GETTING STARTED
1. Beforeusingtheapplianceforthersttime,cleanthepartsofthericecookerthoroughly.Makesureall
the parts are completely dry before you start using the appliance.
2. Topreventthedamageofthenon-stickcoatingintheinnerpot,useaseparatecontainertowashthe
rice.
3. Measurethericeusingthemeasuringcupprovided.Donotexceedthequantitiesindicatedonthe
inside of the inner pot.
4. Place the washed rice into the inner pot.
5. Addwatertothelevelindicatedonthescaleinsidetheinnerpotthatcorrespondstothenumberof
cups of rice used.
6. Drytheoutsideoftheinnerpot.
7. Place the inner pot in the rice cooker.
8. Close the lid of the rice cooker until a ‘click’ sound is heard.
9. Plug in the power cord into the rice cooker and to the wall socket and switch on the mains.
QUICK COOK FUNCTION
This function works best for 2 to 3 cups of raw rice.
1. Addthepre-washedriceandappropriateamountofwaterintotheinnerpot.
2. Press [MENU] till QUICK function is selected.
3. Press [COOK] to start the cooking cycle.
4. With10minutesofcookingtimetogo,theLEDpanelwilldisplaycountdowntimerandswitchesto
keep warm mode when cooking cycle is completed.
JASMINE RICE, BROWN RICE, JAPANESE RICE FUNCTION
1. Addthepre-washedriceandappropriateamountofwaterintotheinnerpot.
2. Press[MENU]tilldesiredfunctionisselected,respectively.
3. Press [COOK] to start the cooking cycle.
4. With10minutesofcookingtimetogo,theLEDpanelwilldisplaycountdowntimerandswitchesto
keep warm mode when cooking cycle is completed.
STEAM FUNCTION
1. Addappropriateamountofwaterintotheinnerpot.Theamountofwatervariesaccordingtothe
quantityoffoodtobesteamed.Ensurethatthewaterleveldoesnotexceedtheheightofthesteam
tray. Insert the steam tray into the inner pot and place the food on a plate or on the steam tray.
2. Press[MENU]tillSTEAMfunctionisselected.
3. Press [COOK] to start the steaming cycle.
4. The timing for steam function is ONE hour.
5. With10minutesofcookingtimetogo,theLEDpanelwilldisplaycountdowntimerandswitchesto
keep warm mode when cooking cycle is completed.
PORRIDGE FUNCTION
1. Addthepre-washedrice,ingredientsandappropriateamountofwaterintotheinnerpot.
2. Press[MENU]tillPORRIDGEfunctionisselected.
3. Press [COOK] to start the cooking cycle.
4. The timing for porridge function is TWO hours.
5. With10minutesofcookingtimetogo,theLEDpanelwilldisplaycountdowntimerandswitchesto
keep warm mode when cooking cycle is completed.
SOUP FUNCTION
1. Addtheingredientsandappropriateamountofwaterintotheinnerpot.
2. Press [MENU] till SOUP function is selected.
3. Press [COOK] to start the cooking cycle.
4. The timing for soup function is THREE hours.
5. With10minutesofcookingtimetogo,theLEDpanelwilldisplaycountdowntimerandswitchesto
keep warm mode when cooking cycle is completed.

SLOW COOK FUNCTION
1. Addtheingredientsandappropriateamountofwaterintotheinnerpot.
2. Press [MENU] till SLOW COOK function is selected.
3. Press [COOK] to start the cooking cycle.
4. The timing for soup function is EIGHT hours.
5. With10minutesofcookingtimetogo,theLEDpanelwilldisplaycountdowntimerandswitchesto
keep warm mode when cooking cycle is completed.
REHEAT FUNCTION
The reheat function is for chilled overnight cooked food.
1. Pour the chilled overnight cooked food into the inner pot.
2. Press[MENU]tillREHEATfunctionisselected.
3. Press [COOK] to start the Reheat cycle.
4. With10minutesofcookingtimetogo,theLEDpanelwilldisplaycountdowntimerandswitchesto
keep warm mode when cooking cycle is completed.
Note: Forbestresultwhenreheatingcookedrice,useSTEAMfunction.

