The Functions
Oven Light: Enables the user to observe the progress
of cooking without opening the door.
Bake (Conventional): Ideal for cakes, pizza & cookies.
Steam Cleaning: Loosen dirt & grease with steam before
cleaning your oven. Please read the instructions in your
User manual before using this function.
Upper Heat: Ideal for heating pre-baked pastries and small
amounts of food, or if you want to gratinate your dish.
Grill: This cooking method is normal grilling, utilising
the grill element only. Add a little water to reduce dryness.
Grill & Fan: Suitable for grilling large amount of meat
on a lower rack within the oven. Add a little water to
reduce dryness.
Fan Bake: Evenly distributes heat within the cavity
for baking & roasting on a single tray.
Fan Forced: Evenly distributes heat within the cavity for
cooking on multiple shelves. Suitable for baking & roasting
at temperatures lower than the Bake (Conventional) function.
Fan Assist: Circulates the air within the oven cavity.
The Controls
1. Function Selector
Use this knob control
to select the Function.
2. Timer
Use this to select a cooking
time. If you don’t want to
select a time frame, rotate
the knob to ‘Manual Cook’
(M) to use the oven.
3. Temperature
Use this control to select
a temperature (in Celcius).
