Checktheautomaticstopofthemachine
•Startthemachine.
•Checkifthemicroswitchesareworkingproperly:
Themachinemuststopifthedoorisopened.
Checkthedirectionofrotation(onlyonmachineswith3–phasepowersupply)
•Demountthelowerbackpanelofthemachine.
•Checkthatthedirectionofthefanwheeliscorrect.

5.1.1Overheatingthermostat
Description
Theinletoverheatingthermostatisplacedontheheatingmoduleonthebackofthemachine.
Theinletoverheatingthermostatopensintheeventofoverheatingandshutsoffthemachine.
Resetting
Disconnectthepowertothemachine.Gasheatedmachine:Shutoffthemanualgasvalve.
Demounttheupperrearpanel.
Presstheresetbutton(A)ontheoverheatingthermostat.
Note!
Resettingmustnotbedonebeforethecauseforoverheatingisveriedandresolved.

Demounttheupperrearpanel.

Remounttheupperrearpanel.

Description
Theheatingsensorisplacedontheheatingmoduleonthebackofthemachine.
TheheatingsensormeasuresthetemperatureintheinletairandthesignalisreturnedtotheCPU.
TheCPUturnstheheatingunitoffwhentheinletairthermistorindicatesthattherequired
temperaturehasbeenreached.
Replacementofheatingsensor(PT100)
Disconnectthepowertothemachine.Gasheatedmachine:Shutoffthemanualgasvalve.
Demounttheupperrearpanel.
Disconnecttheheatingsensorandremoveit.Connectthenewheatingsensorandputitinposition.
Makesurethesensorgetsallthewaydown.
ElandGasheatedmachine.
Steamheatedmachine.
Remounttheupperrearpanel.

Description
Theoutletoverheatingthermostatisplacednexttothefanmotoronthebackofthemachine.
Theoutletoverheatingthermostatensuresthatthemachinedoesnotoverheatduringprogram
operation.
Theoutletoverheatingthermostatopensautomaticallyandhastoberesetmanually.
Resetting
Disconnectthepowertothemachine.
Demountthelowerrearpanel.
Presstheresetbutton(A)ontheoverheatingthermostat.

TheheatingsensormeasuresthetemperatureintheoutletairandthesignalisreturnedtothePCB.
ThePCBturnstheheatingunitoffwhentheoutletairthermistorindicatesthattherequired
temperaturehasbeenreached.
Replacementofheatingsensor(NTC-sensor)
Disconnectthepowertothemachine.
Demountthelowerrearpanel.
Disconnecttheheatingsensorandremoveit.Connectthenewheatingsensorandputitinposition.
Makesurethesensorgetsallthewayin.

Function
Thevacuumswitchisplacednexttotheheatingmoduleonthebackofthemachine.
Thevacuumswitchensuresthenecessaryairowinthemachine.
Replacementofvacuumswitch
Disconnectthepowertothemachine.Gasheatedmachine:Shutoffthemanualgasvalve.
Demounttheupperrearpanel.
Disconnectthewirestothevacuumswitch.Disconnectthevacuumhose.Notethepositionofthe
wires.
Removethescrews(A)anddisconnectthevacuumswitch.
Connectthenewvacuumswitch.Connectthevacuumhoseandthewires.Makesurethattheart.
No.onthenewvacuumswitchisthesameastheoldone.

Thedoorswitch(A)ensuresthatthemachinestopsautomaticallyifthedoorisopenedduring
operation.
Ifthemachinedoesnotstopwhenthedoorisopenedorifthedoorisclosedandtheerrorcode
DOORISOPENisdisplayed(andthemachineisunabletostart),forexample,thedoorswitch
needstobereplaced.