CAKE FUNCTION
1. Addthecakepre-mixbatterintotheinnerpot.
2. Press[MENU]tillCAKEfunctionisselected.
3. Press [COOK] to start the baking cycle.
4. With10minutesofcookingtimetogo,theLEDpanelwilldisplaycountdowntimer.
5. Remove the cake from the inner pot and allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before serve.
KEEP WARM FUNCTION
Whenanymodeofcooking(exceptforcake)iscompleted,thecookerautomaticallyswitchestokeep
warmmode.[OFF/KEEPWARM]willlightupwhenthecookerisinkeepwarmmode.
TheLEDpanelthenshowsinonehourincrementsthetimingofhowlongthecookerhasbeeninkeep
warm mode.
After24hoursinkeepwarmmode,thecookerswitchesoandgoestoStandbyMode.
Note: KeepwarmfunctionisnotavailableforCAKEfunction.
OFF FUNCTION
1. Toswitchothericecookerwhenitisinkeep-warmmode,press[OFF/KEEPWARM]once.
2. Switch off the main switch and remove the main plug from the wall socket.
DELAY TIMER FUNCTION
The rice cooker has a timer function that allows you to delay the cooking of rice that you have prepared.
Note: Thetimesetisthedelaytimeforthefoodtobeready.Example:ifthetimerissetto5hours,itmeans
it will take 5 hours for the food to be ready.
1. Press [MENU] to select the desired cooking function.
2. Press [TIMER] to activate the delay timer.
3. Press[TIMER]continuouslytothedesireddelaytiming.TheLEDpanelwillshowincrementof1H,upto
12H.
4. Oncethetimerisset,press[COOK]tostartthetimer.
5. TheLEDpanelwillshowhourlycountdown.
6. With10minutesofcookingtimetogo,theLEDpanelwilldisplaycountdowntimerandswitchesto
keep warm mode when cooking cycle is completed.
Note:Delaytimerfunctionisnotavailableforthefollowing:REHEAT,SLOWCOOK,CAKE,JAPANESE.

CLEANING AND CARE
1. Unplug the rice cooker before you start cleaning it. Wait until the rice cooker has cooled down suf-
ficiently before cleaning.
2. Remove the steam tray and the inner pot from the body of the appliance.
3. Cleantheinnerpot,steamtray,ricepaddleandsteamvalvewithaspongeoraclothinwarmwater
withsomewashingliquid.
4. Toprotectthenon-stickcoatingoftheinnerpot,donotusetheinnerpotforwashingdishesorput
vinegar in the pot.
Donotuseabrasivecleaningagents,scouringpadormetalutensilstocleantheinnerpotasthesewill
damage the non-stick coating.
5. Cleaningthewaterholder:Detachthewaterholderfromthericecooker.Aftercleaning,attachedthe
water holder back to the rice cooker.
6. Cleaningthesteamvalve:Detachthesteamvalvefromthericecooker.Twistandturntounlockthe
steamvalve.Aftercleaning,lockthesteamvalveandattachitbacktothericecooker.

