Before using this monitor, please follow all warnings, precautions, and maintenance. Read the
user manual thoroughly to help protect against property damage and to ensure your personal
safety and the safety of others.
•Be sure to observe the following instructions.
•For installation or adjustment, please follow the instructions in this manual and refer
all servicing to qualified service personnel.
Usage Notice
WARNING
To prevent the risk of fire or shock hazards, and do not expose the product to moisture.
WARNING
Please do not open or disassemble the product as this may cause electric shock.
WARNING
Power cord shall be connected to a socket-outlet with earthing connection.
WARNING
The cable cover cannot be removed under normal use conditions.
WARNING
Stability Hazard - The touch monitor may fall, causing serious personal
injury or death. To prevent injury, this touch monitor must be securely
attached to the wall in accordance with the installation instructions.
Precautions
Please follow all warnings, precautions and maintenance as recommended in this user’s manual to
maximize
the life of your unit.
Do
:
•Turn off the product before cleaning.
•Use a soft cloth moistened with mild detergent to clean the product housing.
•Use only the qualified power adapter that comes with your device.
•Disconnect the power plug from AC outlet if the product is not going to be used
for an extended period of time.

Don’t
:
•Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents for your cleaning.
•Do not operate the product under the following conditions:
◦Extremely hot, cold, or humid environment.
◦Areas susceptible to excessive dust and dirt.
◦Near any appliance generating a strong magnetic field.

Warnings
•If smoke or a peculiar smell comes from the monitor, remove the power plug
from the outlet immediately.
•If water is spilled or objects are dropped inside the monitor, remove the power plug
from the outlet immediately.
•If the monitor is dropped or the cabinet is damaged, remove the power plug
from the outlet immediately.
•To turn off the power of the monitor, press “Power” at the right rear side of the monitor.
•If the power cord or plug is damaged or becomes hot, turn off the power of the monitor,
make sure the power plug has cooled down and remove the power plug from the
outlet.
◦If the monitor is still used in this condition, it may cause fire or electrical shock.
Contact our service partner for replacement.
Installation
CAUTION
Read the following precautions carefully before installing your new IEM-10 monitor
for personal safety and for the prevention of property damage.
•Do not install in a high-temperature or high-humidity environment and should not exceed:
◦Operating temperature: 0˚C to 40˚C (0˚F to 104˚F)
◦Storage temperature: -20˚C to 60˚C (-4˚F to 140˚F)
◦Operating Humidity%: 20% ~ 80% RH, non-condensing
◦Non-operating Humidity%: 10% ~ 90% RH (38.7℃maximum wet bulb temperature)
•Do not install near any high heat sources.
•Do not overload outlets or cables beyond electrical capacity.
•Do not insert the power plug into an outlet other than 100~240V AC.
◦Do not use a damaged power plug or worn outlet.
◦Do not insert an improper power plug it may cause fire or electric shock.

NOTE: Recommended to use power supply/cable that comes with Element product.
•Do not place the monitor on an unstable shelf or surface.
•Do not place objects on the monitor.
•If the monitor is covered or the vents are blocked, the monitor could overheat and cause a fire.
•If metal or liquid gets into the monitor, it may cause fire or electrical shock.
•Please keep a 10 cm minimum distance between the monitor and the wall for enough
ventilation.
•Do not move the monitor when it is connected to the power cord and AV cables.
◦When moving the monitor, make sure to remove the power plug and cables from
the outlet or source.
◦When unpacking or carrying the monitor, make sure the monitor is carried
upright.
◦Transport the monitor upright. Avoid placing the monitor face up or down.
◦Handle the monitor gently. Do not drop

Use
•If you encounter a problem during installation, please contact your distributor or Element
directly.
•Protect and correctly use the power cord/plug.
•Use only the qualified power adapter that comes with your device.
•Do not pinch the power cord/plug between hard surfaces.
•Do not step on the power cord/plug.
•Before inserting the power plug into the wall outlet, connect the power cord to the monitor.
•Do not operate the monitor with a damaged power cord or it may damage the monitor.
•Using extension cords (not recommended)
◦If an extension cord must be used, ensure the voltage rating exceeds the max
power consumption of the monitor. If the voltage rating is less than the monitor, it
will cause the extension cord to overheat.
•If there is thunder or lightning, do not touch the monitor or the power plug.
•Do not use any kind of liquid on the monitor.
•If liquid is spilled on the monitor, remove the power, and ask qualified service
personnel to check the monitor.
•If the liquid gets on the monitor’s screen, please clean it with a dry and soft cloth immediately.
•Do not use any harsh chemical on the monitor.
•If metal or liquid gets into the monitor, it may cause a fire or an electrical shock.
•If the monitor will not be used for a long period of time, unplug the monitor.
•Do not press on the LCD panel.
•Do not push or shake the monitor.
◦If the glass of the monitor panel is broken, liquid may escape. Please do not touch the
liquid.
◦If liquid get into your eyes or touches your skin, wash with the clean water and
seek medical attention immediately.

