DRYER CARE SYMBOLS

you hve to follow the sfety notes.
• This product belongs to the ctegory of electricl
pplinces, nd only for drying textiles which hve been
wshed with wter in the household.
Plese py ttention to the sfety of power use during
the opertion!
• The power source with relible erthing must be
used. Its erth wire must be buried under the ground
nd shll not be connected with the public utilities
such s city wter pipe or gs pipe etc. The erth wire
nd null wire shll be distinguished nd shll not be
connected together.
• The mximum mss of dry textile mteril is 7 kilogrms
to be used in the pplince.
• Tht the tumble dryer is not to be used if industril
chemicls hve been used for clening.
• Do not dry unwshed items in the tumble dryer.
• The exhust ir must not be dischrged into ue
which is used for exhusting fumes from pplince
burning gs or other fuels.
• Adequte ventiltion hs to be provided to void the
bck ow of gses into the room from pplinces
burning other fuels, including open res.
• The pplince must not be instll behind lockble
door, sliding door or door with hinge on the
opposite side to tht of the tumble dryer. In such wy
tht full opening of the tumble dryer door is restricted.
• Keep pets wy from this pplince.
• Oil-ected items cn ignite spontneously, especilly
when exposed to het sources such s in tumble dryer.
The items become wrm, cusing n oxidtion rection
in the oil. Oxidtion cretes het. If the het cnnot
escpe, the items cn become hot enough to ctch re.
Piling, stcking or storing oil-ected items cn prevent

use or mintennce.
• If the power cble is dmged, it must be replced by
the mnufcturer, its service gent or similrly qulied
persons in order to void hzrd.
• This pplince is for indoor use only.
• The openings must not be obstructed by crpet
• Children of less thn 3 yers should be kept wy
unless continuously supervised. If the pplince pper
high temperture bnormlly, plese unplug the
pplince immeditely.
• The pplince is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physicl, sensory

Power supply nd grounding
• The dryer employs lternting current with the rted
voltge nd frequency.
• When the voltge uctutes between 6% of rted
voltge, the dryer cn work normlly.
• A specil power socket with cpcity 10A for the
dryer hd better be set beside the dryer for convenience
nd sfety. The method of connection of the socket is s
the gure below.

• The pplince corresponds to protection clss I nd
my only be connected to plug with protective
conductor tht hs been instlled properly. When
connecting the pplince to the mins, mke sure
tht the mins voltge is correct. You cn nd more
informtion bout this on the rting plte.
• The electricl sfety of this tumble dryer cn only be
gurnteed when correctly erthed. It is essentil tht
this stndrd sfety requirement is met. If in ny doubt,
plese hve the household wiring system tested by
qulied electricin. The mnufcturer cnnot be held
lible for the consequences of n indequte erthing
system (e.g. electric shock).
• WARNING: The socket nd the grounding wire
must be instlled by n electricin to prevent
incorrect instlltion or use of the socket nd to
gurntee the sfe use of electricity. No connection

wterproof textiles, rubber bcked rticles nd clothes
or pillows tted with fom rubber pds should not be
dried in the tumble dryer.

DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING
• The pckging is designed to protect the pplince
from dmge during trnsporttion. The pckging
mterils re environmentlly friendly nd should be
recycled. Recycling the pckging cn reduce the use
of rw mterils in the mnufcturing process nd the
mount of wste in lndll sites.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Power supply and grounding
•
• The dryer employs alternating current with the rated voltage and frequency.
When the voltage fluctuates between 6% of rated voltage, the dryer can work normally.
• A special power socket with a capacity 10A for the dryer had better be set beside the
dryer for convenience and safety. The method of connection of the socket is as the
figure below.
• To be safe, please make improvements as soon as
possible according to the rules and
suggestions mentioned above.
• The appliance corresponds to protection class I and may only be connected to a plug
with a protective conductor that has been installed properly. When connecting the
appliance to the mains, make sure that the mains voltage is correct. You can find more
information about this on the rating plate.
• The electrical safety of this tumble dryer can only be guaranteed when correctly
earthed. It is essential that this standard safety requirement is met. If in any doubt,
please have the household wiring system tested by a qualified electrician.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for the consequences of an inadequate
earthing system (e.g. electric shock).
The socket and the grounding wire must be installed by an electrician to prevent
incorrect installation or use of the socket and to guarantee the safe use of
electricity. No connection of the grounding wire and the neutral wire, otherwise the
cabinet will be charged, which is likely to cause the danger of electric shock.

