GENERAL DESCRIPTION
DK3000 is a control device (arming, disarming, scenario, etc.) designed for use with MIFARE DK70 keys, available with anthracite (DK3000M-P) or white (DK3000M-
P/B) front panel. The proximity reader is connected to the control panel through the BUS and is ready for the installation in modular boxes. It has two PrIO points that
can be individually programmable input or output.
Adapters are available for the most common wiring accessories.
POSITIONING
IMPORTANT: If two readers must be installed in the same box, leave at least one module space between them.
BUS CONNECTION
The proximity reader can be connected on the bus in cascade, in either star or mixed mode. The position along the bus is irrelevant. The total length of the bus must
not exceed 500 metres (cable cross-section area 2x0.75 mm2power + 2x0.22 mm2data).
INPUT/OUTPUT CONNECTIONS (PrIO)
Connect the detectors to PrIO P1 and P2 programmed as input. They can be individually programmed in NC, NO, Balanced, Double Balanced, Triple Balanced and

IMPORTANT: “Double balanced” and “triple balanced” connection modes are the only ones compliant with EN50131.
Connect output devices (e.g. indicators) to PrIO P1 and P2 programmed as output. Electrical outputs are negative. The stand-by state of each output is programmable
as Positive present or No positive.
