3.- Para conservar la calidad de su producto exija que en su reparación se utilicen partes
originales y mano de obra especializada.
Lea cuidadosamente este manual y guárdelo junto con sus documentos de compra, ya que
sin la presentación de esta póliza no se hará efectiva la garantía.
Verique que los datos que a continuación aparecen correspondan al modelo y números
de serie de su producto, y que esté debidamente autorizado por su distribuidor, donde lo
adquirió.

Purgar la bomba, agregue el aceite por el
oricio de salida
Falta de aceite en el depósito Revise que el nivel de aceite rebase la válvula
inferior del cilíndro
No inyecta aceite
Aceite muy viscoso Analice la viscosidad del aceite, puede ser
diferente a la que está calibrada la bomba
No suministra
los 200/230 ml.
Desgaste normal del empaque Desarmado completo de la bomba
Boquilla obstruida por suciedad en el aceite Revise la boquilla o válvula de salida,
límpiela o remplácela en caso de ser
necesario
La bomba no surte

No oil in the pump
SOLUTIONS
Purge the pump, adding the oil through the
outlet
No oil in the tank Check that the oil level surpasses the lower
valve of the cylinder
Doesn´t inject oil?
Very viscous oil Check oil viscosity. It can be thicker than what
the pump is designed for
Doesn´t supply the 200/230 ml.
Normal wear of the seal Complete disassembly of the pump to change seal
Coupler blocked by dirt in the oil Check the coupler or outlet valve, clean or
replace the damaged part if necessary
The pump doesn´t deliver oil

1. Asegurese que el aceite este limpio y que la viscosidad sea la
adecuadapara con la que la bomba está calibrada.
2. Asegurese que el nivel de aceite mantenido en el depósito este por
encima de la válvula inferior del depósito.
1. Be sure that the oil is clean and that the viscosity is the one
indicated.
2. Be sure that the oil level in the tank is kept above the bottom
valve.

Para venta o despacho al publico, debe asegurarse que la bomba este
cargada totalmente, efectuando un recorrido completo del émbolo,
antes de inyectar aceite a la caja de velocidades o diferencial.
La falta de pipa o modicación en el largo o diámetro de la manguera,
puede afectar la cantidad de aceite surtida.
For measured sale to the public, make sure the pump is fully charged,
discharging a full stroke of the piston, before injecting oil into the
gearbox or dierential.
Removal of the original pipe, or change the length or diameter of the
hose can aect the amount of oil stocked.

1.Llene el depósito con el aceite adecuado
2.Accione la palanca varias veces de un tope a otro, para extraer el
aire, de tal manera que el aceite llegue a la pipa o boquilla de salida.
3.Una vez que el aceite llegue a la pipa o boquilla de salida está
purgada la bomba.
4.Evite que el aceite se derrame en el piso.
Nota: El cambio de viscosidad en el aceite implica modicaciones en
la cantidad surtida.
1.Fill reservoir with specied oil
2.Operate the lever several times in full turns, to remove the air, and
the oil reaches the pipe outlet pumps.
3.Once the oil reaches the outlet coupler pipe or the pump is purged.
4.Prevent oil spills on the oor.
Note: The change in oil viscosity involves changes in the delivered
quantity.