PRECAUTIONS

High spin speed cn reduce the drying time nd sve energy.
• Do not wsh or dry rticles tht hve been clened in, wshed in, soked in or spotted with
mmble, combustible or explosive substnces (such s wx, oil, pint, gsoline, degresers,
dry-clening solvents, kerosene, etc.).
• Keep re round the exhust ventiltion opening nd djcent surrounding res free from the
ccumultion of lint, dust nd dirt. An obstructed port might reduce the irow.
• Mke sure combustible sprys will not be close to the dryer when it is working, nd once the gs
leks, do not touch plug or strt/puse it.
• Never ttempt to operte this pplince if it is dmged, mlfunctioning, prtilly disssembled,or
hs missing or broken prts, including dmged cord or plug.
• Do not llow children on or in the pplince. Close supervision of children is necessry when the
pplince is used ner children.
• Do not store plstic, pper or clothing tht my burn or melt on top of the dryer during opertion.
• Do not dry rticles contining rubber, plstic or similr mterils such s pdded brs, tennis
shoes, gloshes, bth mts, rugs, bibs, bby pnts, rincots, plstic bgs or pillows tht my melt
or burn. Some rubber mterils, when heted, cn under certin circumstnces produce re by
spontneous combustion.
• Do not use the mchine when your hnds re wet.
• The exhust ir must not be dischrged into ue which is used for exhusting fumes from
pplinces burning gs or other fuels.
• The door shll be opened only fter the progrm of the drying mchine is completed. Do not open
the door before the progrm nished to void burns by hot stem or the heted pplince.

TRANSPORT
Move cutiously. Do not grsp ny slient prts of
mchine. The mchine door cnnot be used s the hndle
for trnsport.
CAUTION: DAMANGE INJURY DANGER!
Improper hndling of the pplince my result in injury.
• The pplince is very hevy. Never trnsport or crry
the pplince lone; lwys with the ssistnce of
nother person.
• Remove ll obstcles on the trnsport route nd from
the instlltion loction, e.g. open doors nd cler wy
objects lying on the oor.
• Do not use the open door s hndhold.
• Remove ll pckge mteril before using the dryer.
• Before setting up the tumble dryer, check it for ny
externlly visible dmge.
Do not instll or use dmged tumble dryer.
• Do not instll the tumble dryer in room where there
is risk of frost occurring. At tempertures round
freezing point the tumble dryer my not be ble to
operte properly. There is risk of dmge if the
condensed wter is llowed to freeze in the pump
nd hoses.
INSTALLATION POSITIONING
• Children cn become entngled in the pckging lm

Do not llow children to ply with the pckging.
• Dryer should be plced in ventilted re with thn
10cm distnce from the wll. It is suggested there re
no obstcles within 1.5m in front of dryer to ssure
ventiltion.
• The pplince must not be instlled behind lockble
door, sliding door or door with hinge on the
opposite side to tht of the tumble dryer, in such wy
tht full opening of the tumble dryer door is restricted.
• Do not restrict the oor clernce through deep pile
crpets, strips of wood or similr.
This might cuse het built-up which would interfere
with the opertion of the pplince.
• It is recommended tht, for your convenience, the
mchine is positioned close to your wshing mchine.
• Do not stck this dryer on wshing mchine without
stcking kit. Stcking kits re vilble to purchse
from Estto. Instlltion shll be done by the
mnufcturer, its service gent or similrly qulied
persons to void ny hzrds.
• The tumble dryer must be instlled in clen plce,
where dirt does not ccumulte. Air must be ble to
circulte freely round the pplince. Do not obstruct
the ir inlet or the ir intke grilles t the bck of the
mchine.
• To keep vibrtion nd noise within minimum level when
the clothes dryer is in use, it must be plced on rm
nd level surfce.
• Do not remove the feet of the pplince.
Note when instlling:
• Do not instll the dryer in the open ir or plce where
it cn be dmged esily by rin;
• Do not plce the bck of dryer ner curtin or
something tht cn be moved by wind;
• Do not plce the dryer ner gs or mmble mterils.
LEVEL ADJUSTING
Once in its permnent operting position, check tht the
dryer is bsolutely level with the id of spirit level. If it is
not, djust the feet by hnd or using tool.
Note: If the dryer is not plced horizontlly (tilt ngle more
thn 2°), the dryer my not operte correctly.
POWER SUPPLY CONNECTION

