Adjustable Wristband
To resize, lift the
wristband and disengage
the hook, then slide the
band in or out.
SOS Button
Press to reach the
dedicated EMC Security
monitoring center. Press
and hold until circle on
watch-face is complete
Magnetic Charging Station
Face SOS button up, align
pins with watch back. Light
turns from red to green when
charged
LED Button
Light glows red while
charging, green when fully
charged
1. Charge the watch. LED glows green when charged
2. Adjust the wristband. The wristband should be snug, but not tight
3. Power on.

Open the app; Allow notifications
click “Create Account” and follow prompts
The system will email you a verification code.
Open the email from your phone.

Mobile App
Connect the app to the watch
•From the Theora Link app, click on “Ok, It’s on.”
•Add photo, first name, last name, then click “Next” in upper right corner
•Enter the phone number of the watch listed on box (or from EMC Security),
click “Next”.
•Validation code will display on the watch. Enter code.
•You are now connected!
