F I R S T U S E
Install the cartridge: Lay entiffic 2.4 on a flat even surface. Remove “D - cartridge cover” by unsnapping “E -
lower press snap button” on each side of the unit. Screw the gas cartridge (sold separately) on to “F - gas
cartridge receiving tread”. Make sure the cartridge is screwed on firmly. Refit the “D - cartridge cover” on
the unit and place it upright –the unit is ready for use.
Turn the unit on: Press “1 - the on switch” to turn the gas “ON” – keep pressuring for 5-6 seconds while
simultaneously pressing “2 - Ignite button”, and you will instantly hear the gas being ignited. After approx.
20 seconds “1 – green indicator LED” will be illuminated, and shortly after this the fan will start to operate
and warm air will flow from “B – outlet vent”.

entiffic 2.4 will continue to run until you either switch the unit off by shifting “1 – on/off switch” to “OFF”
or until the gas cartridge is empty.
Once shut off/gas is empty, the unit will continue to operate the fan and provide excess power to the “5 –
12V cigarette lighter socket” until the unit has cooled down.

Remove “D - cartridge cover” and unscrew the gas cartridge from “F - gas cartridge receiving tread”.
Replace the gas cartridge if needed. Make sure to dispose empty cartridges in a proper manor.

entiffic 2.4 will provide up to 10W of excess power once it has reached operating temperature. You can
access this electrical power through “3 – 12V cigarette lighter socket” by means of a standard cigarette
lighter adapter. This outlet can charge your mobile phone/tablet, GPS device, MP3 player, camcorder,
rechargeable batteries, flash lights or provide electrical power to a light (note: Not all manufacturers products may be
supported). The max output of the socket is approx. 10W. Should the unit be connected to an electrical power
consumer that exceeds 10W, the “X – red warning LED” will be illuminated and the unit will refrain from
providing electrical power at all. To reset the power supply, disconnect the device, and reconnect another
device, consuming max 10W.
H A N D L E / B E L T
The woven belt “A” on top of entiffic 2.4 can be used for either carrying or hanging the device. You cannot
remove the belt from the unit. The belt can without risk, rest on the top of the unit, even during use of the
unit.

entiffic 2.4 is designed for gas cartridges with 7/16 thread. These are available in various sizes. Please note
that the entiffic 2.4 will accept any cartridge with 7/16 thread, as long as the max diameter of a cartridge
does not exceed 118 mm and the max overall height does not exceed 118 mm. This will typically mean
most cartridges with 7/16 thread, containing anywhere between 180g and 500g of compress gas.
Alternatively you can, by means of an adapter device (sold separately), also use the puncture cartridges in
the entiffic 2.4. This adapter by often referred to by as a “Edelrid-”, “Vaude-” or “Markill-” adapter. Should
you choose to use the puncture cartridges, the max overall height of the cartridge cannot exceed XXXX
mm (Thomas –this is for you to check).

entiffic 2.4 has a 2 year limited warranty from date of purchase. Should this product not function properly
under normal use within 2 years after date of purchase contact Vinona AG or your local distributor for
return process information. Vinona AG also will determine if the problem is due to a manufacturing flaw. If
so, Vinona AG will repair or replace the unit at its discretion, and return it to you, free of charge.
This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from misuse, improper maintenance,
negligence, normal wear and tear or accident. The entiffic 2.4 many only be used as a heating device or
charger. Never alter the entiffic 2.4 in any way or use with any part or accessory not expressly approved by
Vinona AG. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, and proof of purchase is required.
All implied warranties required under law, are limited to 2 years. Vinona AG shall not be liable for any
consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. Vinona AG shall not be held liable if the product or defect
herein causes damage to or failure of other equipment.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary, depending on your
location. Some areas or countries, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, or limitation or exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions or limitations my not
apply to you.

Carbon Monoxide hazard: This heater is only for use in proper ventilated areas. Carbon Monoxide
inhalation can cause death or brain damage. Carbon Monoxide (CO) is produced with fuel burns.
Gas cartridges: Always follow the instructions printed on the gas cartridge used. Failure to comply with may
result in injury or death.
Never obstruct either “B - the air outlet vent”, or the “C - air inlet vent” when unit is in use as this might
cause overheating and/or malfunction.
Disposal of cartridges: Always read the instruction printed on any gas cartridge prior to use. Always

comply with local legislations concerning disposal of cartridges. Never leave cartridges behind.
Never use this heater in confined compartments. Secure sufficient ventilation.
This heater is intended to burn gas from cartridges with 7/16 thread –alternatively puncture cartridges can
be used by means of an adapter (please refer to the operating instructions for further details).
Only use entiffic 2.4 in an upright mode. Never attempt to perform any repair on the gas- or electrical
parts.

Use a damp cloth to clean the exterior and the interior of the device.
Always make sure that the thread of the gas cartridge is clean and in good condition. If any foreign object is
found at the thread, be sure to remove it.
If the thread is damaged, please contact your nearest dealer for repair.

Keep the entiffic 2.4 in a cool and dry place.
Avoid storage in excessive heat.
Keep out reach of children.
