Netzkabel/Netzteil
Zur Reduzierung der Gefahr von Brand, elektrischem Schlag und Beschädigung:
Gewährleisten Sie, dass die Spannung der Stromversorgung dem auf diesem Gerät angegebenen Wert
entspricht.
Stecken Sie den Netzstecker vollständig in die Steckdose ein.
Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel, knicken Sie es nicht und stellen Sie keine schweren Gegenstände darauf.
Fassen Sie den Stecker nicht mit nassen Händen an.
Fassen Sie den Stecker beim Herausziehen an seinem Korpus an.
Verwenden Sie keinen beschädigten Netzstecker oder eine beschädigte Steckdose.
Installieren Sie dieses Gerät so, dass das Netzkabel sofort aus der Steckdose gezogen werden kann, wenn
Störungen auftreten.
Kleine Objekte/Verpackungsteile (Plastikbeutel, Karton, etc.)

Aufstellung
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine trockene, ebene, wasserfeste und hitzebeständige Oberfläche.
Suchen Sie einen Aufstellort, an dem Kinder nicht an die heißen Oberflächen des Gerätes gelangen können.
Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, um im Notfall das Gerät schnell vom Stromkreis trennen zu können.
Installieren oder positionieren Sie dieses Gerät nicht in einem Bücherregal, Einbauschrank oder einem
sonstigen engen Raum. Stellen Sie eine gute Belüftung des Gerätes sicher.
Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf Verstärker oder andere Geräte, die heiß werden können. Diese Hitze könnte das
Gerät beschädigen.
Setzen Sie dieses Gerät keinem direkten Sonnenlicht, hohen Temperaturen, starker Feuchtigkeit und

Netzadapter
Der Netzadapter kann mit Wechselstrom von 220 - 240 V betrieben werden.
Verwenden Sie aber einen geeigneten Steckeradapter, wenn der Stecker nicht in die Netzsteckdose passt.

Es ist ausschließlich für diesen Zweck bestimmt und darf nur zu diesem Zweck verwendet werden. Es darf nur in der Art
und Weise benutzt werden, wie es in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben ist.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen (einschließlich Kinder) mit eingeschränkten physischen,
sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden, es sei
denn,sie werden durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie
das Gerät zu benutzen ist. Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
Transport des Gerätes
Bitte bewahren Sie die Originalverpackung auf. Um einen ausreichender Schutz beim Transport des Gerätes zu
erreichen, verpacken Sie das Gerät in der Originalverpackung.
Reinigung der äußeren Oberfläche
Verwenden Sie keine flüchtigen Flüssigkeiten, wie Insektensprays. Durch zu starken Druck beim Abwischen können die
Oberflächen beschädigt werden. Gummi- oder Plastikteile sollten nicht über einen längeren Zeitraum mit dem Gerät in
Kontakt sein.
Nehmen Sie für die Reinigung die Zuckerschale ab.
Reparaturen
Reparaturen am Gerät sollten nur von einer autorisierten Fachwerkstatt durchgeführt werden.
Ein Umbauen oder Verändern des Produktes beeinträchtigt die Produktsicherheit. Achtung
Verletzungsgefahr!
Öffnen Sie das Produkt niemals eigenmächtig und führen Sie Reparaturen nie selber aus!
Falscher Zusammenbau führt möglicherweise zu Fehlfunktionen oder dem Totalausfall.
Öffnen Sie in keinem Fall das Gerät.

Gerätenutzung
Benutzen Sie diese Maschine mit regulärem Kristallzucker. Sie können zusätzlich Aromen und Farben
hinzufügen.
1. Verbinden Sie das Gerät mit dem Stromnetz und schalten Sie es ein.
2. Lassen Sie das Gerät 3 bis 5 Minuten unbefüllt arbeiten.
3. Schalten Sie das Gerät kurz ab und geben Sie Zucker zu.
4. Geben Sie –wie in der Abbildung –Zucker hinzu.

5. Die Maschine wird nun Zuckerfäden spinnen, die regelmäßig abzutragen sind. Führen Sie dafür
kreisende Bewegungen aus.
6. Schalten Sie das Gerät ab.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
INTRODUCTION
You can use a regular granulated sugar or a variety of flavored sugars with your COTTON CANDY MAKER
HERE’S A TIP - You can use regular household granulated sugar in your COTTON CANDY MAKER. To add
a little flavor and color, mix a pinch of your favorite presweetened Kool-Aid® to the sugar. Imagine the variety
of flavors you can make and the fun you’ll have!

USING YOUR COTTON CANDY MAKER
Your COTTON CANDY MAKER is already fully assembled. Follow the cleaning instructions on page 3.

Remove the bowl from the base unit. Wash the bowl in warm water, rinse and dry thoroughly. After cleaning
and thoroughly drying the bowl, return to base unit with the plastic tabs on the bowl. The tabs on the bowl will
fit under the plastic tabs as you turn the bowl counterclockwise to LOCK. Make sure it is secured and locked
into position. To remove, turn clockwise to UNLOCK. (Figure D). Do not wash or immerse the base unit in
water or liquids.

Return the extractor head assembly, making sure that the grooves are properly aligned to fit over the pegs
on the stem (Figure B&C)
Now you are ready to enjoy tasty, fluffy cotton candy from your COTTON CANDY MAKER
1. First, find a stable surface near an electrical outlet before starting. (Make sure the cord is away from any
water source. If needed, it is acceptable to use an extension cord. )
2. Plug in unit at the OFF position.
3. Turn unit to ON position and allow to run for at least 3-5 minutes. This will allow it to warm up.
4. Then stop the extractor head and to put the sugar.
Measure level tablespoon of sugar with measuring spoon. Pour sugar into center receptacle (Figure F).
Switch to ON position.
5. Your COTTON CANDY MAKER will spin the sugar into a flossy sweet treat that you collect on the paper
cone by spinning the cone as it circles the bowl…just like at the carnival!
6. When you can visually see the cotton candy ‘web’ begin, collect the cotton candy on the cone by holding
the cone vertically. Rotate the cone with your fingers while you circle the bowl, once cotton candy has
collected on the cone the cone then hold the cone in a horizontal position over the extractor head still
rotating the cone with your fingers. Continue turning the cone with your fingers while the cone is in the
horizontal position and move form side to side making sure you are collecting all the cotton
candy.(Figure G)
7. Turn the unit OFF when all the sugar has been dispensed. Once the extractor head has come to a
complete stop, you can pour another measure of sugar in the extractor head and begin. The cotton
candy should be flowing more quickly as the unit should be sufficiently warmed up.
IMPORTANT NOTES
For optimum results-Be sure to turn unit ON and allow it to run for at least 3-5 minutes before starting. This
allows the unit to properly warm up before beginning to actually spin the cotton candy. Only add sugar to the
extractor head when it has come to complete shop. Never use ingredients other than pure granulated sugar.
This will cause clogging. DO NOT overfill the sugar receptacle.
Allow 5 minutes to cool the machine after you finish a cotton candy.

CLEANING
A. Make sure unit is unplugged and had time to cool down before cleaning.
B. After cooling. Remove the extractor head assembly by pulling straight up. UNLOCK bowl by turning
clockwise and remove. (Figure B&C&D) Wash both in warm water. Rinse and dry.
C. Use a slightly damp, non-abrasive sponge or non-abrasive towel to wipe clean the outside of the unit,
wipe with a non-abrasive towel to dry.
D. The COTTON CANDY MAKER breaks down to-cart body, bowl, and extractor head assembly for easy
cleaning.(Figure E)
