Pre-Assembly Information
 Start by familiarizing yourself with the parts above. This will make it easier to know how it all ts together.
 You will need aPhillips Head Screwdriver and a few drops of glue for the button caps. Insert button caps
on back of doorway prior to installation.
 Locate a at, level work surface, like a hardwood oor or a large table.
 Pine is a soft wood, do not overtighten screws as you can strip out the material. This is less likely to happen
with a screwdriver, so take care when using a drill or screw gun.
 Remember that this product is made of wood, a natural, living material. As such, humidity and dryness in
the air can inuence the product. Though it has been produced with the greatest care and precision pos-
sible you may experience minor variation in t and nish.
 Read instructions completely before beginning so that you fully understand the process. It’s easy and fun
to do, but you’ll feel more condent if you know what the next step is before you get there.
 Use the two pieces of brown cord included in the parts packet as hinges for the door. Insert the cord
through the holes in the Door and the Doorway. Tie such that the bulk of the knot and the loose ends will be

Caring for Anna’s Dollhouse
 The dollhouse is made of natural wood that has been nished with Tried & True Danish Oil, a polymerized
linseed oil, which is food safe and non-toxic. To maintain the satin nish, we recommend reapplying this
oil periodically, as you notice the wood drying out. Please visit http://www.triedandtruewoodnish.com to
nd a retailer.
 Should the wood become discolored, we recommend cleaning it with Murphy’s Oil Soap. If stubborn stains
persist, use a ne green scrubbie (such as used on pots and pans) and rub lightly following the grain of the
wood. Then apply a thin coat of the Danish Oil, according to the instructions provided.

1. Insert Doorway into Base with-
in “L” shaped slot along the face.
2. Turn Base over and drive two
Wood Screws into Doorway,
ensuring Doorway is ush with
Base.
3. On left side of Base, insert Win-
dow Support and Second Floor
Support into slots as shown.
7. Drive two Wood Screws
through Base to secure Left Side
and Window Support to Base.
6. Drive a Wood Screw through
Left Side into Second Floor
Suport to secure it.
5. Insert Left Side into slot in Base
as indicated by arrows. Ensure
that Left Side is fully seated into
slot in Base.
4.Drive Wood Screws through
Base into Window Support and
Second Floor Support.
9. Drive two Wood Screws
through Base into Right Side,
ensuring that Right Side snugs up
fully to Base
8. Insert Right Side into slot in
Base.

10. Lower Second Floor into
dollhouse oriented as above.
Ensure that slots on bottom seat
fully onto their mates below.
11. Drive two Wood Screws above
Doorway through Second Floor.
Ensure a snug t between Door-
way and Second Floor.
13. Insert Front and Rear Attic
Supports into Second Floor. The
Front Attic Support. The Front
Support is 1” wider than Rear
Support. Orient each so half-cir-
cle cutout faces out.
14. Drive Wood Screws through
Front and Rear Attic Supports.
12. Drive a Wood Screw into Sec-
ond Floor through Right Side.

15. Drive two Wood Screws
through Left Side into Second
Floor.
16. Insert Attic Floor as shown.
Ensure Attic Supports are in their
slots and drive Wood Screws
through Attic Floor into Attic
Supports.
17. Drive Wood Screws through
Left Side into Attic Floor.
18. Drive two Wood Screws
through Right Side into Attic
Floor.

20. Align slot of Front Roof
Panel as indicated by arrow. Drive
Wood Screws through Front Roof
Panel securing it to Left and Right
Sides.
21. Install Back Roof Panel so that
slots are rmly seated on Left and
Right Sides and top is seated in
slot of Front Roof Panel.
23. Insert Button Caps into screw
holes by placing a dab of glue on
their ends and pressing down or
lightly tapping with a hammer.
19. Install Front Roof Panel as
shown, with Left and Right Sides
fully seated in slots in Front Roof
Panel.
22. Drive Wood Screws as shown
to secure Back Roof Panel to Left
and Right Sides and Front Roof
Panel.
