Beforeanyaccessintotheelectrical
connectionsboxes,power
mustbedisconnectedby
pullingouttheplugfromthe
socket.
Onlyauthorizedpersonsisallowedtoenter
intotheelectricalconnectionboxes.
Ifanyelectricalcomponentsaredamaged,
theymustbereplacedbythemanufacturer,
dealeroraqualifiedpersoninordertoavoid
dangeroussituations.
Adjustmentoftheunit.
Ahumiditysensoris,fromfactory,mountedinsidetheunit.Itis
setto“0”thatmeansitissettonotactive.
Afterstartup,wheretheunitisplacedintoanewbuildingwithhighhumidity,
youcanletthishumiditysensorbeturnedoffforaperiodtoavoidthefullspeed
ofthefanatnight.Togetthehumiditysensortooperateasintended,youneedatonetimetoputit
active.Thanyouneedtosettheswitchinposition"1".
Iftheventilationunitisplacedinahousewithouthighhumidity,youshouldswitchtoposition"1"
afteryouputtingventilationunitintooperation.Thisswitchwillalsoaffectanyextraexternal
humiditysensorthatispluggedintothedevice.
Adjustingthehumiditysensor.
Ifitisnecessarytoadjustthesensitivityofthehumiditysensorthenyoujustcanremovetheblack
plugandyouthencanseetheadjustingknobandtheRH%scale.
Ifaneedforbetter
insightordonotsee
theadjustmentscale
sufficientsoone
shouldremovethe
entirecoverofthis
controlboard.

Theexchangeryoualsocancleanwithmildsoapandwater.Donotuseammonia‐
containingdetergent,asthiswillpreyonanddiscoloraluminuminrotaryheatexchanger.
Flushedwithhandshowerandblowgentlycleanwithcompressedair.
Ensurethatthescrewsaretightenedsufficientlysothattheydonotcomelooseduringoperation.
Preferablyuseascrewdrivertotightthescrews.Ifuseofelectricalscrewdriver,makesurethatyou
uselowtorquetopreventdestroyingthethreadsinthesheetmetalparts.
Tomakesurethatthedrivebeltcanadjustitselfintocorrectpositionyoumustrotatetheexchanger
somefewturns.
Theninsertbackintotheventilationunit.Besurethatrotorexchangerisproperlyinsertedinallthe
guidesinsidetheunit.Ifnot,thiscanleadtovibrationinthesystemandinternalairleakintheunit.

Thisguideismadetoprovideinstallationanduserinstructionsregardingthecorrectinstallationof
AHU‐200KVSLIMandAHU‐200KHSLIM.
AHU‐200KVandKHSLIMisdesignedforheatrecoverywithairvolumesofupto200m³/h.The
energyfromtheexhaustairistransferredtosupplyairthroughtherotaryheatexchangerwherethe
airstreamspasseachotherwithoutmakingcontact.
Theunithasabuiltin‐heaterforsupplementaryheatingofsupplyair.Humiditysensorforforced
ventilationisintegratedintoventilationunit
Theunitcanalsoconnectadditionalequipment.Pulseswitchforcontrollingtheforcedventilation,for
example,wetroomsorbathrooms,sensorforcarbonmanagementandswitchmanagementaway/
homefunction.ControloftheseoptionsareintegratedintoAHU200‐KVandKH.
AHU‐200KVandKHSLIMissuppliedinpaintedfinish,testedandreadyforoperation.Installation,
commissioningandtuningmustbeperformedbyauthorizedpersonnelTherearealsovariantswith
hoodsinbrushedstainlesssteel.
