Proper use of cooler
The arrangement of bottle
Pay attention when arranging:
Usage of temperature zones in R
As different temperature zones generated due to air circulation in the cooler:
The upper area's temperature is the highest while the lower area the lowest.
The arrangement of beverage
Different beverage can be stored from top to bottom as following sequence:
lStrong red wine
lPink and mild red wine
lWhite wine
lChampagne and spritzer
We suggest to pour wine in temperature below serving temp, as the wine would warming up quickly when
pouring into tumbler.
5
Do not let bottle touch the R's back in order to maintain good air circulation in the cooler.
lThe bottle number here may be different from bottles in different shape and size.
lAs the compressor has taken the space, the lower area of cooler is relatively shallow, which can fit in
beverage cans or shorter bottles.
l
Placement
The cooler is placed in a well-
ventilated indoor place; the
ground shall be flat, and sturdy
(rotate left or right to adjust the
wheel for levelling if unstable).
Before using the cooler,
remove all packaging
materials including bottom
cushions and foam pads
and tapes inside the cooler,
tear off the protective film
on the door and the cooler
body.
Avoid direct sunlight and heat
sources such as stove, heating
radiator, etc. If the cooler has
to be put next to hear source,
a suitable insulation board shall
be applied or keep the cooler
away from heat source by
following minimum distance:
Stove: 3cm.
Oil furnace or coal stove: 30cm
°
The hot air from side wall of
cooler shall be exhausted
unrestricted, or compressor's
power will increase and further
increase power consumption.
Thus the distance between
cooler and walls or neighboring
furniture shall not less than
4cm. It is also necessary to
maintain distance for doors to
open at least 90 .
The room for cooler shall become
larger with more refrigerant in
cooler, with 8g refrigerant
3
corresponding to 1m spaces.
The content standards of
refrigerant are labeled in name
board on backboard of cooler.
Start to use
The cooler shall stay for half an hour before connecting 220~240V/50Hz
power when it is firstly started.
Do not connect cooler to electronic energy saving plug and converter that can
convert DC into 220~240V AC (E.g.: solar energy system, ship grid).
Clean up the inner chamber before put into use for first time (Refer to cleaning).
Water drop or frost will be generated on R's back when compressor is functioning,
which is decided by function of cooler. Dispense wiping out frost or drop as the back
will wipe them out automatically. The defrosted water will be collected into drain tank,
then inflow into water disposal pan above the compressor and vaporized.

Pay attention to room temperature and ventilation
The temperature kinds are marked on type label. It defines indoor temperature range for cooler's operation.
Temperature Kinds Allowable Room Temperature
N +16℃to32℃
ST +18℃to38℃
T +18℃to43℃
The cooler cannot normal operate in room temperature below +16℃
Or temperature in refrigerator will become too low and cause damage to items that are
sensitive to temperature.
When room temperature is higher than +32℃ and humidity reaches 75%RT, it will cause
frost coagulate on cooler's glazed door.
Proper use of cooler
Energy Conservation
lThe Cooler shall be placed in room dry and ventilated. The cooler cannot be put under direct sunlight or
next to hear source (Such as radiator, stove, etc.), and a suitable insulation board shall be applied if
necessary.
lTry to shorten opening time of cooler's door.
lPut beverage into cooler after it has cooled down.

Practical skills for grape wine's storage
l
lThe cork of the old bottle shall always be moistened when putting into R. Air space is not allowed between wine and cork.
lOpen-type bottle shelf is helpful, as it does not cut off air circulation. The air moisture that condensed on bottle can be dried
out swiftly.
lThe wine shall undergo chambrieren before drinking: Such as put pink red wine onto the table 2-5 hours before drinking and
red wine 4-5 hours, then can reach suitable serving temp. White wine, on the contrary, can be served right on the table.
Champagne shall always be stored in cooler and taken out only before drinking.
lPlease notice that wine's temperature is always lower than ideal serving temp, as the temperature will immediately rise 1 to 2℃
when pouring into tumbler.
Do not store bottled wine by box or case in refrigerator.
