diferente a la que está calibrada la bomba

límpiela o remplácela en caso de ser

No oil in the pump
SOLUTIONS
Purge the pump, adding the oil through the
outlet
No oil in the tank Check that the oil level surpasses the lower
valve of the cylinder
Does not inject oil?
Very viscous oil Check oil viscosity. It can be thicker than what
the pump is designed for
Doesn´t supply the 250 cc (1/4 Lts)
Normal wear of the seal Complete disassembly of the pump
Coupler blocked by dirt in the oil Check the coupler or outlet valve, clean or
replace the damaged part, if necessary
The pump doesn´t delivery oil
MÉTODO DE CALIBRACIÓN / CALIBRATION METHOD

Si es necesario recalibrar la bomba, siga las instrucciones
A. Aoje la contratuerca de apriete del tornillo de ajuste.
B. Gire el tornillo ala izquierda para aumentar la cantidad
surtida o a la derecha para disminuirla.
C. Dado que para realizar la calibración fue necesario
romper el sello de plomo (marchamo) será necesario
presentar la cubeta en la ocina de pesas y medidas para
que sea vericada y sellada nuevamente.
NOTA: La falta o destrucción del marchamo está penada
por la ley.
If it´s necessary to recalibrate the pump, follow these
instructions
A. Loosen the nut lock, tightening screw.
B. Turn left to increase the amount stocked or right to
decrease.
C. Since the calibration broke the lead seal (marking), it will
be necessary to certify the bucket in the oce of weights
and measures.
NOTE: Failure or destruction of the seal, while selling by
measurement is punishable by law.

1. Asegurese que el aceite este limpio y que la viscosidad sea la
adecuadapara con la que la bomba está calibrada.
2. Asegurese que el nivel de aceite mantenido en el depósito este por
encima de la válvula inferior del depósito.
1. Be sure that the oil is clean and that the viscosity is the one
indicated.
2. Be sure that the oil level in the tank is kept above the bottom
valve.

Para venta o despacho al publico, debe asegurarse que la bomba este
cargada totalmente, efectuando un recorrido completo del émbolo,
antes de inyectar aceite a la caja de velocidades o diferencial.
La falta de pipa o modicación en el largo o diámetro de la manguera,
puede afectar la cantidad de aceite surtida.
For measured sale to the public, make sure the pump is fully charged,
discharging a full stroke of the piston, before injecting oil into the
gearbox or dierential.
Removal of the original pipe, or change the length or diameter of the
hose, can aect the amount of oil stocked.

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN ⁄ OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1.Por necesidad del empaque, el mango de la manivela se ensambla
invertido a su forma de uso. Por lo que es necesario quitar la tuerca
que lo sujeta y montarlo en posición de trabajo.
2.Llene el depósito con el aceite adecuado (SAE 140)
3.Purgue la bomba quitando la manguera y llenando la cámara
superior de la bomba con ¼ de litro por el oricio de salida y
ensamble nuevamente la manguera.
4.Accione la palanca varias veces de un tope a otro, para extraer el
aire, de tal manera que el aceite llegue a la pipa o boquilla de salida.
5.Verique la cantidad surtida por cada embolada. (carrera total del
embolo).
Nota: El cambio de viscosidad en el aceite implica modicación en
la calibración del tornillo de ajuste. Esto se efectúa de acuerdo con
los pasos que se establecen en el método de calibración
1.For packing purposes, the crank handle is assembled in reverse. So
it is necessary to remove the nut that holds it, and mount it in the
right position.
2.Fill reservoir with specied oil (SAE 140)
3.Purge the pump by removing the hose and lling the upper
chamber of the pump with ¼ liter through the outlet and assemble
the hose again.
4.Operate the lever several times in full turns, to remove the air, and
the oil reaches the pipe.
5.Check the rated quantity for each stroke. (total stroke of the
piston).
Note: The change in oil viscosity involves the calibration screw. This
is depicted in the calibration method.
