Toopenthefronthatchyouwillfindakeyforthe
quarterturnlatchesinthefoldertogetherwiththe
followingdocuments.Keepthiskeyinaplacesoitisout
ofreachforchildren.
Toopenthelocks,turnthekeytoward
thecenteroftheunit.
Leftlatch Rightlatch
Toclose,afterputtingthehatchbackonplace,turnthe
latchestheoppositeway.Youmayusesomepressuretowardsthehatchtocloseit.
Becarefulthatthedoorcan"bestuck"inthesealingonthehatch.
Foreasierlooseningofthehatch,releaseitfirstinonecorneratthetop.
Tooperatethisproductpeopleshouldhavenecessaryskills,orunderthesupervisionofa
qualifiedperson.
Childrenshouldbetoldtonotplaywiththeappliance.
Whenyouliftoffthefronthatchfromthe
device,makesurethespiralcablethat
connectsthedeviceandthefronthatchisnot
overstretchingforalongperiod.Thiscan
damagethecable.
Duringcommisioningoftheappliance,
wheninstalled,thespiralcablehasto
connectedinordertohaveaccessthe
controlpanelinfrontofthehatch.
Whenservicingandcleaning,thisspiral
cableshouldbedisconnected.Make
surethatthespiralcableis
disconnectedandconnectedwithouttheuse
offorce.Thistopreventcontactsoncableto
bedamaged.
Ifthespiralcableisoutofposition,thenyou
willgetanalarmcalled"Lowvoltage".Togetthesignalbackintothedisplayyoumustunplugand
plugbackinbothhatchandventilationunit.Note!Ifthespiralcableisbroken,youhavetoorder
neworiginalcablefromsupplier.Standardcablefromstorewouldnotwork.

Beforeanyaccessintotheelectricalconnections
boxes,powermustbedisconnectedbypullingoutthe
plugfromthesocket.
Itisonlyallowedforauthorizedpersons
toenterintotheelectricalconnection
boxes.
Ifanyelectricalcomponentsare
damaged,theymustbereplacedbythe
manufacturer,dealeroraqualified
personinordertoavoiddangerous
situations.
Adjustmentoftheunit.
Ahumiditysensoris,fromfactory,mountedinsidetheunit.Itis
setto“0”thatmeansitissettonotactive.
Afterstartup,wheretheunitisplacedintoanewbuildingwithhigh
humidity,youcanletthishumiditysensorbeturnedoffforaperiodto
avoidthefullspeedofthefanatnight.Togetthehumiditysensorto
operateasintended,youneedatonetimetoputitactive.Thanyouneed
tosettheswitchinposition"1".
Iftheventilationunitisplacedinahousewithouthighhumidity,you
shouldswitchtoposition"1"afteryouputtingventilationunitinto
operation
Thisswitchwillalsoaffectanyextraexternalhumiditysensorthatispluggedintothedevice.
Adjustingthehumiditysensor.
Ifitisnecessarytoadjustthe
sensitivityofthehumiditysensor
thenyoumust,onoldermodels,
removethecover,whichisoverthe
controlboardwherethisadjustment
islocated.
Onnewermodels,youjustcan
removetheblackplugandyouthen
canseetheadjustingknobandthe
RH%scale.

Thesensorissetto80%RHfromfactory.
Ifyoudoadjustments,thisonlyaffectthesensorintegated
insidetheunit.
Thesensitivityfortheintegratedsensoryoucanadjustedfrom
50%(low)to90%(high)inaccordancetowhataretheneeds.
Thearrowpointsthevaluechosen.
Ifyouhaveasecondexternalsensorthatmeansyouneedto
adjustthatonefromitssettings.
Replacethecoverand/orplugafterfinishadjusting.
Replacingthefilter.
Thefiltersshouldbereplaced
every6.9.or12.months.
Shouldbeextractedwithout

springsinthesheetmetalparts.
Tomakesurethatthedrivebeltcan
adjustitselfintocorrectpositionyou
mustrotatetheexchangersomefew
turns.
Theninsertbackintotheventilationunit.Besurethatrotorexchangerisproperlyinsertedinallthe
guidesinsidetheunit.Ifnot,thiscanleadtovibrationinthesystemandinternalairleakintheunit.

AHU300BVandBH.
AHU‐300BVandBHisdesignedforheatrecoverywithairvolumesofupto300m³/h.Theenergy
fromtheexhaustairistransferredtosupplyairthroughtherotaryheatexchangerwheretheair
streamspasseachotherwithoutmakingcontact.
Theunithasabuiltin‐heaterforsupplementaryheatingofsupplyair.Humiditysensorforforced
ventilationisintegratedintoventilationunit.Controlpanelisintegratedintothefronthatch.Option
forasecondcontrolpaneltobeconnectedismadeoutsidetheunit.
Theunitcanalsoconnectadditionalequipmentcookerhoodoverthestove,pulseswitchfor
controllingtheforcedventilation,forexample,wetroomsorbathrooms,sensorforcarbon
managementandswitchmanagementaway/homefunction.Controloftheseoptionsareintegrated
intoAHU‐300BVandBH.
AHU300‐BVandBHissuppliedinpaintedfinish,testedandreadyforoperation.Installation,
