Warranty
ENERGETICS offers high quality home exercisers that have been tested and certified according to
European Norm EN 957.
ENERGETICS warrants to the original purchaser 2 years against possible defects in material and
workmanship. Excluded are damages caused by misuse and wearing parts. All electronic parts are
warranted for a period of 1 year. The warranty period starts at the date the product was purchased
(retain your sales receipt).
Safety Instructions
Consult your physician before starting with any exercise programme to receive advice on the
optimal training.
Warning: incorrect/ excessive training can cause health injuries. Stop using the home
exerciser when feeling uncomfortable.
Ensure that training only starts after correct assembly, adjustment and inspection of the
home exerciser.
Always start with a warm-up session.
Only use original ENERGETICS parts as delivered (see checklist).
Follow the steps of the assembly instruction carefully.
Only use suitable tools for assembly and ask for assistance if necessary.
Place the home exerciser on an even, non-slippery surface.
Use the height adjustment caps on the rear tube to ensure a stable position of the home
exerciser.
Make sure the front wheels are placed in the correct position: see assembly instruction.
For all adjustable parts be aware of the maximum position to which they can be adjusted.
Tighten all adjustable parts to prevent sudden movement while training.
This product is designed for adults. Please ensure that children only use it under the
supervision of an adult.
Ensure that those present are aware of possible hazards, e.g. movable parts during training.
The resistance level can be adjusted to your personal preference.
Do not use the home exerciser without shoes or loose shoes.
Ensure that sufficient space is available to use the home exerciser.
Be aware of non-fixed or moving parts whilst mounting or dismounting the home exerciser.
This product is made for home use only and tested up to a maximum body weight of 120
kilograms
Keep special attention to the minimum insertion depth of the seat post.

Handling
A. After assembly, the rear stabilizer can be adjusted to accommodate slightly uneven ground.
Turn the adjustment knobs on the ends of the rear foot caps to level the rear stabilizer to the
floor.
B. The transportation wheels on the front foot caps allow for easy manoeuvring. Simply pull
back on the handlebars until the wheels touch the floor. Then roll the unit to a desired
location.
C. The handle bar can be adjusted to personal preference. Loosen the handle bar fixing tube.
Rotate the handle bar to the desired position and retighten the fixing tube.
D. The height of the seat post can be adjusted by first loosening the height adjustment knob,
moving the seat post to the desired height then tightening the height adjustment knob.
Care and Maintenance
-The home exerciser should not be used or stored in a moist area because of possible
corrosion.
-Check at least every 4 weeks that all connecting elements are tightly fitted and in good
condition.
-In case of repair please ask your dealer for advice.
-Replace defective components immediately and/or keep the equipment out of use until
repair.
-Only use original spare parts for repair.
-Use a damp cloth to clean the Home Exerciser and avoid the use of aggressive detergents
when cleaning the bike.
-After exercising, immediately wipe of the sweat; perspiration can ruin the appearance and
proper function of the Home Exerciser.

Assembly instruction
Step 1
1. Assemble the front stabilizer (4) and the rear stabilizer (2) to the main frame (1) by the
domed nut (6), the allen bolt (7), the spring washer (12), curved washer (13).
2. The height of the adjustable foot cap on the rear stabilizer (2) could be adjusted up and
down.

Step 2
1. Assemble the seat (10) to the seat adjustable tube (11) shown as fig. a.
2. Put the seat post (9) into the main frame (1). And adjust the seat post up and down via the
ball knob (31) shown as fig. b.
3. Assemble the adjustable seat tube (11) to the seat post (9) by the flat washer (17) and the
club knob (18). The user could adjust the seat (10) backward and frontward by adjusting the
club knob (18) shown as fig. c.

Step 3
1. Assemble the upper protective cover (28) to the handlebar post (29) shown as fig. a.
2. Connect the upper computer cable (64) with the lower computer cable (65).
3. Assemble the handlebar post (29) to the main frame (1) by the Allen bolt (20), the spring
washer (12), the curved washer (13).

Step 4
1. Put the handlebar pulse cable (30) through the hole on the handlebar post (29) shown as the
arrows.
2. Assemble the fixed handlebar (36) to the handlebar post (29) by the protective cover (42),
the flat washer (43), the spring washer (44), the bushing (45) and the T-shape knob (37).
3. Connecting the upper computer cable (64) and the handle pulse cable (30) with the
computer (38). And then assemble the computer onto the handlebar post (29) by the screw
(59).
4. The user could adjust the position of the handlebar by turning the T-shaped knob (37).

