E kay warrants that a parts and finishes of its E kay Residentia
brand faucets are free from defects in materia s and workmanship
for the ife of the product, if purchased after 1996. This warranty
covers the origina consumer purchaser of the product on y.
If the product shou d eak or drip during norma use, E kay wi pro-
vide, free of charge, a rep acement cartridge. For other defects in
materia and workmanship, E kay wi , at its option, supp y rep ace-
ment parts (or if no onger avai ab e a comparab e product). E kay
reserves the right to examine product in question and its insta ation
prior to rep acement.
What is not covered:
1. Damage caused by accident, neg igence, misuse, abuse, im-
proper insta ation or operation or fai ure to fo ow care or
insta ation instructions enc osed with your product.
2. Damage occurring during shipment of the product (c aims
must be presented to the carrier).
3. Norma wear and tear.
4. Labor charges, costs of remova and reinsta ation, and any
damages to other property.
5. A industria , commercia and business use whose pur-
chasers are hereby extended a imited ifetime on mechanica
parts and 5 years on finish.
What you must do to obtain warranty service:

Oak Brook, IL 60523 or ca 1-800-223-5529. P ease provide date of
purchase and insta ation, description of nature of the defect, and
mode or description of mode and/or component part.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW
OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IM-
PLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MAY NOT
BE ALTERED, VARIED, OR EXTENDED, EXCEPT BY A WRITTEN
INSTRUMENT EXECUTED BY ELKAY. THE REMEDY OR REPAIR
OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WAR-
RANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. IN ON EVENT SHALL THE MANUFAC-
TURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTIAL
DAMAGES TO ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT OCCASIONED
BY NEGLIGENCE OF ELKAY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, COSTS PROPERTY DAMAGE OR
OTHER MONETARY LOSS.