Cleaning
•If dust has collected on the power plug, removed the plug from the outlet and clean off the
dust.
•Take off the power plug before cleaning.
•Cleaning the surface of the monitor by wiping it gently with a soft, clean cloth.
◦If the surface requires additional cleaning, lightly moisten the cloth.
◦Do not clean the monitor with abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents, as this
could damage the monitor.

Package Contents
Unpacking
•Before unpacking your monitor, prepare a stable, level, and clean surface near a wall outlet.
•Set the monitor box in an upright position and open from the top of the box before
removing the top cushions.
◦Step 1: Remove the package and cut the banding
◦Step 2: Remove the top cushion and the accessory box.
•Suggest keeping the box and packaging in storage for use in the future if need to
transport the monitor. The cushions are ideal for protecting the monitor during
transportation.

This product is intended to be supplied by a UL Listed Power Adapter, rated 12Vdc, 1.5A
minimum (complied with LPS or PS2), Tma = 40 degree C minimum, and the altitude of
operation = 3048m minimum. If it needs further assistance with purchasing the power source,

Making Connections
This section will guide you on how to connect the monitor with different devices.
Connecting the Power
1. Connect the power cord to the DC IN at the rear of the monitor.
2. Connect the power cord plug to a power outlet.
Connecting an Audio cable
1. Connect the audio cable to the Audio In port at the rear of the monitor.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the audio port on the computer or device.

Connecting a Display Port cable
1. Connect the DisplayPort cable to the DP port at the rear of the monitor.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the DisplayPort on the computer or device.
Connecting a HDMI cable
1. Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI port at the rear of the monitor.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the HDMI port on the computer or device.

Connecting a VGA cable
1. Connect the VGA cable to the VGA port at the rear of the monitor.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to the VGA port on the computer or device.
Connecting a Type-C
cable
1. Connect the one end of USB Type-C to the USB-C port at the rear of the monitor.
2. Connect the other end of USB Type-A to the USB port on the computer or device.

Mounting
On Wall mount
The M10T Touch Monitor has a VESA standard mount with 75mm pattern located at the rear of
the monitor, allowing the installation of a wall mount bracket for horizontal (output connectors
facing down) and vertical (output connectors facing right) orientations. Before starting the
installation, please follow the instructions carefully.
Precautions
•Ensure that the wall material and the standard wall mount bracket (purchased
separately) are stable enough to support the weight of the monitor (refer to the
NOTE below for weight information).
•To maintain proper ventilation and heat dissipation, keep at least 60mm of clear
space from the mounted displays to the wall.
1. Turn off the monitor and disconnect all cables.
2. Place the monitor on a flat, stable surface with the screen facing down.
3. Attach the mounting bracket to the VESA mounting holes at the rear of the monitor.
Then secure it with four screws (M4 x 5 mm).
4. Make sure that all screws are tightened and secured properly.
WARNING
Please select the Element original screws!
The distance between the back cover surface and the bottom of the screw
hole is 5 mm. Please use four M4 screws diameter with 5mm proper length
to mount your monitor.
NOTE: The mounting stand must be able to support at least 7.67 lbs. (3.48 Kg).

Operating the Monitor
Setting up the Monitor
1. Plug one end of the power cord into the DC Jack port at the rear of the monitor.
2. Plug the other end of the power cord into a power outlet.
3. The monitor will power on automatically when plugged into power source.
4. Plug in the signal source cables.
5. Plug in the USB cable C-A (touch function) and connect to the signal source device.
6. Turn on the power of the signal source device(s) to begin sending a signal to the monitor.
Adjusting Input Source
Selecting the input source
Press the MENU and ▼at the same time on the keypad, then use the arrow keys
(▲▼) to navigate to the desired input source, and press MENU to exit.
NOTE: If there is no signal input for a period, a “No signal” message will appear and
go into standby mode automatically.

Using the Remote Keypad
The M10T Touch Monitor provides a remote keypad in the right-rear side of the display. See the following
table for the functions:
Turning the Monitor Off
1. Press the power key, a dialogue box will pop up and ask, “Do you want to turn off?”
2. By pressing the power key again, a confirmation message shows then click the power
key, the monitor will be off.
NOTE: If there is no signal input for a period, the monitor will automatically go into
standby mode.
Locking the Remote Keypad
Prevents all the monitor settings from being accidentally changed.
NOTE: The monitor must be turned ON with a valid signal pre-set.
