•The unit is ready for use when steam comes out of the plate (4).
•Make a slight incision in the wallpaper to be removed, acting in accordance with the conditions of the
wall and the paper (more or less old paper, multiple layers etc.)
•Bring the plate on the wallpaper and let the steam act for 10 to 20 seconds.
•Place the plate on the following section of wallpaper while taking away the treated paper. Repeat this
operation several times if necessary.
•Avoid the water in the container to evaporate completely. If water is missing, an automatic mechanism
interrupts the power supply and restores it after filling. Fill up the device approximately every 45
minutes using water only (without any additives). To avoid burning yourself, always let the device cool
down for at least 2 minutes before taking away the plug.
ATTENTION: In case of bad working, disconnect the device from the mains and check:
1. quantity of water in the container
2. clogged steam output or crimped hose (3)
3. power supply cable (5)
A safety valve (7) allows the steam to escape when e.g. the hose is bent.