1. Assemble the brackets for computer (41L&41R) to the handle bar post (29) by the screw (69)
and the screw (14).
2. Assemble the strap to the pedals and then assemble the pedal set (46L&46R) to the crank.

Training Computer VM6618
Display:
1. The field is an individual LCD displaying: TIME, RPM, SPEED,
DISTANCE, CALORIES (DISTANCE, WATT) , PULSE .
2. Dot matrix display:
The LCD screen will have a single dot matrix display with 8 rows
and 10 columns.
This dot matrix will be used to display the in work profile for the
active program.
Mode:
1. POWER UP Mode: When powered on, the beeps a long sound, and
turn on the computer at the Manual mode. as Fig-1,Fig -2

2. SLEEP Mode: When rpm signal or data is not input for 4 minutes, it
will auto enter into Sleep Mode.
3. WAKE UP Mode: Pedal the machine to start, or press any key to
enter initial workout, or when all values are in pause mode, press
any key to resume.

U1-U4 Custom Profile:
There is a Custom Profile stored for each User (U1-U4). To modify the
Custom profile the user must hold MODE button for three second. Press
▲or ▼button to adjust RESISTANCE LEVEL in each profile segment.
Press MODE button to accept RESISTANCE LEVEL and move to the next
profile segment. Press and hold the MODE button for three seconds
again, to accept Custom profile changes and move to User choose.

During the START or PAUSE stage, leave the hands holding on grips or

The testing will measure the heartbeat rate, Time starts counting from
00:10 - 00:09 - - to 00:00 if the measurement does not show within 10
seconds, the measuring system will shut down and return to the sport
mode.
If 10 seconds after the heart rate value is not equal to zero, Time starts
counting from 00:60 - 00:59 - - to 00:00. As soon as 00:00 is reached, the
computer will show your heart rate recovery status with the grade A+ to
C.

PULSE RECOV. button:
a) Press the button to activate heart rate recovery function.
b) Press and hold the this button for three seconds to change The
AUDIO(On/Off)
START/STOP button:
a) Press this button to start workout in sport mode, and during
exercising, press this key to pause the workout. Each value will be
stored. Press this key to go on to exercise.
b) Press and hold this button for three seconds for Total Reset (go to
Power Up Mode).
MODE button:
a) To confirm set value and enter into the next set value

a) Used to change GENDER, AGE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT, TIME, DISTANCE,

Training eingesetzt zu werden. Dieses Gerät entspricht der europäischen Norm EN 957.

Sicherheitshinweise
Bei gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen oder für individuelle und persönliche Trainingsparameter
konsultieren Sie bitte zunächst Ihren Arzt. Er kann Ihnen sagen, welche Art des Trainings und
welche Belastung für Sie geeignet sind.
Achtung: Falsches oder exzessives Training kann Ihre Gesundheit gefährden.
Beginnen Sie erst mit dem Training, nachdem Sie sichergestellt haben, dass der Heimtrainer
korrekt aufgebaut und eingestellt ist.
Starten Sie immer mit einer Aufwärm-Phase.
Verwenden Sie nur die der Lieferung beigelegten ENERGETICS Originalteile (siehe Check-Liste).
Gehen Sie beim Aufbau des Geräts exakt nach der Montageanweisung vor.
Verwenden Sie nur geeignetes Werkzeug für die Montage und lassen Sie sich ggf. von einer
zweiten Person helfen
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einem ebenen, rutschfesten Untergrund auf.
Verwenden Sie die Höhen-Einstellkappen an der hinteren Querstütze, um eine sichere Position
des Heimtrainers zu gewährleisten.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die vorderen Transportrollen in der richtigen Position angebracht sind
(siehe Aufbauanleitung).
Stellen Sie bei allen verstellbaren Teilen sicher, dass die Maximalpositionen, in die sie verstellt
werden können, richtig eingestellt sind.
Schrauben Sie vor dem Training alle verstellbaren Teile fest, um eine Lockerung während des
Trainings zu vermeiden.
Das Gerät ist für das Training erwachsener Personen konzipiert. Stellen Sie sicher, dass eine