EXHAUST DUCT INSTALLATION
• Connect one end of the ex tube to the bck vent, then
x it rmly until it's tight.
• The other end of ex tube cn be extended externlly
outdoors, for the proper ssembly plese refer below.
WALL HANGING INSTALLATION
Step 1: Included Accessories
Conrm the following components re ll within
the included ccessories:
A. 2 × Hooks
B. 2 × Holders
C. 4 × Expansion bolts
D. 1 × Horizontal Screw Positioning Template
Step 2: Hnging Procedure
1 Conrm the construction type of the wll nd the
suitble position for instlltion.
. The wll must be solid concrete. Tip: Knock the wall
with the shank end of a rubber hammer. If the wall is
solid concrete, the sound will be crisp; if it is cavity
wall, the sound will be mued. For cvity wll,
tlk to professionl builder before ttempting
instlltion.
b. Do not hng the dryer on the wll if the wll is
not solid.
c. CAUTION: Ensure power cord nd plug is ccessible
nd reches power source.
2 The distnce in front of the wll must be more
thn 150cm.
3 Pste the instlltion positioning pper to the solid
concrete wll.
. Drw line with level, nd ttch the positioning
pper bsed on the line. Note: Ensure the screw holes
do not overlap with power outlets or taps nearby.
b. The bottom edge of the positioning pper must be
45cm+ higher thn the oor. Remove the dhesive
pper behind the positioning pper, nd pste the
positioning pper to the wll horizontlly.
4 Fix the hook to wall and then x the hook with an
expansion bolt to the wall.
a. Take out the expansion bolt from the accessories.
Insert the bolt and expansion tubular into the drilled
holes. Insert one nut into the bolt. To prevent the
thread being damaged, don't expose the end-thread
of the bolt. Then hammer the 4 bolts into the
holes orderly.
b. After the bolts are hammered into the wall, screw
o the nuts and expose the bolts. Then insert one
auxiliary tube to the bolt, and hammer the tube until
the expansion tubular is ush with the wall surface.
The expansion tubular should now be fully expanded.
c. Next, take out the hook and insert it to the bolt.
Fasten the hook with a socket or a wrench.

5 Fix the holder to the machine. Place the unpackaged
dryer on the oor. Unscrew the two screws* at the back
of the machine with a cross screwdriver. Take out the
holder in the kit. Press the screws* into the holes on the
holder and then fasten them into the original screw holes.
6 Transfer nozzle and air outlet extension pipe installation
steps (when the machine is mounted upside down)
a. Take out the nozzle, aligning with the rear air outlet,
and then push the nozzle into the air outlet.
b. Align one end of the air outlet extension pipe with
the card slot of the rotary nozzle, and force the air
outlet extension pipe into the rotary nozzle while
rotating. Install the air outlet extension pipe correctly
to prevent machine anomalies and hidden dangers
caused by incorrect installation.
7 Lift the dryer (two people) and direct the slots at the
back of the washing machine to the hooks. Lastly, insert
the hooks with some force to the slots.
CAUTION: WEIGHT HAZARD!
Two or more people required to lift nd instll the dryer.
Step 8: When ll of the instlltion procedures re nished,
test the mchine by powering it on.
IMPORTANT!
Plese ensure tht the dyer is only ever instlled in
n internl environment only (nd not outside), or n
environment where the dryer could become wet. Never
plce the dryer ner combustible surfces (such s curtins)
nd ensure the dryer isn’t operting ner gs or other
mmble mterils. Refer to Sfety Instructions within this
user mnul.

Operting Instructions
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before rst use, plese use some soft fbric to clen the inside drum.
1. Put some clen rgs into the drum
2. Plug the power
3. Rotte the progrm dil to select the 15 minute drying cycle.
4. Press Start/Pause button
5. After nishing this progrm, plese refer to the “Mintennce nd Clening” section to clen the door lter.
BEFORE USING THE DRYER
1. Before drying, thoroughly spin the lundry in wshing mchine.
High spin speed shortens the drying time nd sves energy.

WARNING!
• Disconnect the power cord before cleaning.
• Clean the dryer with a clean damp cloth only.
• Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, glass cleaners or all-purpose
cleaners.
These could damage plastic surfaces and other parts.
• Do not rinse water over the machine directly.
CLEANING YOUR DRYER
• Prepare a clean damp cloth using clean water.
• Clean the door, especially the inside window.
• Clean the seal around the door opening.
• Take out the lter, clean the sealing and air ow openings.
• Before starting the dryer, dry all parts with a soft cloth.
CLEANING THE DOOR FILTER
Make sure you clean the door lter after each cycle.
1. Open the door.
2. Take out the door lter by pulling it straight up.
3. Open the lter and remove the lint on the lter.
You can use water, a cloth or your hands to help clean it.
4. If the lter is cleaned by a damp cloth or water, please ensure that the lter is thoroughly dried
before reinstalling it.
WARNING!
• The u accumulated on the lter will block the air circulation.
Not cleaning the lter regularly will increase drying time and energy consumption.

