CLEANING AND CARE
• Unplugtheappliancebeforecleaning.
• Washthebladeinwarm,soapywater,
withouttheuseofabrasivecleaneror
detergents.
Note:Takecarewhencleaningtheblade,as
itisverysharp.
• Alternatively,forquickcleaningin-
betweenprocessingtasks,llacupor
containerhalf-fullofwater,insertthe
handblenderintoit,andoperateitfor
afewseconds.Disposeofthedirty
waterandallowtheappliancetodry
thoroughlybeforethenextuse.
CAUTION!DONOTleavetheblender
immersedinthewaterwhilepluggedinand
notinoperation,asthismayresultinan
electricshock.ONLYplacetheblenderin
waterforaslongasnecessarytocleanitas
describedabove.
• Wipethemotorunitwithadampcloth.
Neverimmerseitinwaterforcleaningas
anelectricshockmayoccur.
• Makesurethattheapplianceiscleaned
aftereveryuse.

Storage
1. Unplug power cord from the power outlet
and clean as above.
2. Allow the appliance to dry fully.
3. If you have a hook, hang it up right to save
space.

OF THE APPLIANCE IN WATER SUCH AS
MOTOR UNITS OR PLUGS.
