WALL MOUNTED HEATER PTC-22
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please carefully read this instruction manual prior to use.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Thank you for buying our product. Please read this instruction carefully before operating the heater. Keep
this operating instruction for future reference.
1. The heater should be hung on the wall and make the wind outlet down or be placed on flat appliance.
You must not place it precipitantly or tipsily.
2. Please do not use the heater in the place where full of combustible or explosive gas. Don’t cover the
wind outlet.
3. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a
similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
4. The heater must not be located immediately below an electrical socket. The electrical socket must be
equipped with earth wire, its capacity should be 250V~10A or exceed 250V~10A. The socket and the
power plug should be in good connecting condition.
5. If nobody is in using or you are repairing the heater, please pull off the plug.
6. Please don’t touch the heater by the wet hand or other conductor.
7. If motor is not working properly, please stop it immediately.
8. During using the heater, please do not open the door or window continually otherwise it will influence
the heating effect.
9. If want to shut off the heater, press the on/off switch to off, then the heater will keep the fan working 30
seconds until it blowing out cool wind, then the heater will stop working, and you may pull off the plug.
11. Timer sets the heater working time.
12. Remote control, please use 2 batteries.
13. The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
14. The battery is to be disposed of safely.
15. The heater must be installed at least 2 m above the floor.
16. If the heater needs repair, please ask for special person or our company authorized maintenance
department.
17. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
18. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
19. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it
has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the
appliance or perform user maintenance.
20. CAUTION —some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has
to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
Any damage or wrong of this appliance, pls contact our service agent or manufacturer or
some authorized service person for maintenance. Never open or repair it by yourself.

INSTALLATION OF THE APPLIANCE
Get two holes on the wall 2 meters above the floor and near the corner more 20 mm, be sure to make the
diameter just as same as the expanding pipe. Fix two screws on the expanding pipe, keep the tips of the
screws out for 10mm, and hang up the machine after the screws are fixed enough.
Drill two holes in wall and have a distance of at least 1.8m from the ground. The diameter of the hole just
contained the inflated plastic pipe. After tucked the inflated plastic pipe, fixed pothook on the pipe with
screw. Make sure pothook fastness and hang the heater. The clip under the pothook should be inserted
rabbet of the heater bottom.
WARNING: After installation, power supply cord shall be well arranged so that the supply cord must
bypass the air inlet, air outlet and its immediate surround.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. The heater was made of high quality plastic shell, firmness and durable. PTC ceramic heater elements, high
efficiency heating, noiseless, odor-free, no pollution, no flame and no need oxygen.
2. Plug into any 220-240V, 50Hz, AC source. The heater is standby, LED will display room temperature; then
please use remote control or button on control panel to set power and time.

CONTROL PANEL
BUTTON DESCRIPTION
NOTE: It is normal when heaters are turned on for the first time or when they are turned on after having
not been used for a long period, to emit some smell and fumes. This will disappear when the heater has
been on a short while.
1. Carefully remove the heater from the plastic bag and the carton.
2. Wall mounting the heater or place the heater on a firm level surface . Setting the master button to “off”.
Plug the cord set intoa 220-240v~AC electrical outlet.
3. Turn on the heater by press the“on/off”button on control panel, will be the natural wind out from the
heater.,the sign lights up
4. Press “MODE”will set the heater into low heat mode(1000W),the sign lights up ,2nd press will
into 2000W heating ,the sign lights up,3rd Press will be cool fan fuction,4th press will be1000W...
5. Press the “TIMER” button to set the timer as follows: 1H, 2H, 3H.....12H.
After finished timer setting, LED will display room temperature
REMOTE CONTROL DESCRIPTION
1: On/Off button
2: Fan button
3: Button for selecting the heat setting; presse one time is 1000w, presee two times is 2000W
4: Timer Button
5: Press the button to set the temperature up
6: Press the button to set the temperature down.

OTHER FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION
When the thermal protection device next to PTC shuts off the appliance, all functions stop working.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning always remove the plug from the electrical socket.
CLEAN THE AIR INLET / OUTLET GRILLES FREQUENTLY
Never use abrasive powders or solvents.
WARNINGS
-Do not use the heater to dry your laundry, Never obstruct the intake and outlet grilles (danger of
overheating).
-The heater must be positioned at least 50 cm from furniture or other objects.
-Do not place it up against walls, furniture, curtains, etc.
-The appliance must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
-Do not use the appliance in rooms less than 4m2area
-
A thermal cut-out incorporated in this appliance for protection of accidental overheating faults caused by
some cases such as motor abnormal operation, air inlet or outlet covered etc.. Please power off the
appliance for few minutes by removing the plug from the socket outlet. Before switch the appliance on
again, check the appliance carefully and make sure all the faults removed. when the appliance was cut
off from the power supply by this thermal cut-out. The thermal link of this appliance for against the
malfunction of the thermal cut-out. The appliance has to be abandoned if the thermal link operated. You
can return it to our service agent or the manufacturer.

When replacing old appliances with new ones, the retailer is legally obligated to take back your old
appliance for disposals at least free of charge.