• This dryer has a safety auto-o switch which is activated by high temperatures.
• If your dryer is not heating this button must be reset, before the dryer can heat again.
You may need to wait 10 minutes for cooling down.
• The safety reset button is located on the backboard.
• The most common reason for the dryer to overheat is a blocked lter.
• Clean the lint lter after each cycle to prevent overheating of the dryer.

Troubleshooting
OPERATION IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
In the event of an emergency you should:
• Switch o all controls.
• Switch the washing machine o at the power point or at the fuse box.
• Call the Residentia Support Team on 1300 11 HELP (4357).
Some minor faults can be xed by referring to the instructions given in the Troubleshooting section
below. There is also a self-help section online at https://support.residentiagroup.com.au/
DESCRIPTION POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTION
Dryer does not start
• Power cut o.
• The power plug is not plugged tight.
• The dryer is overloaded.
• The temperature fuse is damaged.
• Wait for electricity to be restored.
• Check the power socket, make sure the plug
is inserted tightly.
• The clothes must be spun and drying load
can not exceed the rated capacity.
• Restore the temperature fuse.
Dryer gets hot or produces
a burnt smell
• The lint lter is full.
• The exhaust duct is clogged.
• Ensure that you clean the lint lter after
each cycle.
• Clean the exhaust duct.
Clothes are too dry
• The machine is overloaded
• Clothes are not taken out in time after
the cycle ended.
• Clothes are not sorted properly.
• The selected program temperature is
too high.
• Do not exceed the rated capacity.
• Take clothes out immediately after the cycle
has ended.
• Observe the care labels on your clothing.
Clothes have shrunk • The selected program temperature is
too high.
• Observe the care labels on your clothing.
• If items are sensitive to shrinkage, examine
the clothes when dry. Take our the clothes
when damp and hang them up until they are
completely dry.
Pilling on clothes • Laundry is sensitive to rubbing.
• Use a fabric softener to lubricate bres.
You can spray laundry starch on cu and
neckline when ironing clothes. Turn the
laundry inside out to avoid pilling.
NOTE!
• Hevy wet clothes turning nd bumping will cuse noise ccordingly while to dryer runs.
• During the drying cycle, the mchine will crete irow, which will cuse noise when hitting the drum.

LAUNDRY APPLIANCES
This document sets out the terms and conditions of the
product warranties for Residentia Group Appliances. It is
an important document. Please keep it with your proof of
purchase documents in a safe place for future reference
should you require service for your Appliance.
1. IN THIS WARRANTY
(a) ‘acceptable quality’ as referred to in clause 10 of this
warranty has the same meaning referred to in the ACL;
(b) ‘ACL’ means Trade Practices Amendment (Australian
Consumer Law) Act (No.2) 2010;
(c) ‘Appliance’ means any Residentia Group product
purchased by you accompanied by this document;
(d) ‘ASR’ means Residentia Group authorised service
representative;
(e) ‘Residentia Group’ means Residentia Group Pty Ltd
of 165 Barkly Ave, Burnley VIC 3121, ACN 600 546 656
in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;
(f ) ‘major failure’ as referred to in clause 10 of this
warranty has the same meaning referred to in the ACL
and includes a situation when an Appliance cannot
be repaired or it is uneconomic for Residentia Group,
at its discretion, to repair an Appliance during the
Warranty Period;
(g) ‘Warranty Period’ means:
(i) where the Appliance is used for personal,
domestic or household use (i.e. normal
single family use) as set out in the instruction
manual, the Appliance is warranted against
manufacturing defects for 24 months, following
the date of original purchase of the Appliance;
(h) ‘you’ means the purchaser of the Appliance not having
purchased the Appliance for re-sale, and ‘your’ has a
corresponding meaning.
2. This warranty only applies to Appliances purchased
and used in Australia and is in addition to (and does
not exclude, restrict, or modify in any way) any
non-excludable statutory warranties in Australia.
3. During the Warranty Period Residentia Group or its
ASR will, at no extra charge if your Appliance is readily
accessible for service, without special equipment and
subject to these terms and conditions, repair or replace
any parts which it considers to be defective. Residentia
Group or its ASR may use remanufactured parts to
repair your Appliance. You agree that any replaced
Appliances or parts become the property of Residentia
Group. This warranty does not apply to light globes,
batteries, lters, seals or similar perishable parts.
4. Parts and Appliances not supplied by Residentia Group
are not covered by this warranty.
