Make sure you understand the following tips before you begin to assemble your hockey table.
1. Start all bolts by hand before tightening.
2. Some drawings or images in this manual may not look exactly like your product. Please
read and understand the text before starting each assembly step.

STEP:1
Leave Air Hockey Table Cabinet (P1) face down in the carton to assemble.
Install Left Legs (P2) and Right Legs (P3) onto Air Hockey Table Cabinet (P1) with Allen
Head Bolts (H1), Lock Washers (H5) and Flat Washers (H2) using Allen Wrench (T1) as
shown in FIGURE 1.
Do not tighten Bolts (H1) at this time.

STEP:2
Install End Leg Panels (P4) onto the Legs using Bolts (H3), Lock Washers (H5) and Flat
Washers (H2) as shown in FIGURE 2.
Tighten Bolts (H1) from STEP 1 and Bolts (H3) at this time.
Screw P5 Leg Levelers into the bottom of each leg as shown in FIGURE 2.
Connect 4 Leg Connecting Wires from (P2) and (P3) Legs to Junction Box Ports (C3) as per
the ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS & SPARE PARTS DRAWINGS on the next page and below.

STEP:3
Lift the table assembly from the floor with at least six strong adults, turn it over, and set
the table assembly on its legs in the location where you will play.

PARTS REQUIRED:
H4 3.5 x 18mm Phillips Round Head Screw2 pcs -
CAUTION: Six strong adults are recommended to flip
the table as shown.
1. Grab the table on the ground.
2. Turn the table over.
3. Place it on all four feet at the same time onto the ground.

Pilot Hole
First,feed the Electronic Scorer plug (P6) down through the hole on one side of the long top
rail as shown in FIGURE 3.
Next, connect the Electronic Scorer plug to the Junction Box (C3) as shown in DETAIL A.
Next, install Electronic Scorer (P6) onto long top rail using Philips Round Head Screws (H4)
and Pilot Holes as shown in FIGURE 3.
Tighten, but do not strip out Screws (H4).

STEP TWO :
Unscrew Screw (C9) to remove Corner Caps (C10)
from the table top rail.
STEP THREE :
Unscrew Knob Bolts (C11) and remove Side Top Rail
from Air Hockey Table Cabinet . And carefully
unplug the LED Rail Light .

STEP FOUR :
Unscrew Screws (C12), and separate LED Rail Lights from each other, by gently pulling apart.
Align the male and female connectors of the working LED Rail Lights , and install them back into
Side Top Rail using Screws (C12) as shown in the diagram.
Next, connect the plug of LED Rail Light A (C4-A).
Install back and screw Side Top Rail to the Air Hockey Table Cabinet using Knob Bolts (C11).
Lastly, Install Corner Caps (C10) back using Screw (C9).
Tighten, but do not strip out screws (C8) and (C9)
STEP ONE :
Should the LED lights not be working in the rail - Firstly , make sure the wall outlet cord is plugged in to a live A/C
outlet properly. Secondly , make sure the ON/Off Switch
(C1)
is in the "ON" position . Thirdly , make sure the A/C
Adapter
(C2)
is tightly plugged in to its outlet under the table . Lastly, make sure all
(C4)
&
(C6)
connections are
snuggly plugged into the Junction Box
(C3)
. At this point , should the LED Rail Lights still not be working ,
please disconnect the A/C power to the table before proceeding .
A call will be required to our Customer Service Department
to acquire the necessary replacement part(s) .

STEP TWO :
Unplug the connecting wires of Electronic Scorer (P6)
from the Junction Box (C3) .
Unscrew the Screw (H4) and remove the Electronic
Scorer (P6) from the Top Rail.
STEP ONE :
Should the LED lights not be working in a Leg (s) - Firstly , make sure the wall outlet cord is plugged in to a live A/C
outlet properly. Secondly , make sure the ON/Off Switch
(C1)
is in the "ON" position . Thirdly , make sure the A/C
Adapter
(C2)
is tightly plugged in to its outlet under the table . Lastly, make sure all

connections are
snuggly plugged into the Junction Box
(C3)
. At this point , should the LED leg(s) lights still not be working ,
please disconnect the A/C power to the table before proceeding .
A call will be required to our Customer Service Department
to acquire the necessary replacement part(s) .
STEP THREE :
Need six strong ADULTS to turn the table over and place the
table onto soft carpet or a non- abrasive surface.
Gently disconnect the wire and remove the leg from the table
cabinet using a M5 / 5mm Allen Wrench.
Unscrew and remove the Leg Leveler (P5).
STEP FOUR :
Unscrew the screw of the Blue Light Cover Lens (C12) and
slide out the Lens (C12) from the Leg slot.
STEP FIVE :
Unscrew the screws of the LED Leg Light (C13) and gently
pull apart the LED Leg Light from the connection plug.
STEP SIX :
Install the replacement LED leg light and carefully
reattach the Blue Light Cover Lens (C12).
STEP SEVEN :
Reinstall the leg leveler (P5). Turn the table back over and
reattach the electronic scorer onto the top rail as per Page 7 Step 3.

HOCKEY GAME RULES:
1. This game is designed to be played with two (2) players, one at each end, or with four (4) players,
two at each end of the game table.
2. Flip a coin to determine who will begin play, or a face-off can be held at the center of the table.
3. Play begins when the puck is placed on the playing surface. Players must hit the puck with the
strikers and attempt to shoot into the opponent’s goal.
4. One point is awarded when a puck is shot into the opponent’s goal.
5. Winning the game: the winning score is accomplished by being the first player to reach a
predetermined score or by being the player to score the most points within a given period of time.
ELECTRONIC SCORER OPERATION:
POWER ON/OFF = Press POWER ON/OFF button to start or turn off the scoring unit.
START/PAUSE = Press START/PAUSE button to START the game. Press START/PAUSE button
during game will PAUSE or RESUME the game.
= Press SELECT/RESET button to select time options 5, 10, 15 minutes or No Time
Limit. Long press SELECT/RESET button to reset back to the game option.

= Press LIGHT ON/OFF button to turn on or turn off the Top Rail Light and Leg Light.
SOUND ON/OFF = Press Sound ON/OFF button to turn on or turn off the Sound.

LED PUCK BATTERY CHANGE INSTRUCTION
STEP ONE:
Remove screws and back
cap from LED Puck using Small
Phillips Screwdriver (not provided).
STEP TWO:
Remove CR2016 Lithium
The purchase of a new CR2016 lithium 3V Battery is required
Battery 3V from LED Puck.
STEP THREE:
Insert new CR2016 Lithium Battery 3V
into LED Puck.
STEP FOUR:
Install back cap and secure screws with Phillps Screwdriver
(not provided).

Helpful Hint:
The LED puck battery will last approximately 7 hours of continuous play. The puck battery is not
rechargeable. Be sure to turn the switch to the “OFF” position when not in use to conserve your
battery life.
Helpful Hint:
The LED strikers each will require about 4 hours to fully charge up and will last approximately
7 hours of continuous play time. Be sure to turn the switch to the “OFF” position when not in use.

For long life and best play from your air hockey table, apply spray furniture polish
to a clean cloth and wipe down the playfield with air motor running to make the
best play and frequently thereafter.

Use only a suitable 120v AC household outlet, and insure the cord is not a trip hazard.
If possible, cover table with a pool table cover or sheet when not used to
keep playfield clean preventing any dust build up.
