The installation is carried out according to Figure 2 as follows:
1. The combined safety check valve (1), tee (2), and nipple (3) are successively installed to the inlet pipe of the unit.
2. The socket (3a) and the inlet marked with „VV” of the mixing valve (4) is installed to the outlet pipe of the unit.
3. The flexible water connection (5) is 300 mm long and is mounted to the free end of the tee (2) and the inlet of the
mixing valve (4) marked with „KV”.
If the plastic lid (6) of the appliance prevents the installation of the mixing valve, the lid may be removed by unscrewing the
set screws (7). After installation, the lid (6) should be mounted back in its place.
ATTENTION! It is recommended that you follow the manner of installation indicated in Figure 2b,c, as the flexible water
connection should not limit water that might have leaked from the combined safety check valve, and its sheathing
should not touch parts of the unit and other elements of the water supply installation and the wall.
WARNING! After installation and in the course of use, all water connections should be sealed with a suitable material
and be watertight.
SETTING
The mixing valve is factory set at maximum water temperature setting.
The water temperature at maximum setting of the mixing valve is lower than the temperature of water in the water heater to
prevent scalding with hot water and to help saving water and energy.
The user shall set water temperature by way of trial according to their individual preferences by turning the mixing valve
handle downwards (-) or upwards (+). Directions are marked in front of the handle and are shown in Fig. 1а.
The water temperature at a certain position of the mixing valve handle depends on various factors and is different in each
individual case.

Betrachten Sie diese Anleitung als Teil der allgemeinen Gebrauchs- und Montageanleitung Ihres
Wassererhitzers, die dem Gerät angelegt ist. Alle Anforderungen in der allgemeinen Montage- und
Anschlussanleitung des Wassererhitzers zu dem Wasserleitungs- und Stromnetz gelten unbeschränkt. Alle
Anforderungen in den anderen Teilen der allgemeinen Anleitung sind unbedingt zu beachten.
Diese Anleitung erklärt die Besonderheiten und die Art und Weise der Montage und der Einstellung einer
thermostatischen Mischarmatur, die zum Lieferumfang Ihres Warmwasserspeichers gehört
MONTAGE
Eine Übersicht der Teile des thermostatischen Mischsystems finden Sie auf Abb. 1: Mischventil (1а), T-Stück G1/2‘’ (1b),
Nippel G1/2‘’ (1c), flexibler Wasserschlauch (1d).
Wir empfehlen, das gesamte Zubehör, das zum Lieferumfang gehört, vor der Montage des Warmwasserspeichers an die
Wand des Raums einzubauen.
Die Montage erfolgt nach Abb. 2 in der beschriebenen Reihenfolge:
1. Das kombinierte Rückschlagventil (1), das T-Stück (2) und der Nippel (3) werden nacheinander an dem Zulaufrohr
des Warmwasserspeichers befestigt.
2. Das Mischventil (4) wird an das Ablaufrohr des Warmwasserspeichers, an dem mit „VV” bezeichneten Zulauf
befestigt.
3. Der flexible Wasserschlauch (5) ist 300 mm lang und wird an dem freien Ende des T-Stücks (2) und an dem mit „KV“
bezeichneten Eingang des Mischventils (4) befestigt.
Macht der Kunststoffdeckel (6) des Gerätes die Montage des Mischventils schwer, kann er durch Abschrauben der
Befestigungsschrauben (7) abgebaut werden. Nach erfolgter Montage soll der Deckel (6) wieder eingebaut werden.
ACHTUNG! Wir empfehlen, die Montagereihenfolge auf der Abb. 2b,c, zu befolgen; dabei soll der flexible
Wasserschlauch das von dem kombinierten Rückschlagventil tropfende Wasser nicht beschränken, und der
Schlauchmantel darf keine Geräteteile und keine anderen Teile der Wasserleitungsanlage und der Wand berühren.
WARNUNG! Nach Montage und während des Betriebs müssen sämtliche Wasserleitungen mit geeignetem Material
abgedichtet werden und wasserdicht sein.
EINSTELLUNG
Das Mischventil ist in höchster Einstellung der Wassertemperatur voreingestellt.
Die Wassertemperatur bei maximaler Einstellung des Mischventils ist niedriger als die Wassertemperatur des
Warmwasserspeichers, damit eine Verbrühung mit heißem Wasser vermieden und Energie gespart wird.
Der Benutzer stellt die Wassertemperatur versuchsweise ein, je nach seinem eigenen Wunsch, durch Drehen des
Drehknopfes des Mischventils in Richtung (-) oder (+). Die Richtungen sind oben auf dem Drehknopf markiert und auf Abb.
1a dargestellt.
Die Wassertemperatur bei bestimmter Lage des Drehknopfes des Mischventils hängt von verschiedenen Faktoren ab und
ist in jedem Einzelfall unterschiedlich.