MEMULAI
1. Sebelummenggunakanperangkatiniuntukpertamakalinya,bersihkandulubagian-bagianpenanak
nasisecaramenyeluruh.Pastikanbahwasemuakomponentelahbenar-benarkeringsebelumAnda
mulai menggunakan perangkat.
2. Untukmencegahkerusakanlapisananti-lengketpancipemasak,gunakanwadahterpisahuntuk
mencuci beras.
3. Takarberasmenggunakancangkirukuryangdisediakan.Janganmelebihijumlahyangditunjukkan
dalam panci pemasak.
4. Masukkan beras yang sudah dicuci ke dalam panci pemasak.
5. Tambahkan air sampai ke tingkat yang ditunjukkan di dalam panci pemasak sesuai dengan jumlah
cangkir beras yang dimasak.
6. Keringkan bagian luar panci pemasak.
7. Masukkan panci pemasak ke dalam penanak nasi.
8. Tutupkan tutup penanak nasi sampai suara ‘klik’ terdengar.
9. Tancapkankabeldayakepenanaknasidankestopkontakdinding,laluhidupkanlistrik.
FUNGSI QUICK COOK (MEMASAK CEPAT)
Fungsi ini bekerja paling baik untuk 2 sampai 3 cangkir beras.
1. Masukkan beras yang sudah dicuci dan sejumlah air yang sesuai ke dalam panci pemasak.
2. Tekan [MENU] sampai fungsi QUICK terpilih.
3. Tekan [COOK] untuk memulai siklus pemasakan.
4. Ketikawaktumemasaktersisa10menit,panelLEDakanmenampilkanpenghitungwaktumundurdan
berpindahkemodekeepwarm(menghangatkan)setelahsikluspemasakanselesai.
FUNGSI JASMINE RICE (NASI MELATI), BROWN RICE (NASI BERAS-
MERAH), NASI BERAS JEPANG
1. Masukkan beras yang sudah dicuci dan sejumlah air yang sesuai ke dalam panci pemasak.
2. Tekan [MENU] sampai masing-masing fungsi yang diinginkan terpilih.
3. Tekan [COOK] untuk memulai siklus pemasakan.
4. Ketikawaktumemasaktersisa10menit,panelLEDakanmenampilkanpenghitungwaktumundurdan
berpindahkemodekeepwarm(menghangatkan)setelahsikluspemasakanselesai.
FUNGSI STEAM (UAP)
1. Tambahkansejumlahairyangsesuaikedalampancipemasak.Jumlahairberbeda-bedasesuaiden
gan jumlah makanan yang akan dikukus. Pastikan bahwa tingkat air tidak melebihi tinggi baki uap.
Masukkan baki uap ke dalam panci pemasak dan tempatkan makanan di atas piring atau pada baki
uap.
2. Tekan[MENU]sampaifungsiSTEAMterpilih.
3. Tekan [COOK] untuk memulai siklus pengukusan.
4. Waktu untuk fungsi pengukusan adalah SATU jam.
5. Ketikawaktumemasaktersisa10menit,panelLEDakanmenampilkanpenghitungwaktumundurdan
berpindahkemodekeepwarm(menghangatkan)setelahsikluspemasakanselesai.
FUNGSI PORRIDGE (BUBUR)
1. Masukkanberasyangsudahdicuci,bahan,dansejumlahairyangsesuaikedalampancipemasak.
2. Tekan[MENU]sampaifungsiPORRIDGEterpilih.
3. Tekan [COOK] untuk memulai siklus pemasakan.
4. Waktu untuk fungsi bubur adalah DUA jam.
5. Ketikawaktumemasaktersisa10menit,panelLEDakanmenampilkanpenghitungwaktumundurdan
berpindahkemodekeepwarm(menghangatkan)setelahsikluspemasakanselesai.
FUNGSI SOUP (SUP)
1. Masukkan bahan-bahan dan sejumlah air yang sesuai ke dalam panci pemasak.
2. Tekan [MENU] sampai fungsi SOUP terpilih.
3. Tekan [COOK] untuk memulai siklus pemasakan.
4. Waktu untuk fungsi sup adalah TIGA jam.

1. Masukkan bahan-bahan dan sejumlah air yang sesuai ke dalam panci pemasak.
2. Tekan [MENU] sampai fungsi SLOW COOK terpilih.
3. Tekan [COOK] untuk memulai siklus pemasakan.
4. Waktu untuk fungsi sup adalah DELAPAN jam.

FUNGSI REHEAT (MEMANASKAN KEMBALI)
Fungsi reheat adalah untuk makanan yang dimasak pada hari sebelumnya dan sudah didinginkan.
1. Tuangkan makanan yang dimasak pada hari sebelumnya dan sudah didinginkan ke dalam panci
pemasak.
2. Tekan[MENU]sampaifungsiREHEATterpilih.
3. Tekan [COOK] untuk memulai siklus Reheat.
4. Ketikawaktumemasaktersisa10menit,panelLEDakanmenampilkanpenghitungwaktumundurdan
berpindahkemodekeepwarm(menghangatkan)setelahsikluspemasakanselesai.
CATATAN: Untukhasilterbaikketikamemanaskankembalinasi,gunakanfungsiSTEAM.

FUNGSI KEEP WARM (MENGHANGATKAN)

PEMBERSIHAN DAN PERAWATAN
1. CabutstekerpenanaknasisebelumAndamulaimembersihkannya.Tunggupenanaknasisampai
menjadi cukup dingin sebelum membersihkannya.
2. Keluarkan baki uap dan panci pemasak dari dalam perangkat ini.
3. Bersihkanpancipemasak,bakiuap,sendoknasi,dankatupuapdenganbusaataukainyangtelah
dicelupkan ke dalam air hangat yang telah diberi cairan pencuci.
4. Untukmelindungilapisananti-lengketpancipemasak,jangangunakanpancipemasakuntukmencuci
beras atau memasukkan cuka ke dalam panci ini.
Jangangunakanbahanpembersihabrasif,atauserabutpenggosok,atauperkakaslogamuntukmem-
bersihkan panci pemasak karena benda-benda ini akan merusak lapisan anti-lengketnya.
