Pre-Assembly Information
• Start by familiarizing yourself with the parts above. This will make it easier to know how it all ts together.
• You will need Phillips Head Screwdriver and a few drops of glue for the button caps.
• It will be easier to install button caps on the back of the Stairs with walls before installing stairs.
• Locate a at, level work surface, like a hardwood oor or a large table.
• Pine is a soft wood, so do not overtighten screws as you can strip out the material. This is less likely to
happen with a screwdriver, so take care when using a drill or screw gun.
• Remember that this product is made of wood, a natural, living material. As such, humidity and dryness in
the air can inuence the product. Though it has been produced with the greatest care and precision
possible you may experience minor variation in t and nish.
• Read instructions completely before beginning so that you fully understand the process. It’s easy and fun
to do, but you’ll feel more condent if you know what the next step is before you get there.

Caring for the Dollhouse
• The dollhouse is made of natural wood that has been nished with Tried & True Danish Oil, a polymerized
linseed oil, which is food safe and non-toxic. To maintain the satin nish, we recommend reapplying this
oil periodically, as you notice the wood drying out. Please visit http://www.triedandtruewoodnish.com to

• Should the wood become discolored, we recommend cleaning it with Murphy’s Oil Soap. If stubborn stains
persist, use a ne green scrubbie (such as used on pots and pans) and rub lightly following the grain of the
wood. Then apply a thin coat of the Danish Oil, according to the instructions provided.

Seri’s Dollhouse Assembly
1. Insert Bottom Wall into slot in Right Side. Ensure
larger pre drilled hole on wall faces out and drive
two Wood Screws into Bottom Wall to secure it.
2. Insert Bottom Wall into slot in Left Side.
Ensure that pieces are ush along bottom and drive
two Wood Screws into Bottom Back to secure it.
3. Slide Top Wall (larger pre-drilled hole out) into
slots in Left and Right Sides. If you have trouble
seating wall, back out bottom wall screws 1/4 turn.
4. Drive Wood Screws into Top Wall through Left
and Right Sides to secure it.

5. Slide Second Floor into slot in Left and Right
Sides. Larger drill hole should be on bottom of oor.
Secure with wood screws through left and right-
sides.
6. Position Stairs as shown with wall under stairs
ush with left side of opening in Second Floor. Drive
Wood Screw through Second Floor into Stairs with
Wall as shown.

7. Drive Wood Screw through Stairs as shown. 8. Slide First Floor into slot in Left and Right Sides,
Larger hole facing down. Secure with wood screws.
12. Slide at edge of Back Roof in slot in Front Roof
ensuring it is ush on both sides and that slots are
aligned.
9. Position Stairs with as shown, lined up with Stairs
with Wall above. Drive Wood Screw through First
Floor into Stairs with Wall as shown.
11. Slide Third Floor into slot in Left and Right Sides,
with the o center stair cut out towards the left.
Secure with wood screws
10. Drive Wood Screw through Stairs as shown.

13. Install Roof as shown. Left and Right Sides will
t into slots in Roof. Drive Wood Screws as shown to
secure roof.
14. Insert Button Caps into screw holes with a drop
of white glue. Wipe any excess with a damp cloth.A
light tap with a hammer may help to fully seat the cap.
